Summit at Tops`l 810 - Beautiful Gulf Views!

Gorgeous GULF VIEW unit in Tops'l Beach and Tennis Resort!! Tops'l Summit 810 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium in the Summit building with views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Preserve, and just an easy three minute stroll to the beach.
Tops'l is a beautifully landscaped paradise resort, popular year around, with private security, and several resort restaurants. Summit guests have their own private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ grill area, and organized family activities. Located across the highway from the resort is Baytowne with its many restaurants, entertainment, shopping and summertime fireworks displays.
Summit 810 is a 8th floor unit with gorgeous balcony views of the Gulf and preserve. Inside, the family room has a large TV with cable TV and free WIFI. The two bedrooms sleep 4, with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a king bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bath. The unit has been upgraded with new granite in the kitchen and baths as well as new flooring throughout.
Tops'l Summit 810 is the perfect family getaway: a well equipped condominium steps away from the gulf, with the latest in updates and amenities, located in the most beautiful resort in the area!

Beautiful beaches. Great place to stay.

The property was perfect. Close to beach and had a pool. Lots of places close by to eat and shop. Host was attentive and communicated well.

Amazing condo

Great location in Tops’l

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property exactly as shown in photos. Loved the large kitchen island and gulf views. Short walk to the beach and multiple pools. Had a couple of minor issues property manager was great and both were addressed quickly. Would stay here again!

Couples Getaway

Beautiful condo. Clean and great view. Wish we had access to the pickleball courts that were just outside our window but they were only available to those staying in another building, Lots of activities nearby.

Great Spring Break Condo

We thought this property was very nice and well kept! The ocean views are amazing from living room and master bedroom.!! We enjoyed going to both pools and loved how convenient the condo was to the beach. The living area is very cozy and we specifically liked how there was an island in the kitchen vs. being closed off. It made it feel really open and great for having a few guests over. With all of that being said, there are a few minor things that I would improve if I were the owner. First, there were no head boards on either bed, which made it feel less cozy and a little too informal. Second- the pillows completely need replaced. They are all super flat and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Last- the sheets on the beds felt really stiff and super cheap. The fitted sheet in the master bedroom barely fit the mattress and kept coming off. Last- the bright cool lighting in the bathrooms are super bright and not very inviting. Warmer lighting would be more attractive and just a matter of changing the bulbs out. Again - we loved the condo itself and specifically the location, views and kitchen/living room area. The things I mentioned are minor and would be super easy to change. We look forward to coming back again!!
