Key less access

There is construction area around the house, they are building new beautiful homes. Due to that there is 200 meter small patch of unpaved road after my neighbors home to access the house. We are working with the construction company to get the roads done quickly.
1. SMOKING (of any kind) and “VAPING” ARE NOT ALLOWED inside the house. If evidence is detected in the home after departure, a minimum $250.00 Fee will be charged to the Guest.

2. PARTIES: Any additional or other permitted guests MAY NOT stay overnight in the property unless by permission of the Host. No large gatherings or parties are allowed. No confetti please. Additional cleaning fees of $100 will apply if evidence of confetti found.

3. There are enough beds to comfortably sleep 12. If you want more people than upon Host permission you can bring them to stay, but they will need to sleep on the couch and/or you will need to bring sleeping arrangements. Kids and infants are allowed and beds are available.

4. PARKING: Ample parking, 3 covered garage, driveway can fit up to 4 cars, open land next to the house can be used for additional vehicles including RV, Boat

5. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service.


6. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced daily from 11pm to 7am.

7. GAS GRIDDLE: The flat top gas griddle is only to be used outside of the home.

8. DEPARTURE: Prior to leaving, start a load of towels, start the dishwasher, turn off the lights, close doors and windows, and take a group picture :)
These steps help us to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible.
