Offrant tout le confort de la maison, ce condominium au rez-de-chaussée offre deux chambres à coucher avec lits queen size, deux salles de bain complètes et un coin salon avec portes pour plus d'intimité. Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. Brittany and Mike communicated very well and were on-site when we got to our accommodation. The condo was cool, clean and in a great location, just over the bridge and right on the water. I would definitely book again with them!

Just right location

The team was very receptive and prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. The condo was steps away from the pool and beach. Everything went well and highly recommend the property…minutes from Secret Beach, The Truck Stop, and downtown San Pedro.

Perfect place for our stay in paradise!

From the moment we arrived in San Pedro, Mike and Brittany made every aspect of our stay seamless and supremely convenient. Even during the booking process, they answered all of our questions to prepare for the stay. The property, itself, was absolutely perfect and in great condition! The location on the beach was just what we wanted. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was and how Brittany and her amazing team went above and beyond!

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location with quick access to town and not too far from secret beach. We could relax around the pool or easily drive our cart to town. Our snorkeling guide picked us up from the dock then cooked up the fish we caught right on the grill by the pool. We will definitely stay at this location again.

What a wonderful time!

Brittany and Mike were so helpful meeting us at airport, getting us set up with our golf cart, and getting us settled in. The location north of the bridge is ideal as it is a bit more quiet than down town, and it is a little closer to secret beach. We also loved having coco loco and the market so close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property and accomodations.

The property was nice and comfortable for our stay. The staff kept the grounds very tidy and the pool was great. Would definitely come back here again. Kimberly and Chad were very responsive to whatever we needed during our stay. The only draw back was the sargassum seaweed on the beach but mother nature does her own thing and it couldn't be helped.

Home away from home!

This condo and pool were even better than the pictures! We had an amazing stay here and the owners were super responsive to any communication and very welcoming to us. My husband and I both scuba dive and this place was super convenient to Elite Adventures / 303 where we booked the majority of our dives. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great place to hang for the week

Kimberly and Chad were so accommodating and assisted above and beyond the call of duty. The location was 1/4 mile north of San Pedro town, and easily accessible by golf cart. The condo was clean and spacious, and quiet within the walls. We enjoyed visiting around the pools with other guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

The pictures doesn't do justice to this property! I loved everything! Brittany and Mike worked to ensure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Bring bug spray. I had some deep wood repellant. I"ll be back!

San Pedro Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and great stay at this property! The hosts and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They booked our adventures and golf cart for us, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and shop. The property and condo were very clean and comfortable. There is a market/convenience store, cafe/coffee shop, and a very tasty burger stand/food truck a very short walk away. Check out was a breeze and the hosts took us to the local airport and helped check us in for our flight back to the mainland. We had a great time!
