Notre nouveau entièrement meublé villa de 4 chambres de luxe est équipé à la norme la plus élevée et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances de rêve parfait est ici, y compris tous les draps, serviettes et ustensiles de cuisine. Il ya beaucoup de logements pour accueillir de 2 à 10 personnes il est donc idéal pour 2 familles pour partager et profiter. Les deux chambres spacieuses superbes maîtres comprennent chacun: lits king size, Smart TV HD, à pied dans les armoires, unités de vanité jumeaux, et une salle de bains.

Le spacieux salon bien conçu est assez grand pour accueillir deux de bonne taille canapés et seule chaise. Il ya aussi une salle de tanière avec un autre canapé-lit queen, cette fonction permet la villa pour dormir confortablement 10 personnes.

Une piscine chauffée de gaz superbe avec spa intégré, terrasse de la piscine étendu et le mobilier mis à jour est le comble du luxe, vous permettant de détendre et se relaxer et après une journée remplie de plaisir dans les parcs ou le golf. L'ensemble piscine est entièrement blindé et a une belle vue sur un grand bassin de rétention. La piscine obtient soleil toute la journée avec de beaux couchers de soleil. Pour couronner le tout, il ya une zone couverte de véranda meublée (patio) et avec son propre ventilateur de plafond - le luxe pur pour compléter des vacances parfaites.

Il ya une salle de jeux comprenant une piscine de taille table et air hockey table et des charges de jouets pour la piscine pleine.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend réfrigérateur congélateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-ondes et tous les appareils nécessaires, couverts, assiettes, etc. Il ya une buanderie avec machine à laver complète, sèche-linge, fer à repasser et un aspirateur.

Le Den contient une grande sélection de DVD, jeux de société et des livres et aussi une PlayStation 2 avec des jeux.

La villa est entièrement climatisé avec ventilateurs de plafond supplémentaires dans le salon et la chambre principale supérieure.

In town for a tradeshow in Lakeland. Great place to relax after a long hot day. Paid for heat in the pool and hot tub which helped end each day. Couple of small hiccups but quickly fixed. Second time staying and if in the area again will stay again.

Caroline and I have been holidaying in Florida for many years. We liked the sunny climate, theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and Florida State Parks so much that we decided to buy are own villa and enjoy all the comforts of home in the world’s favorite vacation destination. Our fully furnished vacation home gives you a spacious place to relax and amenities at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

When sadly we have to return home and are not holidaying at our villa ourselves, as a hobby, we rent out our villa for others to enjoy.

Caroline and I pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we consistently receive excellent feedback from our guests.

We were delighted when we were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to own and care for our villa.

Our villa is situated on the highly regarded 'Calabay Parc at Tower Lake' gated private estate close to Davenport/Haines City. It is one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated just south of the interchange between Interstate 4 and Highway 27. It has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all the major attractions and malls. Disney is 15 to 20 minutes away, whilst the Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive.

Walmart, Walgreen's, Publix retail outlets and take away food restaurants are 2 minutes away. There are plenty of championship quality golf courses close to the villa. One of Florida’s top PGA golf courses is located at nearby Southern Dunes.
