INSIDE THE HOME
Main floor features a spacious open floor plan with sunny living room opening to dining area with beautiful farmhouse table and fully equipped kitchen with black stainless refrigerator and granite countertops. Take meals or morning coffee on the huge screened in porch just off the main floor or enjoy late night card games and cocktails. A separate den with cozy sectional can be found just inside the entry and is perfect for catching up on your latest book or quiet time away from it all! A queen bedroom and full bath complete this floor. Each bedroom has separate climate control for heat and a/c.

Upstairs you will find plenty of sleeping options for everyone. A large front facing bedroom offers beautiful views of the property and provides a king bed. Down the hall you will find an additional corner bedroom with queen bed. Facing the back of the property is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and just across a master suite with queen bed, sitting area with flat screen TV and en suite bath. There is a separate full bath located on this floor as well.

THE LOCATION
Want to spend a day in downtown Saugatuck? No need to drive - simply take a short walk to the chain ferry and catch a ride across the channel to spend the day exploring this lovely vacation town known for its artistic influences. You will find a great variety of shopping and galleries, coffee shops, cocktail bars and a wide array of dining options from the locals favorite bar food to first class dining. Take a tour on the Star of Saugatuck and explore the channel leading out to Lake Michigan or rent your own boat locally and become your own cruise director. Take a day trip to Fennville to sample locally wineries and the working farm of Virtue Cider. Treat the kids to a ride at the Dune Schooner or rent kayaks and paddle boards and explore Kalamazoo River.

Best of all this vacation home is located just over a mile from award winning Oval Beach - named one of the top 10 beaches in the US. Sandy shores and beautiful vistas await! Plan a cookout on one of the grills provided after a day in the water or simply lounging in the sun listening to the sound of waves. Head back to the cottage for late night s'mores around the custom fire pit and flagstone patio.

PARKING
Please limit parking to the driveway and inside of the garage. There is room for up to 6 vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance. "Really enjoyed the property it was perfect for our group! Everyone was comfortable. Great temperature in the house. Lots of kitchen utensils and a grill. We were able to walk to a few places in town such as the Barrel and a Flying Dutchman boat tour. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was not too crazy busy, and very beautiful! "Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Douglas/Saugatuck. The home was very roomy, and we enjoyed being able to eat meals at the large table in the dining area and also at the table in the screened in porch. Our grown kids loved being able to play video games in the spacious great room with its comfortable couch. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The fire pit was a bonus and we had a nice evening outside roasting marshmallows. The house is in such a great location- easy walks to Douglas and Saugatuck. We all had a great time and really loved this beautiful home!"
