Condo sur la plage chez Pat à Punaluu. Nouvelle rénovation! Vues imprenables sur l'océan!

Soyez l'un des premiers à séjourner dans notre condo récemment rénové dans l'emblématique Pat's at Punaluu Beachfront Residence. Cette unité décorée avec goût a été entièrement équipée avec la plupart de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris tous les nouveaux draps, serviettes et ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a une cuisine complète avec four, réfrigérateur et four à micro-ondes. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Assurez-vous de vous lever tôt le matin pour regarder le lever du soleil depuis votre véranda en bord de mer. Écoutez le doux ressac tout en sirotant votre vin comme vous vous levez de votre journée parfaite. Le condo est situé au 5ème étage, il y a un grand parking dans le lot réservé à nos clients. Ce complexe comprend une piscine étincelante et une petite salle de musculation. Si vous préférez nager dans l'océan, il y a une belle plage de sable blanc juste au-delà de la piscine.

Fantastic location!! Steps from the beach, right in the backyard… We enjoyed being away from the city, but easily within driving distance… There was known driveway repair / construction- which has to be done even in paradise - which was a little difficult with parking, but easily sorted and again… these things happen…. Great stay!!

The unit was remodeled nicely. The location was great to travel to different parts of the island. The host had great communication and answered any questions in a timely fashion. I think the only thing to be aware of is that the building that the unit is in is doing some upgrades to the parking lot. So at the time of our stay parking spaces were at a premium. The onsite staff was very helpful trying to find everyone parking spots.

Great place to stay

It was so great. The bed was so comfortable and the pull out couch was an easy way to have another bed. The balcony looking over the ocean was so peaceful. It was a fun spot to sit and read in the morning. Checking in was super easy and Sandra responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Sleeping quarters were unacceptable. One side of bed is against the wall and one person has to climb over the other to get out. Location is great and access to beach is great. Bathroom could use upgrade. Place was clean

Hidden Gem

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. Turtles visit frequently, which makes for a fun experience. The only downfall to this property is the hour drive to downtown and most tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time on the North Shore, this is the perfect location.

Everything thing was good, the bed was a little soft. The location was great as we had most of our activities on the north shore. We would stay there again.

Wonderful place, perfect location!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Honolulu this is a great place to stay! We saw and heard the ocean every morning and evening from our balcony. Short drive to everything we wanted to do and see! We would recommend this place!

Beach front vacation

Beautiful beach front property. We watch the sea turtles and whales from the deck.Construction was going on but we were updated about it by Sandra.

Property was exactly as advertised in terms of location and proximity to the beach. Property needs to be cleaned and have furniture and TV replaced. Furniture is old and lumpy. Overall property needs some TLC. You need to compare the check-in instructions you receive when you book to the instructions you receive prior to arrival as they differ. Second set of instruction were accurate in terms of being able to access the unit. Property Manager was immediately available via phone to help.

Great Place to Relax

Great location on the island, away from all the crowd in Honolulu, beautiful beach, beautiful view, and nice ocean side landscaping. They are repairing the building and parking can be difficult. Overall, we had a great experience.

Relaxing and quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We spent the days out and about so we were only at the condo in the mornings and evenings. The condo had everything we needed and any concerns or issues were addressed with great communication. The condo was comfortable and check in and check out for really easy. The ocean view was an added bonus to view every morning and night.

First time north shore

We enjoyed our stay especially on being at the north shore. Place was perfect for 2-3 people. We slept on the pullout couch since we preferred ocean over traffic. Construction didn’t bother us. It got smelly with the septic system but I still go back and spend another week in a heartbeat
