Beautiful Loft

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Eye Candy loft. The home is clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. This is our second time staying in this loft and we will be back again!

Lovely modern condo!

We stayed for a week in this bright and lovely condo. It was perfect for my husband and me, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The air conditioner was much appreciated as it got hot the week we were there!

Eye Candy was a fantastic place to ring in the New Year, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

AC only problem!

Perfect location and nice. You just need to fix your AC fan. It is broken and very annoying at nite. Thanks and we will see you again in the fall.

Perfect Stay.

Perfect place for us through our Christmas Vacation. The owner seemed to have the place very organized, clean and well supplied. There is even a utility drawer with backup light bulbs, batteries, tools, etc, which we don’t find at many rental properties but is very handy to have. We especially enjoyed the personal artwork by the owner, Melinda K. Just be aware of the steps. It is a 2 story loft, which is clear in the description, but we were surprised to find that the 1st story actually starts on the 2nd floor of the building. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. There was even a top-rated food truck, Andale’s, right outside the complex and one of the top hidden gem restaurants, Maria’s, right around the corner. We had a wonderful week and would certainly stay again.

The condo was very cosmopolitan. Maybe a bit too much for our needs. Skylights and ceiling height windows let in plenty of morning light. High winds gave the impression of a rain storm on the skylights throughout the night. Wanted to stay on the main floor and we COULD NOT fully open the sofa sleeper. YouTube didn’t help. Then we could not get it closed properly……..and I’m very handy. Better instructions to the secret of its workings would have been helpful. Saturday ALERT for fire evacuation from Las Vegas was all we needed to leave a day early.

Great restaurants and stores nearby. I walked with my dog through the beautiful adjacent neighborhood to the Plaza and historical sites several mornings/week. Santa Fe Luxury Rental was great. We rarely needed to contact them but when we did they responded immediately and went above and beyond whatever the ask was. I worked while we were here and the WIFI never let me down. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

AMAZING property, AMAZING location and AMAZING property management. Let me start by saying my family has been staying in vacation rentals for years so when I say this property is awesome I truly mean it. First off, it is so beautiful! My whole family fell in love with the property as soon as we walked in. It is wonderfully decorated, open and bright with tons of natural light and is extremely clean. The furniture is very comfortable and we even had enough room in the living room to have a queen size air mattress (my kids refuse to share a bed) and a large dog kennel without feeling cramped. The kitchen is well stocked and great for preparing meals. The heated floors were awesome; I’m from Texas and I’ve never seen that before but quickly realized I love them. Having never been to Santa Fe before I was not familiar with the area but on the map the condo looked close enough to the Plaza and the Railyard to work for us but I didn’t realize how great the location truly was. The drive to the Plaza was about 5 min; short enough that we went back and forth multiple times a day and it was no problem. The Railyard is actually close enough to walk to. There is a Trader Joes and Whole Foods within walking distance. Also within walking distance, is the ski shuttle stop. There are plenty of places to walk a dog and even a path that leads from the complex to a neighborhood. Again…really amazing location. Now for the property management. They honestly went above and beyond. Using their app for communication, check in/out instructions and area recommendations was great but what truly impressed me was the personal attention Tatiana showed us. One day during our stay there was some construction being done on a neighboring condo with it was loud music and construction noises. I didn’t pay it too much attention because we were coming and going and I figured there was nothing I could do about it anyway. Then I received a text from Tatiana saying she had become aware of the construction and noise and wanted to check on us. I told her it was fine and I knew it wasn’t their fault. A short time later (while we were out) Tatiana texted again and said she spoke with the HOA and addressed the problem, by the time we got back to the condo there was no more music and the crew had shut all the doors which pretty much knocked out all the sound. I was so impressed by her consideration. I highly recommend this condo and management company (they have other Santa Fe properties)

Great place in Santa Fe!

Definitely recommend as a place to stay in Santa Fe. Really clean, spacious loft. The size of the kitchen is rather rare for a VRBO, so fantastic if you're looking for a place you can cook in during your stay. The bed is quite comfortable! The proximity to a few nearby restaurants (Paper Dosa) and the plaza is great. It is tucked back in a very commercial area but easy to get everywhere. The only thing to be aware of is very thin walls - there was a dog barking beneath us, and construction in one of the units nearby so it was loud at times for working from the property. However, there are two fans in the unit that helped drown this out. We've stayed at 4 different properties in Santa Fe and this has to be top 2. Will definitely book again!

Loved the view of aspens and mountains from windows. The bed is one the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The place is big, bright and very welcoming. There's even an art studio with supplies! The location is great too... very central. Highly recommend!!
