Nouveau et moderne; District historique de la maison avec Ski Mtn View et maintenant la climatisation

Casa Miguel est une maison moderne construite sur mesure située dans le quartier historique et recherché de Santa Fe. La maison est située sur une colline offrant quelques-unes des meilleures vues que Santa Fe a à offrir des montagnes Sangre de Cristo, soleil et lune Montagnes et vers l'ouest pour les couchers de soleil ultimes. Il se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la Plaza et à 400 mètres du célèbre Arts & Crafts of Canyon Road. La maison a AC si il fait chaud et beaucoup d'air frais avec des ventilateurs de plafond au plafond dans le salon et la chambre.

Casa Miguel est rempli de meubles faits sur commande (construit par le propriétaire) et affiche des peintures à l'huile originales sur ses diamants terminé murs de plâtre qui dépassent 11 'de hauteur. Cette joliment aménagées une chambre privée, un bain maison de luxe est de 1100 pieds carrés avec une excellente lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Le plan d'étage est un concept ouvert permettant un flux gracieux et une vie facile. La cuisine est un délice pour un cuisinier avec des appareils haut de gamme, armoires soigneusement conçu, et des comptoirs en granit partout.

Des portes françaises surdimensionnées, vous pouvez sortir sur le charmant patio en briques. Il ya un jardin de roses et la cour est entourée par lilas qui entourent le périmètre. Ceci est un endroit très agréable à regarder le lever du soleil ou ensemble, ou tout simplement prendre l'air et des vues de la montagne.

Les propriétaires, Michael Schriber et Christina Alfieri vivent à côté et peuvent être aussi utiles que vous aimez en proposant des excursions et des choses à voir et à faire à Santa Fe. Ils savent la zone exceptionnellement bien, avoir un grand amour pour le plein air, notamment le vélo de montagne, et également posséder et d'exploiter une entreprise Voyage boutique envoyer invités à l'Afrique. We stayed for 2 weeks and really appreciated this delightful casita: thoughtfully laid out, beautifully decorated, entirely comfortable, abundant natural light, a well-equipped kitchen, lovely private patio (where the roses were in bloom!), and within walking distance or an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We hated to leave!

The property was everything that Vrbo showed online. Perfect for a couple, which we were. An open layout—kitchen, dining, and living room—which made it feel larger, along with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bed was at least a queen, soft but firm mattress, and we slept great. The kitchen had everything you could want, though we did take advantage of the many good restaurants SF had to offer. The outdoor porch area was a delight, especially in the cool (cold) mornings with a cup of coffee and a nice view.So, yeah, we loved the place, and Christine, our host, was always ready to answer any questions. We highly recommend it.

Christina and Mike were very welcoming. I have never stayed in a rental that was so beautifully appointed in everything from the pillows and furniture to the artwork and fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent with only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. The view is spectacular.

Wonderful Home!

I highly recommend staying at this house during your stay in Santa Fe. It is in a great location and a quick drive or nice walk to the Plaza area. The home is very clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the patio in the morning and evenings.

Beautiful stay in Santa Fe

This custom adobe home was perfect for our long stay. With a light filled open layout, comfortable furnishings and intimate patio surrounded by lilacs and roses that opened up to the big sky and mountains beyond, it was a great space to work and hang out. The location was ideal, walking distance from Santa Fe plaza and a short drive to many of the local attractions. Though close to town, the house was situated in a small neighborhood atop a rolling hill which was quiet and private. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed-paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, etc. We loved the view and the house was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The pictures do not do this home justice! It is perfect for a single family getaway. We ended up staying an extra night because we didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautifully appointed casita in a wonderful Santa Fe neighborhood so close to everything. We loved “being” here, but also using this as our home base for many experiences in the area. This was perfect!!

Scenic oasis a short walk from Plaza

What a beautiful property! Normally we stay in town but this place has likely become a go-to for us on next visits. It is a short walk into the Plaza so you get the best of both worlds. Views, serenity, and yet proximity to all that Santa Fe has to offer. Comfortable too--especially the bed. Made it hard to get up.

This is the second time we've stayed for multiple weeks. It is the best appointed and best maintained property we've stayed in, anywhere in our world-wide travels. Perfect location in Santa Fe - central but private, with beautiful views. Communication with the attentive owners is a breeze. Will stay again as soon as we can!

Michael Schriber and Christina Alfieri are the owners of Casa Miguel. Michael, originally from Dayton, OH moved to Santa Fe in 1970. He is a designer/builder and metal fabricator. He designed and built Casa Miguel and also custom built many of the unique features of the property. Mike is an avid mountain biker and has been riding the Santa Fe trails for over three decades. He is happy to share his knowledge of the trails here in Santa Fe - undoubtedly some of the best mountain biking in the country!

Christina, moved to Santa Fe in 1998 from New York. She owns and operates Africa Calls, Ltd. - a small boutique travel company specializing in custom designed safaris to Southern and East Africa. Africa Calls' success is due namely to their incredible attention to detail and ability to perfectly match the traveler to the place.

With many years of customized travel planning and an in-depth knowledge of Santa Fe and the southwest, together Michael and Christina can help to create the perfect New Mexican getaway.

You can mountain bike and hike from your doorstep and decide last minute to drive up the mountain for a day of skiing (16 miles to the Santa Fe Ski Basin).

Owners live next door and are available to provide suggestions and ideas for a terrific and rewarding stay in Santa Fe if you like.

Casa Miguel is a newly built, custom home (completed in 2013) with a HERS rating of 64, exceeding all standards for a green home including indoor air quality. The house is a soft contemporary. It has radiant heated colored concrete floors, wood ceilings with vigas and overhead fans, oversized French doors, hand plastered diamond finished walls and a beautifully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances.

The owner, Michael has custom built a number of pieces of furniture. The house is relaxed and comfortable, yet clean and simple.
