Avec un mobilier raffiné, des carrelages exquis et de beaux bois francs locaux, ce condo avec vue sur l'océan à deux chambres et deux salles de bains est un "chez-soi loin de chez vous". La chambre principale a une salle de bain élégante avec une grande douche. La deuxième chambre a également une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Une cuisine complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable offre une excellente option si vous choisissez de cuisiner à la maison. Profitez de la vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes depuis le grand patio comprenant une table et des chaises.

Ce condo, qui fait partie de la famille The Landings at Tres Cocos et comprend une, deux, trois et cinq chambres, est situé juste au nord du pont à la coupe et à moins de deux kilomètres de la ville de San Pedro. Proche des restaurants, des bars et des magasins, mais suffisamment éloigné pour être tranquille et détendu. Les clients de l'établissement bénéficient de deux piscines d'eau douce, d'une piscine d'eau salée, d'une station de cuisson pour barbecue en bord de plage, d'un quai et d'une équipe de direction sur place pouvant vous aider au besoin. From check in to check out this place exceeded our expectation. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport to assist with our bags and show us our way. Brittany booked all our flights and excursions so we could spend our vacation enjoying it rather than figuring out what to do, stellar service. The property itself is a perfect location, very clean, stocked with all necessities, with a super market next door. We will definitely be back to San Pedro and look forward to our stay here again!

Brittany and her team made our stay on Ambergris Caye so easy! She arranged transportation to and from the airport, organized a scooter to be brought to our location to use for our entire stay and then collected at the last day, and booked two snorkeling trips. She suggested restaurants, shopping, and places to visit. It’s rare to have that much help when we travel. It made our first visit to Belize so much easier. The views and location can’t be beat. The condo was spacious and super clean. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Our experience at the Landing at Tres Cocos, Bermuda Beach was amazing. The hosts, Mike and Brittany were excellent from the moment we reserved and ensured our travel from Belize city to San Pedro was planned, got us to the condo and ensured it was outfitted as we needed. During our stay they were always a call away and took care of all our needs. We would most certainly stay here again!

Amazing time!

We loved our stay with The Landings at Tres Coco. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. Having help with the island transportation was great. We would highly recommend this location for family and friends in the future. We’re counting the days until we can come back!

As many reviews state, Kimberly and Chad were excellent hosts! They made arrangements for flights, golf cart, activities and more. Pickup and drop off at Airport was greatly appreciated. Unit and property were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing first visit to San Pedro. We enjoyed every second we were there. The property and unit were exactly as pictured and described. What made this trip SO much better was Brittany and Mike. They are two of the most amazing humans I've ever met. They were there whenever we needed them, from additional water jug, to phone not working, to booking an excursion. Thank you!

Amazing location and view. Property clean and staff at location very accommodating to all our needs. This is a 10 plus star rating for this property. If you go to San Pedro Belize Brittney and Mike were the best. They assisted with recommendations on food places and excursion to do while there. Truly amazing people and property. Chad and Kimberly were awesome!! They booked our trips and handled everything at tropic air. They stayed in contact with us during entire trip and made everything seamless. I would definitely recommend using this property especially if this is your first trip to the island.

First Class Property and Hosts

Extremely clean and comfort unit in a well maintained building. All the comforts of home in this updated and fully equipped unit. The pool and grounds are lovely. Brittany and Mike took good care of us from arranging flights to the island, meeting us at the airport, arranging a golf cart rental, and stocking the fridge with beverages. They were always available to help or offer suggestions. We would highly recommend this property.

The property is very well maintained amd clean. There is security day and night walking the grounds which makes it feel safe. The condos are beauiful and fully equipped with everything you will need to live comfortably. We had some water pressure concerns at first but water is a precious resource on the island and we adapted and tried to be conservative. They filter the water on the island but the condos also do an extra purification process so it is safe to wash food, brush teeth, etc. The property managers are local and available at any time to assist with booking excursions, sharing advice on local activities and eateries or addressing any concerns about your condo you may have (we had none). Highly recommend this place for a quiet, centeally located place to call home for your stay!

Fabulous stay!

