My wife and I were in town for the Gilmore Girl’s Event happening at WB studios. Not only was it a nice and cozy place, but it was a one minute walk to the studio, saving us time with parking in the garage. Hope we can stay again for the event next year. :)

We stayed at this place for one week as a group of three adults, and it was a fantastic experience. LocationThe location is incredibly convenient. Just a 10-minute drive from Burbank Airport, and only a 2-minute walk to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Other major Los Angeles attractions—such as Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood, and Pasadena—are also easily accessible by car. Amenities & SurroundingsThe apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, with a well-stocked kitchen. Grocery shopping was easy, with Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within walking distance, along with plenty of nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet—we didn’t hear a single police siren during our entire stay. FacilitiesWhile the bathroom was slightly dated, it was perfectly functional. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the apartment comfortably cool throughout our stay. We used the washer and dryer daily, and all other amenities were in excellent working order. RecommendationHighly recommended for anyone planning to explore Los Angeles and its surroundings by car. The comfort, convenience, and peaceful environment made our stay truly enjoyable.

“Universal Hideaway” – Where the Wi-Fi’s strong and the dad jokes are stronger

Took the fam on a Universal Studios getaway—me (resident dad and snack carrier), my wife (planner, packer, and voice of reason), our son (energy level: Hulk mode), and his aunt (aka the cool one with all the theme park hacks). We stayed at the Universal Hideaway, and let me tell you—it was the perfect launchpad for our adventure. 10/10, no “sore feet left behind.”Location:So close to Universal, I almost walked there in my Crocs just to prove a point. (Wife said no. She was right.) Warner Bros is practically your neighbor. It’s like Hollywood moved in next door and said, “Hey, wanna borrow a cup of movie magic?”The Space:One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet of “everyone has a spot to put their stuff without stepping on someone else’s stuff.” My wife and I took the bed, the aunt and our son had the living room sleep setup—and miraculously, nobody complained. (Well, except when the kid realized the wand he bought doesn’t do laundry.)With a quick trip on Instacart I fully stocked the kitchen and we cooked breakfast every morning, which is code for “I made coffee and watched everyone else cook.” There’s even a grill out back if you’re feeling brave. I planned to BBQ, but after Universal, my legs staged a protest.Washer/Dryer:A hero. After a churro mishap and an unfortunate butterbeer explosion, it saved our clothes—and our dignity.Parking:Easy and available. I parked on the first try, which officially makes this a magical property.Verdict: 10/10 Will BeBack!!

Perfect Location and Super Clean Place

We had such a wonderful time on our trip to LA area. The apartment was the perfect place to call home while we were there. The location was great. It was out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to hop right over to any area. We were able to walk to the WB studio, which was great, and my husband even walked to Chick Fil A to grab us some breakfast while I showered. Grocery store was 3 mins away. Perfect location. The only issue we had at all was that the water was not warming up. We figured out the water heater was turned down for some reason and turned it up and that fixed it. In the meantime, I messaged Kyla and she immediately answered and offered for her maintenance guy to come by. We ended up having the maintenance guy just call my husband and all was settled
 it only needed to be turned up. The maintenance guy was so nice and helpful and even checked back in with us later, as did Kyla. Couldn’t have asked for better communication and service. We WILL stay here again on our next trip to LA for sure!!

Great for a trip to Universal

We had a great trip. The apartment is nice, and being able to cook our own meals was key. There is an easy access Trader Joe’s in between Universal and the apartment. Everything is clean and as described in the listing/photos. We plan to visit again.

Perfect for us

Great unit in a great location. This apartment was perfect for me and my husband for our week-long stay in LA. The location was close to everything we needed. One parking spot in the back worked great (note that there is limited parking hours on the street). The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again on a future trip.

Universal trip

Everything was great! Enjoyed the morning doves as well as the lemon tree's. Universal studios was a short drive and there are plenty of stores and restaurants near the property.

Well decorated, bright and good location

This was a good place to stay while we visited Universal Studios, explored Hollywood, Beverly Hills and attended a Dodgers game. This place has lots of windows to enjoy the California sunshine. It is on a quiet street by Warner Bros. Studio. The apartment is very clean and decor is updated. The master room bed was comfortable. The barbecue was easy to use.

Springbreak getaway

This property was exactly as listed. Very clean and in a quiet and safe location. My family of four was visiting from the East Coast for Springbreak and found this property to be a perfect location for all the activities we had planned. We flew into Burbank Airport which was a quick drive to the property. The property was minutes from Universal Studios and close drive to Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Venice Beach. There are restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Dog Haus), a Whole foods, and Warner Brother Studios right around the corner. We felt safe venturing out on foot with the kids. Overall a great experience.
