MAISON ENTIÈRE - DEMANDEZ DES RÉDUCTIONS POUR LES PETITS GROUPES !!
Maison spacieuse (3700 pieds carrés) sur 1. 5 acres située à quelques kilomÚtres de la ville avec vue sur la montagne. Il est à 3 minutes en voiture / 20 minutes à pied de Chelan et à seulement 6 miles de Manson. Le bel artisan dort confortablement 12 personnes, dispose de 2 suites parentales avec salle de bain privée et lits king-size, ainsi que 3 autres chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Il y a beaucoup de lits et personne ne doit dormir sur un canapé-lit ou un futon. Cette maison offre de l'intimité et de l'espace pour plusieurs familles, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer votre bateau. Détendez-vous aprÚs une journée sur le lac dans le bain à remous ou rassemblez-vous sur le pont arriÚre pour un barbecue et passez du temps ensemble. Savourez un repas fait maison dans la cuisine bien équipée ou essayez l'un des nombreux vignobles ou restaurants que la région a à offrir. Vin Du Lac Winery est à 2 min en voiture ou 14 min à pied et Lake Chelan Winery est à 7 min en voiture - il y a beaucoup plus de vignobles dans la vallée. Moins d'un mile du Chelan Municipal Golf Course.

Si vous célébrez un événement spécial et que vous souhaitez faire un tour en hélicoptÚre, réservez une visite avec Lake Chelan Helicopter. Faites savoir au pilote, Dale, que vous restez à la maison Dietrich et il pourra vous chercher (1 minute à pied) dans le champ herbeux de l'autoroute Manson à l'heure prévue.

Great Property

We were in Chelan for a wedding. This was a great home and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and large dining room table with room for everyone and even played croquet. Hosts were terrific.

Family get together in Chelan

The house was great. It was very big and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we ever stayed at. There is also a fruit stand that would have fresh eggs and peaches and they were amazing. Location was also great. It was close to everything. Here are some things time consider when staying here. Keep in mind my comments are going to have our experience when traveling with 2-14month olds. 1. The house is very warm and welcoming but there are a lot of decorations. Only an issue if to have small toddlers who want to get at everything. We had to move a lot of stuff around just so our boys wouldn't try to play with some of the stuff. 2. The main house has A/C but not all the rooms do. There were 2 rooms that just had a fan and it did get quite warm in there and keep in mind the high in chelan when we stayed there was about in the high 80s low 90s. So if the temps get even higher you may be a bit uncomfortable if you stay in any of those rooms. 3. The grass area was amazing for the kids to run around and play frisbee or soccer. The garage is also well stocked with lots of inflatables and yard toys. However one thing that wasn't clear to us was that there would be watering of the lawn. Wasn't too much of an issue except one evening we wanted to play out side but the yard was being watered. 4. The house area is shared and you can feel it. For the most part everyone kept to themselves but just wasn't as private as i imagined.

Convenient Location near the lake!

Cozy home with alot of space for roaming. The house was a little warm when we got there but Melissa was accommodating and helped get the A/C to a comfortable temperature. I came with a group of 10 and we all loved it. I recommend walking up the hill in the neighborhood for the sunset.

Stobie family annual Chelan stay

They had everything we needed including amazing kitchen items and extra fridge and freezer! Beds and bedding very comfortable. Showers water pressure super. Very clean. Very comfortable. Owners fast response to extra needs made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful overall property. Close to town and walking trail.

Great place for a group in Chelan

The house was nice, spacious, and had a huge yard for yard games (some supplied in garage). Close to both Chelan and Manson so things are quite easy to get to. Plenty of beds so can easily accommodate a group. Overall would recommend.

Awesome Time

An amazing home with an amazing property, the Dietrich family was more than accommodating and provided our party with very clear and detailed instructions. Very big lawn allowed us a lot of room and with the providing multiple lawn games we were able to put it to good use. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again! Thank you!

Lake Chelan Getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful! There are so many suprising details and amenities about this place that made our stay very special. The large kitchen made making meals for our 12 person group a breeze. There was plenty of space for everyone and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Nice stay in Chelan

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house was clean and well equipped. The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and the central location was great. We had some challenges with the wifi connection at times, but other than that no other issues. We would recommend it and stay again.

Great House & Great Location

The house had tons of room four our group of 9. The yard was a great place to enjoy throwing the football around as well as a game of Spikeball. We were only a 5minute drive from downtown which made accessing everything in Chelan super easy!

This property was perfect for our size group. We enjoyed the spacious yard and it was close to the water activities that we had planned. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Communication between the owner was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Lake Chelan Weekend Getaway

The house was exactly as described and with our party taking full advantage of all of the rental's offerings: Large kitchen with appliances, Outdoor Patio, Hot tub, Large Grass Area, Living Room, Dinning Room, etc. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend long vacation to Chelan!

Our house sits on 1.5 acres and we own the 6 acres next to us - you have a buffer. If you want to be jam packed into a housing development with your neighbors in arms reach, you will not find this home a good fit. This place is for those who want to be outside and enjoy the outdoors.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house offers guest privacy and accomodates the guests to gather in large groups. Our focus is being outdoors and family time. We do not have large fancy TV's and surround sound. Memories are created by being together, not staring at a screen.