We had a GREAT time at The Landings. Two adults and two 18 year olds. Lots of room for all of us, lots of towels including beach towels, AC was awesome, the balcony was great for morning coffee and lunch - shaded compared to some others which was nice getting out of the heat! It was very nice having everything booked and organized for us - the Air Tropic flights, our golf cart, the beer which was nice and cold! Booked an all day Catamaran snorkelling trip - booked for us as well! Perfect. Location great - just to the north of town but still in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Concierge-level service at a great price!

The property was beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed. We considered an "all inclusive", but decided we wanted more freedom to design our own experience. Kimberly and her group provided all of the information and support we needed to do so, and booked our golf cart, flights to San Pedro, excursions, and other amenities. So we got the support we would have received from a high end all-inclusive while also having options to do what we wished. I wouldn't change a thing!

Girls trip with my daughters

From the booking to the departure we felt guided about this first trip to Belize and San Pedro. The staff Kimberly, Brittney and Mike were extremely kind and helpful. Our condo was comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the area..close to town with the calm and quiet that comes with being along the beach. The pools were nice and we enjoyed swimming from the dock too. The staff booked 2 excursions for us and made the process so very convenient and easy. We felt safe at our location. Overall a great experience with a caring staff and comfortable condo. Absolutely would stay here again.

Outstanding!

From booking to checkout, the communication and assistance from Property Managers Kimberlie and Chad was stellar. Scheduling our activities, arrangements for golf cart, flight to San Pedro, meeting us at the airport, and sending us off. Any issues with the condo were addressed quickly (the coffee pot misbehaved). The condo itself was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Everything needed at our finger tips. Great experience, will do again!

Very Nice Place

Our 2 bedroom/2bath condo was very nice - clean with plenty of towels - really like the layout with each bedroom having its own private large bathroom. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals in - we also used the community gas grill by the pool. The main pool's water was green instead of blue as shown in the listing. The hospitality shown by Kimberly and Chad was exceptional. From the pick up at the airport, to the stocking of water & soda, to the booking of tours & golf cart, to the answering of any questions or concerns, to the final sendoff at the airport, Kimberly and Chad surpassed all expectations. Thank You So Much for all you did to make our trip enjoyable!!

My friends and I had a fantastic time during our week on Ambergris Caye. Our hosts arranged for our flight to and from the island and mainland and a golf cart for our use during our stay. That helped immensely, not having to figure out the logistics on our own. The condo was very clean and comfortable. This was our first time to Belize and we weren't sure what to expect. The beaches close to the condo are small and surrounded by buildings, but the payoff is being close to Pedro and attractions there. It is a beautiful little town and the people are very welcoming. I would suggest renting a golf cart for your entire stay and more substantial beaches and other attractions are a short drive away. If you plan to stay on Ambergris Caye and want welcoming hosts who will handle details of your trip for you, I highly recommend The Landings.

Chad & Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure our stay with them was perfect. We went on several excursions, and it couldn't have been any easier - they set up all of them for us and we then made one payment at the end of our vacation (and they didn't mark them up at all). The condo was in perfect condition and in an ideal location. Over our 2 week stay, we did have one incident with one of the split HVAC units, but Chad had the maintenance guys out within the hour and everything worked smoothly afterward. Chad and Kimberly were also very helpful with our flights to/from San Pedro and the mainland, and with our golf cart rental as well (if you ever stay in San Pedro, a golf cart is a must!). We very much look forward to a return trip to Belize, and when that happens, we definitely plan to contact Chad and Kimberly to stay at The Landings @ Tres Cocos again!

Excellent stay!

Chad and Kimberly are among the best hosts I have ever dealt with. The value added services they provide are second to none! They literally take care of everything! I would have loved to give them 5 stars across the board, but some of the ratings pertain to the area and are beyond their control. Ambergris Caye is in serious need of a quality sanitation department. The streets are lined with trash and debris. If you’re looking for a beach vacation, this is not it. If, however, you want to experience some culture, good food and a true golf cart community, you’ll love this area. I would go back, but places along the Yucatan Peninsula and Cozumel offer a similar experience with much better beaches and a cleaner environment.
