Joliment nommé très propre à jour 2 chambres avec chacune leur propre salle de bain complète. Cuisine privée avec tous les éléments de cuisine nécessaires et un espace de vie de bonne taille. Votre propre entrée sans clé. Une chambre a un lit queen l'autre chambre a un lit king. Une baignoire a une douche l'autre bain a une baignoire combo. Il y a un petit porche à l'extérieur avec un barbecue Weber et des sièges, avec vue sur les montagnes. Une laveuse / sécheuse est disponible. Environ 1500 sf.

This is a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway. The location is comfortable. Sylva is a nice mountain town with some very good food options. This is only the bottom floor of a house. There was someone upstairs and you can hear upstairs neighbor noises. I would stay here again. There are several turns to get to the house but it is not bad. If you are following GPS and use exit 85, go down to hospital road to turn.

Thank you for your review. Yes, as listed, this is a house converted to a duplex. Often there isnt anyone in the other duplex, and generally there is little to no noise. We value your privacy.

I thought the house was a single family home, until we arrived to find out the lower flat was the VBRO rental and the owner lived upstairs. Great view of the great Smoky Mountains from the patio! Not easy driving in the mountains. We did have perfect weather, great time of year to visit Sylva.

I am so very glad you enjoyed the amazing view. Yes, the listing states, it is a large home that was converted to a duplex, with separate drives, patios and total privacy. Currently, the other duplex is not occupied.

Perfect dog friendly getaway! Our family loves to head to mountains, and family includes our pups. This house was perfect for them and close to everything we wanted to do. We hope to stay again!

Outstanding location and view. The property was easily accessible and close to town, but still secluded enough for privacy. The house was very clean and the dog treats were a nice surprise for our pups. We will definitely return in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay. Lisa's Place was easy to find and the instructions provided were very clear. We appreciate how well equipped the accommodations were, especially the kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. We did not lack for anything. Wonderful Getaway

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Property was clean, and cozy. Host provided all our needs and a very nice snack basket for us and our pet. View was amazing as well.

Great Little Place

Sweet stay in Sylva

Great location in a quiet area and a beautiful view! Home is well kept and a short drive to Bryson City. We also drove to Whitewater Falls about 1 hour south. We’ll stay again soon!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and the owner had thought of everything we needed for our stay. Even chocolate on our pillows when we arrived. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the view was beautiful! We will stay here again.

Great Place!

It was spacious and wonderful with a great view. This place is even perfect for someone with mobility issues, all one level. We loved it and so did our dog! Will definitely go back.

Mountain Breeze was wonderful!

Lisa has a wonderful place to stay and has thought of everything you could need! The attention to detail was exquisite. I will definitely plan another stay as it was so easy to get to food, Harrahs, and the Tuckaseegee Gorge where I like to kayak.

Come visit the Smoky Mountains! Activities include: snow skiing in nearby Cataloochee Ski Resort, Zip-lining, kayaking, white-water rafting, hiking, fly-fishing, Harrah's Casino, many pottery and artists shops, waterfalls, a scenic train ride, Smoky Mountain Parkway, Cherokee Indian Reservation! Amazing waterfalls in the area. Asheville is only 45 minutes away. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg TN are a very scenic drive through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park 1 to 1.25 hours away. This is a large home that is converted to a duplex. And all areas are separate and private, including your own driveway. The owner lives in the other area, when not traveling, and respects your privacy and will only meet you upon request.

Lisa's Place has beautiful views without the long winding drive to get there, and is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. It is a quick short drive to town and all roads are paved.
You’ll love this place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy king and queen beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (pets). YES!! We DO allow pets who have responsible owners. Sylva is in the heart of Jackson County NC and has been ranked in top 10 small mountain communities in the nation and Fly Fishing Capital of North Carolina.
