Notre chalet est nichĂ© Ă  l'orĂ©e de la forĂȘt nationale avec de belles vues. La vie sauvage, le cerf et parfois un ours se rendront Ă  la cabane. La cabine a Ă©tĂ© construite dans les annĂ©es 70 et rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Il dispose de 3 chambres, un lit king-size dans le maĂźtre, Queen et un plein avec une couchette supĂ©rieure dans les autres chambres. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec Netflix. Nouvelle cuisine avec tous les appareils et accessoires nĂ©cessaires. Salle d'eau avec laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. CheminĂ©e Ă  bois de travail pour les soirĂ©es fraĂźches ou tout simplement pour en profiter. Un pont enveloppant Ă  l'arriĂšre pour se dĂ©tendre le matin et le soir. THE HOT TUB est sur le pont arriĂšre pour votre plaisir aprĂšs une journĂ©e d'activitĂ©. 1 1/2 salle de bain

Beautiful cabin on the exterior and interior with an updated kitchen. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious but cozy environment. Great communication with the host David and it was lovely meeting his dog Bailey. Surrounded by nature, a perfect place for a getaway. Highly recommend!

The host were very nice and accommodating. Everything was set up like fireplace, firepit and jacuzzi. Unfortunately we really didnt get to use the fires, because the weather was perfect. My hubby use the jacuzzi once, which was nice but I didn’t really get a chance. Nice to be close to everything.

Our stay was great and worked out well for our family. We had a busy few days and would have loved to just enjoy the cabin and sitting on the porches enjoying nature.

The cabin fit our needs perfectly providing us room to hang out and enjoy one another’s company. Short drive into Asheville and Biltmore for sightseeing. All without breaking our banks.

This property is exactly as depicted. It's a rustic cabin in great shape that can accommodate 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. We had our son and his family visit and even stay with our grandchildren who couldn't wait to go into the heated pool and hot tub everyday. The cabin's on 17 acres with great views of the mountains, , the Hot tub is on a deck that over looks deep wooded views as far as the eyes can see. The hosts, David and Carolyn did everything possible to make sure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Good but not very private

The cabin was fine. However, the location was not very private as you see in photos. The pool is surrounded by houses and other cabins as was the cabin I rented. I was disappointed that this location was not on a single property instead it was a mutli dwelling property.

A pool with a view

Great little family compound. The pool was perfect for the kids and surprisingly warm compared to the mountain streams we ventured out to on day trips. We look forward to returning and spending more time at the cabin. We stayed so busy with hikes and board games and never had time for the hot tub.

TRANQUILITY

Myself, two adult daughters and my 13 yr.old grandaughter stayed for a week. It was the most relaxing week ever! I'll admit if I wasn't in my bathing suit I was in my pj's ( while at the cabin)The pool was great! We used it everyday! The water temperature, the sound of the water and the view was spectacular! The cabin was well equipped with everything you'll need. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable!! We sat on the beautiful back deck everyday and the swing on the front porch was used often as well. Last but not least, David was there for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING we needed!! We highly recommend recommend this property if you're looking for a peaceful,worry free vacation. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you David for your hospitality and generosity. Carolyn was lovely too, we just didnt see her as often.

Quaint and welcoming, supported the couple of small asks we had in preparation for our wedding in a timely manner. Only thing we had an incorrect assumption of was the proximity of the property to other houses, and the pool being right off the back deck of another house. This may have just been a misunderstanding on our part in regards to the privacy of the unit, and otherwise the experience was great!

Family Gathering

We stayed two nights. Very nice place. We cooked ALOT and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Lovely quiet place to stay. Definitely would stay there again!!!

Ideal Location

Overall, it was a good stay. Cabin had ample room and amenities. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom materials. Our only criticism was there were no test strips for the hot tub (we ave had several tubs and were very critical about testing the chemicals before we got in
but that’s just our own pet peave). All in all, it was a good stay.

Our cabin is very cozy and when you walk in you feel you are home. Build a wood fire, enjoy a movie on Netflix, play a game of checkers or sit in the hot tub. There is so much to do OR do nothing. Our cabin is close to downtown Asheville which offers endless activities and great restaurants. If you book Deer Haven cabin I promise you will not be disappointed. đŸ‡±đŸ‡·
