Beau 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain non-fumeur condo (deuxième étage d'un
bâtiment de quatre étages)

Heritage Palms est un golf privé de 500 acres, fermé et tennis
communauté située sur la côte sud-ouest du golfe de Floride à Fort Myers.
Les motifs manucurés disposent de beaux feuillages tropicaux, conserves
et les lacs scintillants. La communauté est située à 10 minutes du Fort
Myers Southwest International Airport et à 20 minutes de Sanibel,
Captiva et les plages de Fort Myers.

La communauté dispose de deux terrains de golf conçus par Azinger / Lewis
dispose de 36 trous de golf de championnat, putting et chipping greens
et une gamme d'aqua.

Notre condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a environ 1400 pieds carrés et
offre une vue magnifique sur le golf et le lac.
Le condo est décoré professionnellement avec des meubles améliorés et
plafonds voûtés. La cuisine dispose d'un bar, mis à jour
plans de travail, cuisinière électrique avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons. Toutes les serviettes nécessaires,
ustensiles, ustensiles de cuisine et couverts sont inclus. Le coin petit-déjeuner
comprend une table et quatre chaises juste à côté de la véranda.

La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen, coffre, placard, ventilateur de plafond.

La chambre principale, au large du salon, dispose d'un lit king size,
Armoir, double tables de nuit, TV à écran plat, ventilateur de plafond, deux grands
marcher dans les placards avec des tiroirs et de stockage, et une salle de bain privée avec
douche fermée. Également en vedette est une salle à manger avec une table et
six chaises.

Le salon est décoré avec goût avec une grande
canapé et fauteuil inclinable. Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat.
Les portes coulissantes en verre à la véranda carrelée comportent des chaises créant un
Vue spectaculaire sur le golf et le lac.

L'unité a tous les conforts de la maison: draps, serviettes de plage, aspirateur
nettoyeur, laveuse, sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Il attend
vous apprécierez!

ÉQUIPEMENTS

Un Clubhouse récemment rénové de 28 400 pieds carrés, avec des installations formelles et informelles
Restaurants. Service Internet haute vitesse par câble, utilisation de l'ordinateur et
imprimante sont disponibles pour votre usage au club-house. Wi-Fi inclus dans le condo aussi!

- Golf: deux parcours de golf de premier choix de 18 trous avec une pleine
service shop pro.

1. Le parcours royal à 6756 verges. USGA évalué à 72. 8/134
la pente des pointes et les tees blancs jouent 6068 yards à 69. 2/123
pente;

2. Le cours de Sabal à 6837 verges. USGA évalué à 73. 4/139
pente des conseils et les White Tees jouent 6052 verges évaluées à
69. 7/122 pente.

- Tennis: Le centre de tennis, avec 8 courts de tennis éclairés HarTru,
magasin de tennis et directeur de tennis.

- Natation: Neuf piscines chauffées, une très pratique
situé au condo. Un pool réservé aux membres privés que vous avez
accès à, avec une cascade Jacuzzi.

- Fitness: Un nouveau centre de fitness entièrement équipé et un fitness
professionnel que vous pouvez planifier pour aider à mettre en place et surveiller un
plan de conditionnement physique personnel.

- Divertissement: centre d'activités pour adultes avec bibliothèque d'emprunt,
salle de cartes, salle de billard et tables de poker.

Beautiful Golf Course View

Heritage Palms is a beautiful property. We met so many friendly residents. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, shops, beaches and entertainment venues.

Clean, comfy, beautiful views.

Check in was easy, every comfort of home. Daniel made it welcoming. Pools were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the family time.

Nice Stay !

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful grounds and facilities that are an easy drive to shopping and area attractions. The HP Grill Room was excellent for any of our dining needs. Golf experience was great as it was easy to get access as a single golfer. The Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had.

Great Place!

I stayed at this beautiful condo for three months. This gated community is pristine and the condo building this unit is in is walking distance to the main clubhouse and fitness center. Easy check in/out and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

Relaxing vacation

The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed going for daily walks around the beautifully landscaped grounds and also enjoyed the pools. Due to covid we were not allowed to use the fitness center. Daniel was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to returning to the condo.

Heritage Palms Fort Myers Florida

The Heritage Palms unit was all that we hoped for. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was a good location to the Clubhouse that had 2 restaurants, main pool. tennis courts and golf course. We especially enjoyed the second floor lanai overlooking the golf course and lake. The owner was very easy to contact, and answered our inquiries quickly.

Great Community & Location

Great community and convenient location. Even without purchasing the transfer membership, we were able to use many amenities including the clubhouse pool and cabana snack bar, golf, driving range, and Grill Room restaurant. The golf course outside the condo was under construction (until the fall we were told) but were able to play the other and it was excellent. The check-in process was easy, and the gated community felt safe. Dan was very responsive when we needed to reach out. We cooked several meals in the condo and took easy trips to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and other nearby attractions. Thanks for hosting us!

Great value

Very nice location. We had a wonderful vacation. People were extremely friendly. Couple suggestions though. Pizza cutter would be nice. Also be aware no hair dryer. I packed mine because I saw none listed. There was a slight delay checking in because we had the address but not the unit number. Took a few minutes but the gate keeper was patient. I was surprised there were not instructions for getting into the pools (key needed). We couldn’t use the lodge and its swimming pool or the rec center cause we didn’t have a swipe card and were told because of covid we weren’t allowed, only members. . We made do with the satellite pool and planet fitness a few miles away. Also no checkout procedure so we did what we do at any vrbo; trash out, dishes washed, beds stripped,towels and sheets in laundry basket and all food out of frig and cupboards. We def will consider returning

The condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked! Also, you can’t beat the view! I had an issue with the AC during my stay and worked with the owner who resolved the issue quickly. He was very responsive throughout my one month stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful location

Loved the location within the community. Very close to clubhouse and pools. Wonderful view of the 18th hole and the lake from the terrace. Unit was very clean and all necessities were provided. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had.

A Good Find

This condo is in a safe gated community. We found the condo to be ideally located on the golf course, beautiful lake and close to the Clubhouse. All of the owner's instructions were clear and helpful. Also, he was very responsive to our needs even buying beach chairs for our beach excursions. The layout of the condo is very practical and we enjoyed the well-appointed furniture, appliances, all in working order, and the thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant. We bought the membership transfer and it was well worth it to take advantage of the many amenities the community has to offer, including golf, pools and the dining facilities.

Delightful

Lovely, quiet and convenient for most of our needs. We missed having a bbq grill yet we realize that is for safety and part of the rules of the association. The large pool was awesome! It had very tasteful tropical type music mixture playing and the snack bar lady Beth made sure we always had ice water. Love this place!
