Summit 409A, également connu sous le nom de notre studio "Dolphin Watch" / 1 salle de bain condo est un condo de vacances de style hôtel à Miramar Beach, Floride, Tops'l Tennis et Racquet Resort. Le Summit 409A n’est qu’à 2,2 kilomètres de la plage - une promenade très facile dans un complexe privé, aucune route principale à traverser. Profitez de la vue fascinante sur la plage sous tous les angles de ce condo tout en étant seulement une courte marche jusqu'à votre point d'accès à la plage dans la station privée et sécurisée (pas de route principale à traverser). Vous trouverez une connexion Wi-Fi GRATUITE, un parking gratuit, des sentiers désignés et l'accès à la piscine Summit, aux barbecues et au bain à remous. Ce condo avec vue sur la plage est parfait pour un couple partageant une escapade romantique / amusante et accueille un luxueux lit king-size ainsi qu'une baignoire où vous pourrez vous détendre dans les bulles tout en profitant de ces magnifiques vues. Une douche à l'italienne et une double vasque sont également disponibles ainsi qu'une kitchenette avec un mini-réfrigérateur, un four à micro-ondes et une cafetière. Votre balcon privé peut accueillir confortablement deux personnes et possède certaines des vues les plus sereines sur la plage que vous trouverez à Destin - pas encombré de gratte-ciels et de bâtiments. Very disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Deceptive advertising. No welcome information about amenities or "free" activities, room had a small view of ocean not the "serene beach views" as described, beach was not as close as anticipated. Had to wait 3 days to get a bottom sheet for the bed. Jacuzzi tub didn't work (breaker was off) Although there was a microwave and fridge, there were no utensils to be able to eat/reheat anything. No coffee maker (kind of assumed in a "studio" rental and was listed in room description) We were assured that there were chairs for the beach, but instead of a normal comfortable beach chairs, there were 2 children's sand chairs which we neither fit into nor could get in/out of. For the fees being charged, some decent chairs would not be too much to ask. We had our furniture removed during the "storm" (no one else we were with did) so lost 2 nights on the balcony, even in the rain it would have been nice. Friends on the other side of the building had NO view since it was blocked by 2 other high rise buildings. Be careful what you rent through this company, we were severely mislead.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gibson Beach Rentals was awesome! Online reservation; no wasted time checking in, and checking out. This particular unit however could use some updating and perhaps a comfortable chair or 2 to relax in and watch TV. If you just need a place to sleep it’s ok.The location was good, pool and hot tub area very nice . BBQ available. Beach a short walk away. I will definitely use Gibson Beach Rentals again but perhaps a different property.

My wife and daughter and I had a great time at this property The check in was paperless and contactless. Check out as well . The views were amazing you have the forest next door along with a pool view and a sea view It’s not beachfront but it’s an amazing view. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Clean and good view of ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a corner unit that has good view of the ocean and the pool below. Liked the update to the main living area but the bathroom could use an update as well. Everything worked as it should which is nice. Especially like that there was an Alexa in the room, which was a nice touch. Internet speeds were good and the only problem was the info received about the wifi conflicted. However a phone call was all that was needed to get that fixed. The bathroom had a loose baseboard. As with all other units that we stayed at, this adjacent room's noise can be easily heard thru the connecting door.The building itself could use an update though. We've been to this building many times and every time, the elevators are grimy. On our arrival the elevator call button was loose but at least it was fixed the next day. There is no cleaning done on the elevator or the luggage carts. At least there is always luggage carts, which I appreciate. Just wish that the elevator and elevator areas were cleaned on a regular basis.

Gorgeous View!

Everything was as described! The unit and property were clean and beautiful. Communication was easy and questions were answered almost immediately. Digital check in/out was easy and efficient. Amazing view of pool and ocean. Beach chairs and umbrella provided, as well as other small beach essentials. Jacuzzi tub was the perfect size and had a great view! Ocean access with a pool/bar at the beach and plenty of prime gulf white sand beaches. Surrounded by great restaurants and a short drive to amazing local hot spots, dining and the Harborwalk! Would absolutely return and use Gibson Rentals again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. Beautiful view and we loved how spacious it was for a studio unit. It was perfect for my husband and I. Our only complaints were the plug in out let’s we’re messed up. We had a hard time charging our phones. Also, it was very busty on the ceilings in the bathroom. I wouldn’t usually complain about that but it seemed it hadn’t been cleaning in a long time. Besides that the walls were thin and we could here the neighbors but we just played some music while we were there and spent most the time at the beach. Loved the resort we will definitely be back but would like to try a different unit next time, one closer to the beach and not attached to another apartment.

