Une ancienne ferme en activité, et maintenant l'emplacement spécial d'une maison spacieuse et confortable à quelques pas du centre-ville de Saugatuck. Maison rénovée et joliment meublée de 3 200 pieds carrés sur 5 acres donnant sur une prairie. Observez les cerfs, la dinde sauvage, les oiseaux chanteurs et le renard roux occasionnel dans votre arrière-cour privée, ou profitez simplement des étoiles et de quelques S’mores autour du foyer la nuit.

Familial et prêt pour vos aventures à Saugatuck ou Douglas, ou simplement étalez-vous et détendez-vous. Conception à aire ouverte avec espace pour que chacun puisse cuisiner, manger ou jouer ensemble.

La grande salle comprend un foyer au gaz et un téléviseur OLED 4K 65 pouces, avec un escalier ouvert pour une salle de jeux pour que les enfants puissent se détendre avec un téléviseur LED 4K 65 pouces. Véritable cuisine gastronomique pour préparer de grands repas ensemble ou profiter de nombreux bons restaurants locaux. La table à manger peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, tandis que la véranda voûtée adjacente dispose d'une table ronde en chêne pour 4-6 personnes. Profitez d'une vue sur la belle prairie et accédez à la terrasse dotée d'une grande table à manger, d'un parasol éclairé, de nombreuses chaises et d'une grille à gaz.

Cette immense suite principale privée comprend un lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le coin télévision / salon, qui comprend une télévision à écran plasma HD de 65 pouces. La deuxième chambre est une chambre avec lits superposés, avec 2 lits superposés doubles et un autre téléviseur LED 4K 65 pouces. Idéal pour les enfants ou pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter des souvenirs de partager des histoires au chevet. La troisième chambre comprend un lit queen-size confortable et des chaises. 3 1/2 bains pour le confort de tous.

En plus de la salle de jeux, le niveau inférieur comprend également une cuisine de style ferme rétro qui est presque sûre de mettre un sourire sur votre visage. Bugs everywhere. Weird host. Try somewhere else. I let him know there was tons of bugs and he said the last guest brought them in. Not sure why he booked it without getting rid of them.

Mark was such a gracious host! He was very quick with all communication which made our check in process super simple. The kitchen had anything you could think of and the house had endless amount of games to play. The firepit was very nice as well. It’s also super close to downtown Saugatuck, so we really couldn’t have asked for a better location, host, and house! We would come back again!

Mark’s property was incredible. This was the first time we’ve ever had a vacation home that turned out BETTER than even the listing sounded. Every detail was perfect: the kitchen stocked with literally anything you could need—from multiple sizes of ziplocks, an enormous number of pans, pots, dishes, waffle iron, and more! The yard was impeccably landscaped, with beautiful flowers overflowing in pots by the outdoor eating area and a huge fire pit with solar lights. The master suite was big and cozy at the same time (fantastic mattresses on both the king and the pull-out couch)!The 8 of us used every single room. There were plenty of family ping pong tournaments and games played on the beautiful screened in porch. Decor was awesome, featuring lots of cool collections and tons of books. Communication with Mark was great at every turn. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Place for a Golf Weekend

My group of friends and I had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The house was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities needed to entertain a large group. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great House!

Friends vacation in Michigan

Excellent option for a large group with tweens and teens. Lots to do at the property. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, smores and snacks, propane and firewood. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen, including oils and spices. We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Check in was super easy. All needed information was provided at the start and the house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen has higher end appliances and everything needed for food preparation. Plenty of room to spread out and all sorts of things to keep kids amused both inside and out. All the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The owner is friendly and accommodating! The neighborhood is beautiful and close to town. We felt very well cared for and would highly recommend this house!

Great place for a group

My friends and I stayed at the Meadow House for a golf weekend, and it was a fantastic setup. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to hang out together and we really enjoyed the converted garage/sports room. The backyard was a great place for some yard games and the grill setup came in handy. Check in/check out was a breeze and Mark was prompt in his communication leading up to the weekend. Overall a great trip, and we will definitely be back.

Perfect summer getaway

The house was better than what we were expecting. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a large meal and it was nice to be able to grill out too! Just close enough to town that we could walk back when Uber’s weren’t available. The game room was amazing to have!!! I book VRBO’s all the time and this was the best one yet!

Fantastic Experience

We stayed at Marks property for a golf trip/guys weekend and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean and set up for our arrival. The home is stocked with all the activities you could need for a fun weekend; pool table, ping pong, Xbox/Playstation. The location is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and was also right across the street from a fantastic golf course. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips.

