This was the second time we have stayed in one of Kyla's properties in this building in Burbank. The location cannot be beat. The property is clean, nicely appointed and offers in unit laundty which is a plus when traveling with kids. This is literally 1/2 block walk to Warner Bros Studios, 10 minutes to Universal and close to downtown Burbank with great restaurants, bakeries and boutique shopping. We look forward to booking with this host in the future.

Great base for a business trip

This apartment is very clean and comfortable and is kiddy corner to a Whole foods and walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. This is a corporate area, and construction across the street begins at 7a.m. so

Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us!

Great location, attentive host

The property is conveniently located for exploring Los Angeles. It features a parking spot in the back, access to a shared backyard, and comfortable furnishings. The host is attentive and was able to quickly help us with any issues that arose. We will definitely stay there again when in the neighborhood.

Beautiful Burbank

My brother and his son who is 16 stayed at the property. They absolutely love the location. They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!

Great location, strong smell of smoke

The pro is the location, literally across the street from the Warner Bros Tour and Starbucks, wasy to get to Universal, Hollywood, BH. Big con was the apartment reaked of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in, and every day thereafter despite our attempts to air it out, and my daughter is allergic to smoke. 😔 Needless to say we spent very little time there and sleeping was difficult for her. The bed also is very firm, which wasn't very comfortable. I messaged the owner about the smoke as soon as we arrived and got a reply stating they were surprised and would contact their cleaners, and that was it. I now see a previous comment about the smoke as well that wasn't there when I reserved it. I was hoping for some kind of compensation since the listing says No Smoking, had I known we would not have stayed there because it was very uncomfortable for my daughter for those 5 days.

More than I expecting. The host definitely put thought and care into the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with basic needs plus more. I was happy to find various sizes of Tupperware to use for food storage! The shower was great and the blow dryer was powerful, it wasn’t like the weak cheap ones you find in hotels. Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, we’d love to return on our next trip to Burbank.