Safe property

Reviewer Comments: We visit the Destin area annually but this was our 1st time staying at Tops’l/Summit. Pros: safe property, guard at front gate, each car is tagged to be on property, beautifully kept grounds, onsite breakfast, lunch & dinner, close to beach, quiet building with no loud parties and very family friendly. Each floor has a trash shoot which makes taking out trash very easy. Each Tops’l building has their own private pool (guests at that building only are allowed but no one checks) and a community pool for all at beach. Loved all the pools. Lots of kids and well kept and clean. Balcony views were beautiful - and with the middle unit, we had corner views which spanned the length of the beach. Was a fantastic surprise to be able to watch an amazing fireworks show from our room! (Held at resort next to ours)Cons: the beach shuttle never showed up EVER so if don’t have a beach wagon, you’ll be carrying all your beach things quite a long walk up and down hills (~15 min walk), called to service to report large cockroach and WiFi didn’t work- they never came to fix either problem and we stayed 8 days :( Horrible. Zero communication on amenities at property- we stumbled upon finding out they had breakfast place and that they had a work out facility after being there almost a week. There’s no mention of that anywhere. The beachside bistro has great food and service. Worth going when all area restaurants had a 2+ hour wait. This particular unit didn’t have a washer/dryer and there is no towel service at resort, so I wouldn’t chose this particular unit again solely based on needing to wash items between daily beach trips. Overall, a great, safe, beautiful property but the property mgmt has major room for improvement.

Great Place to Stay!

Loved the studio condo at a very nice Condo Community! We had a great visit at this cute, clean, very nice studio condo for a few days! We liked having a nice view of the pool and ocean. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, very short, but beautiful. If you are lucky you can see animals that live right next door. We saw a few racoons, and many birds. Also, loved the trails! This place was perfect for us to relax and enjoy Florida for a few days! Enjoyed having a small kitchen to have our breakfast and lunches. I would definitely recommend for those that want a peaceful visit, and want to go out to dine in the evenings! Loved it!

Do NOT stay here if you’re sensitive to noise or value cleanliness

To say we were disappointed in this place would be an understatement. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the A in the 0409A condo number was for attached or annex. This room was connected to another room, 0409. That being said, it was EXTREMELY loud and you could hear everything next door. There was no sound proofing or rubber door seal between the 2 units. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the attached door where you could see light coming from the other side meaning there was nothing to block noise. It was beyond annoying to hear every conversation in the next room and to hear their music all day every day. When I tried to contact the main office they did not pickup even though it was during their office hours. Someone finally texted me later and said that was security’s issue and they wiped their hands clean of it. Also, this place was not clean at all. There were stains on every towel and the sheets. There was sand on the floor when we arrived so you couldn’t even walk around barefoot in the unit. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned between guests. There was some kind of black mold in there. The popcorn ceiling was also extremely dirty and dusty. Going to Florida during a pandemic we tried to be as safe as possible but it was hard when we didn’t even feel safe in our own condo. The cleaning fee was way too much for what they actually clean. The only saving grace from this property is that it was close enough to the beach and also to the Grand Boulevard. I would not be staying here again though. Way too loud and way too dirty. You’re better booking somewhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First thing upon entry was it was very clean!!! The unit was totally as expected. Fantastic view! It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the other properties within Tops'l, but the walk to the beach was probably a little further than I would like. Also, the walls are VERY thin, where we could hear people talking clearly next door. The first night we were there they had a baby that was not very happy! The rest of our stay, there was a little dog next door that barked quite a bit. There was also no broom in the unit and the vacuum didn't really suck up much sand so we were constantly walking around wiping our feet off. It was also nice they had beach chairs and an umbrella! Sooo nice! The complex is VERY pretty I think! And we would stay again!

Always love Sandestin

Clean, comfortable property. Liked the touchpad entry. A little longer walk to the beach than hoped, but not too bad.
