Cottage 3BR avec bain à remous

Reeves Cove Cottage a été acheté et rénové spécifiquement comme une location de vacances. On m'a dit que la maison a été construite à l'origine sur les terres de Biltmore Dairy Farm dans les années 30 et a déménagé à son emplacement actuel dans les années 50. C'est une maison douce qui a été rénovée et décorée dans le style HGTV "Fixer Upper".
La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec lits Queen. Chambre des maîtres comme un salon séparé avec canapé et TV. Les espaces extérieurs comprennent une véranda, une terrasse arrière et un bain à remous. Backyard a des vues sur la montagne.

Fun Place for Family Fun

This property had something for everyone in the family! The hot tub, patio swing, and pool in the rec room were a hit with our family of five. Nice, quiet neighborhood, too!

A great quick getaway!

We had a wonderful time & enjoyed the peacefulness! The kitchen was especially perfect with all that we needed to prepare a nice dinner. Definitely recommend for couples, families, and girl trips!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was great and convenient to downtown. Our family of six adults were able to stay comfortably. Owners were quick to respond to communication. All the amenities were great as our family enjoyed using the screen porch, hot tub, and fire pit!

Beautiful setting, quirky property

Very beautiful setting in the rolling mountains, The neighbours feed the wildlife so we were visited by a small herd of deer, a turkey, a chipmunk, squirrels and various bird visit us. Great for a relaxing getaway. Well equipped lodge style home.

Amenities Abound

Lisa was very accommodating both before and throughout our stay. We had a group of women coming to enjoy the property, and she answered all the questions I had about the property beforehand. The property’s game room was so fun, and the grounds themselves were very relaxing. We enjoyed and explored everything!

Ashville getaway

Kitchen could use better stocking, no toaster. Oven didn't work very well.The spaces and bedrooms were good for our group each had their own space. Beds were great. Hot tub was nice.The rec room was not usable, to hot inside. Exterior really needs work, dirty and very overgrown poor curb appeal. Interior is older house needs refurbishing and better care.

Great location near Asheville

This cottage was very spacious for my husband, dog, and I. Lots of modern appliances. Very comfortable King sized bed. The host was responsive to messages. The hot tub was not very user friendly. I had trouble getting it to a reasonably hot temperature.

Not great

The house was pretty filthy and had not been cleaned well at all. The master bed had dirty, wrinkled and twisted unwashed sheets and bedding covered in human and pet hair. The kitchen was dirty and inside cupboards were dirty and there was hair everywhere. I had to wash all the silverware so we could use it. Cobwebs everywhere. The floor in the kitchen had crumbs and food all over it. It was just clear it hadn’t been cleaned well in a very long time. The photographer deserves a raise. The pictures definitely put the home in a particularly flattering light. I shared my concerns with host who refunded my cleaning deposit…but I had the feeling I wasn’t the first to complain about the condition of the property.

We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower.

Great location, clean, and cozy!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We travelled to the area to enjoy our kid’s fall break. We enjoyed the area and found the home to be conveniently located, clean and comfortable. I did find it unusual that there was no communication with the host, but none was needed so didn’t bother me. The one thing that I thought could have been better was that there is no latch inside the door keeping a curious toddler from exiting the home. It made me really nervous at night. There did seem to be an alarm on the door that was installed but it wasn’t working during our visit. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Cozy hangout

This is an awesome location close to town, with a nice view of mountain in back. The neighbors are distant enough, that it feels private. The back yard is the best for hot tub and fire hangouts. The house is old and layed out weird, but you get past it with the super nice remodel. All the amenities you could need as well as the most comfortable beds! Highly recommended and would revisit.

Cozy Cabin for close friends

Beautifully decorated and stocked home, with a big backyard to spread out and lots of sitting area to socialize. What you can't tell from the pictures is that all of the bedrooms and rooms are connected, which is very fun, but just hope you're not shy around the group you're traveling with :)

Bachlorette party in style!

We had a wonderful experience at the Brownings cottage! The hot tub was perfect for our night in and the kitchen was well stocked for our taco night! The location was a tad hard to find but Lisa was quickly responsive and got us to the house with no problems! The beds were super comfy and the whole place was clean. Thanks for a great weekend! Reeves Cove Cottage

We have started a family run business "Stay Happy Asheville" over 7 years ago and have hosted thousands of guests since. My sons and I have 11 vacation rentals in Asheville, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, Weaverville and soon to come .... Boone.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased this property as a compound to develop over time. The property is nearly 4 acres with this cottage, an adjacent tiny house and a two bedroom cottage as well as one long term rental. We love the location as it is 15-20 minutes to town with an out in the country feel. There are lovely mountain views of Pisgah National Forest. It is also fun for our guests to enjoy watching neighbors horses and frequent ponies, wild turkey, deer and on rare occasions you may have a bear siting.
