Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© au 22e Ă©tage donnant directement sur la piscine extĂ©rieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© afin que vous n'ayez pas Ă  garder de clĂ©s pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou Ă  travers les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond dans l'unitĂ© depuis le salon et la chambre principale !! Avec plus de 1750 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse, rĂ©cemment meublĂ©e et nouvelle sur le marchĂ© locatif !!



Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 43 po 4K dans le maßtre et les 2e et 3e des chambres. Nous avons une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, son surround dans le salon, beaucoup de vaisselle / verrerie, grille-pain, mixeurs, cafetiÚre ordinaire et un Keurig! Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un lit King dans la 2Úme chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3Úme chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous avons également un pack n play pour les tout-petits et un matelas gonflable si vous en avez besoin.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

This was a great property! View from our 22nd floor was spectacular! We had a couple days that were too chilly for the beach, but the indoor pool made up for that. We had a great vacation!

Everything was perfect

Easy check in and unit was as described. Lots of room for all 6 of us. We loved the beach toys for the kids and the indoor pool was wonderful.

Location was excellent. Property overall was very clean. Condo was great and had everything we needed! Never had to wait on elevators. parking garage was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It Needs cleaned better. everyday I found trash in the pool, even found a fish hook and a dead fish in the pool.

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.

Paradise on the beach

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Will definitely consider this unit in the future. My only complaint is it seems like the property management company could do a better job getting the sand out of the pools and hot tubs at night. One of the hot tubs had a significant layer of sand at the bottom of it.

These beds(all bedrooms) were like sleeping on concrete. Even went and bought a mattress topper after the 1st night to get thru the week. This is my only criticism. Other than that it is a great place to stay.