Great house and great location!

Mark was awesome to work with! He responded quickly and even helped us plan activities during our stay! The house is close to downtown, but feels like you're in the country! We took advantage of the fire pit every night. Mark even left us the essentials to make s'mores! Highly recommend this place if you want to be in or near Saugatuck!

Wow!! What a wonderful week we had staying at this house! The kitchen was well stocked from dishes to spices to containers/plastic wrap/Ziploc bags. We also loved the double ovens and cooking in this kitchen. We loved the game room and spent plenty of time in there. There was plenty of space for us to be together, but also places to go to spend time on our own. Mark truly thought of everything and was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. He even supplied all the goodies to make Smores by the firepit! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mark!

Blueberry Headquarters

Wanting to have a non-crowded beautiful access to the nearby South Haven Blueberry Festival, we chose Mark’s beautiful home located in Saugatuck. There is literally nothing negative I have to say or type about the beautiful home, the large yard, the fire pit, the furniture, the TVs, and on and on and on. It was literally a perfect location and rental, which I would recommend to anyone.

Saugatuck 3-family vacation 2023

This was the perfect property for our group of 10! There were three comfortable, spacious bedrooms. The kids (all of them between 4 -10) were so excited about the bunk beds and bean bags in their room! Lots to do at this property for any age. Its only a couple minute drive to the shopping downtown saugatuck area, but probably is around 2 acres with great backyard for fires and grilling. Really enjoyed our stay here! Great coffee every morning (thanks, Mark).

Cozy farmhouse feel, meets mid-century modern.

We a fantastic stay! This house exceeded our expectations! We felt at home right away, and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, gathering around the large dining room table for meals and games. Tons of different spaces to relax, or hang out inside, with a separate, private master bedroom with sitting area for an escape. We grilled, made a fire in the fire pit, and enjoyed the breathtaking starlit night sky! Mark was accommodating and easy to reach when we had questions. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Great house for a family vacation

Absolutely fantastic house that has been updated yet maintains the charm of a country home. The house is so comfortable with a big kitchen table for dinners and game time, lots of sitting areas with televisions readily accessible. The outside is warm and comfortable and the neighborhood was perfect for our early morning walks. We have never stayed at a rental house that had so many accommodations such as spices, cooking supplies, and snacks for the guests. Bathrooms stocked with great towels and bath supplies. Overall wonderful stay and Mark was extremely easy to communicate with and always willing to help out with any questions.

Perfect: checked all the boxes!

Finding a solution for more than your own family can be challenging - especially when there are teenagers involved, but this truly was perfect for us! There was room to spread out, we could gather together when we wanted and have our own space when needed. The teens loves the weights and the rec area. We all loved the fire pit and close proximity to the beach. I especially appreciated how all of the household needs were supplied: foil, baggies, spices, etc. cooking on vacation with a crowd was easy in the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. Mark thought of everything! This truly felt like a ‘hidden gem’ - we can’t wait to come back! I say ‘hidden’ because we can’t believe we didn’t find it sooner, and it’s ‘right there’ - close to everything!

Moved to Saugatuck in 2016 and can’t say enough about how great this area is. Charming small towns, Lake Michigan parks and beaches, very friendly locals and visitors, the arts and more. It’s yours to discover or to enjoy once again.

I continually make improvements to my property for my guests and I make every effort to be an excellent host for your visit.

Enjoy 3 private acres of sunny nature, yet be only 1 mile to the heart of downtown Saugatuck. While I sometimes enjoy a walk into town, a bike ride or super quick car ride are my favorite modes of transport.

I regularly take a bike ride to Oval Beach, which provides a perfect aerobic workout with the rolling hills along the way. Or go hiking at nearby Saugatuck Dunes State Park.

All of the rooms in this home are very spacious, especially the Great Room and primary bedroom suite. If you are a cook, you will truly enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Or maybe you will simply enjoy hanging out together in the spacious kitchen/dining room/great room, The meadow with its ever changing field of wildflowers and wildlife also encourage you to feel connected with nature.

Beginning in 2023, we have added both a Sports Room and a Gaming Room. You can enjoy pro level pool, foosball and ping pong, or the most current video games and equipment available - in your own home!

I love the beautiful and mature specimen trees on the property, and if you look around you will see the windmill that was once used to water the farm gardens. There’s just something about that windmill that gives happy thoughts and positive energy.

It’s almost unbelievable that you can enjoy this much property and nature, with the heart of downtown Saugatuck 1 mile away. And charming Douglas is nearby as well!
