What a Beautiful and relaxing expereince we had....

This was one of the stops for our 2019 Summer vacation. Booking was easy and from the time it was booked the property manager was in touch with us. Thank you Rosemary - for your kindness, hospitality, directions and guidance while we stayed at Caribe Resorts. Its was absolutely exciting. Kids LOVED it, Misses was pleased and overall 5 stars. The property description and directions as outlined in this Ad. We will again for sure!

Some challenges……but we loved San Pedro!

We loved the location, the palapa & the pool. AC was problematic & the small lock-off had duct tape on the window in the bathroom so there were roaches. Cooking utensils, dishes & silverware were fine- frying pans need thrown away. Place was clean but bedding needs updated or replaced. Furniture was very uncomfortable & needs new cushions. We will look next time for a more updated unit. I would not stay in this one again until it’s updated or renovated.

Confusing Apt # Great pool

We had to units and the apartment # was both units added the world. So the Unit listed was actually higher than what existed in person. With the building having a for sale sign and no one around... we started to think we were scammed. The key code wasn't updated but communication ended up be great and everything got much better! We had a bit of rain during our stay some trips got weather cancelled (no fault of anyone). The extra time allowed us to spend some time on the not so comfortable sofa's. Some of the wicker furniture was old and a bit of dust in the recesses of the furniture. The bed was really good, sheets & kitchen were clean. Great location. Close to the Hula Bar & a small neighborhood mart at the end of the street. Quiet at night. We had the host arrange our taxis and laundry pick-up. Arrange your golf cart early over the holidays (expensive and hard to find other wise)!

Great Condo

We had everything that we needed for an 11 day stay in San Pedro. We were even able to borrow a Pac N Play for our daughter. The pool is perfect to get refreshed and the rest of the outside area is great for relaxing. The condo is outside of the busy town area but is not too far from restaurants. Employees and management were kind and always willing to provide assistance.

Christmas Dive Trip

#21-22 are a combination of 2 condos with one large and one smaller kitchen area, near the pool. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and check in was super easy. Ana, was extremely responsive and had great suggestions on where we should go to eat. AC worked well. The location is a bit of a ride from the downtown area (2.5 miles), but the remoteness is why we chose the property. The area is quiet, not crowded, and we enjoyed the sunsets on the pier. A golf cart is a must, and try out the Someplace South Restaurant! We can't wait to return.

Parfait !!!

Ce fût un séjour parfait de A à Z . Ana a répondue rapidement à nos question via what app. Notre arrivée fût très facile et bien organisé. Coin tranquille , éloigné de la ville et du bruit, c'est parfait d'avoir un cart de golf , beaucoup de parking, plage propre, piscine propre . On a passées une merveilleuse semaine de rêve. On reviendra c'est certain avec des amis. Je recommande sans hésiter . 🤩

Pros and cons

A quiet gem on the island!

My husband and our 8 month old baby stayed 2 weeks at this property (we extended our one week into two). We actually got married on the beach! We loved everything about our stay - the property is well maintained and we enjoyed using the hammocks, the pool, and the palapa to hang out in outside. You can go swimming in the ocean off the end of the dock. Plenty of parking for golf carts. The apartment itself covered all our needs. We loved having tons of stuff to cook with in the kitchen and made most of our meals. We had a small issue with the first room we booked (a random issue with the flooring) but Ana was very attentive to our needs and promptly switched us to a different unit. We appreciate the concierge service (Ana) who helped us book taxis and answered a lot of our questions. The property is a few miles south of town which made it feel quieter and more relaxed. The residents and other visitors were all friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the pool and beach front access. We had a golf cart, and I would highly recommend one to everyone that stays here, for quick and easy access into town.

We had a great time at the Seaview Condo. The place was a great location, our kids spent a lot of time in the pool! We would definitely recommend this place to others. Sylvia with the front desk provided us with excellent service and was very friendly.
