We had a lovely time staying in your home. It was a perfect set up for families and cousins to be together and close enough to Beaver Stadium for football and Rec hall for volleyball games. It was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. Jay was very responsive and welcoming as well.

A Perfect College Football Weekend

Property was great - clean and comfortable. Perfect for easy access to Beaver Stadium - great place to prepare for the gameday and wind down afterwards. Owner easy to work with and very helpful.

Great Happy Valley house!

Our stay was wonderful at Jay and Monica’s home. Location was convenient, house was spacious and clean, and little extras made our stay perfect. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to State College.

Fantastic stay!

Couldn't have been better. Easy communication with the owners, even when I had a couple questions over the weekend. Easy access to downtown as well as stadium areas. Large kitchen and family room great for hanging out. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. All in all, a great weekend!

Great Stay in Happy Valley!

House is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Beaver Stadium, PSU Campus, and Downtown. Jason and Monica were very communicative and responsive! All of the essentials were made available and a nice touch of a bottle of wine and some other goodies. Highly recommend for your visit to the State College area!

Perfect Football weekend home away from home

We were incredibly pleased with our stay. The home is well appointed and comfortable. It was spotless and well decorated - very HGTV. There were simple instructions for everything, which came in handy when we returned rain soaked from the tailgate and needed the dryer. The deck is so nice with casual lighting and lots of seating (great even in the rain). Our hosts provided us with everything we could have forgotten: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and COFFEE. The beds were very comfortable and totally set up and arranged for our visit. Also plenty of towels for all of the guests. The location is great - easy access to the stadium and downtown. But it was far enough away so that when we were tired, it was quiet and relaxing. Our hosts were super responsive in arranging the rental and while we were there. Will be renting again for home games. Oh and did I mention, there was COFFEE! Great rental. :)

White out weekend

Jason's property was everything we needed for the white out football weekend. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had a comfortable place to sleep for a group of 12. The check in and check out process was very easy and flexible. Jason was also responsive to all of our questions. Definitely good for big groups!

Great place for a group PSU alumni to get together

Jay, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. From the moment I starting my booking till we left. He responded to my texted within minutes. The house was perfect for our group and very clean. Thanks again to Jay for making our overall experience so nice.

A beautiful home just right for families!

The owners greeted us warmly and introduced us to their beautiful home. In the area for Penn State graduation ceremonies for our son, the house was a most gracious home for us for the weekend. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing stay for the Michigan game. Our host Jay and Monica were flexible with the check in. The note helped everyone figure things out quickly such as the wifi, door code, showers, etc. The key pad was easy for everyone to use. The beds were all set up including the air mattress. Lots of towels and toiletries. Full stocked kitchen. Easy check in. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Football weekend house

Great house in a great neighborhood within minutes of stadium. Already planning to stay here again in the future. Hosts are great with communication and check in was very easy. Highly recommended!

Great stay in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Jay was a great host and made us feel very welcome in his home. Lots of little touches and had everything we needed. Great location for a penn state game -- just a few miles from Beaver stadium and downtown (and in the opposite direction of most of the traffic). Also easy access to all the shopping / stores on Atherton. Would definitely stay again!

Great for game weeekend

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home for the PSU v Pitt weekend! The owners are very nice folks and made sure we could check in on time (actually a bit before) and gave us a quick walk through of everything the house had to offer. Bed linens were provided as well as many towels. The whole home was comfortable and clean. We'd definitely consider staying here again!
