This house was inviting and welcoming inside and out from the moment we arrived offering a relaxing, convenient, safe and comfortable home away from home. The house was supplied with everything we needed as stated in description. We enjoyed special moments sitting on the front porch and eating at the table on the back deck surrounded by nature. The hiuse is only 10 mins from the harbor and convenient to shopping and dining options. Joseph is available to answer any questions. He couldn’t have been a better host. Our son and his family live in Gig Harbor. Our grandson enjoyed viditing. We hope to stay at Joe’s clean, comfortable, welcoming place the next time we visit.

The property is clean, decorated tastefully and very well stocked. It definitely feels like a home away from home. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening, and the kids enjoyed the games there, as well as their rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the property is quiet. The kitchen has all the tools needed to make family meals. The location is wonderful. Gig Harbor is beautiful, and this property is surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaping. The host was kind and friendly. I would recommend staying at this property.

Family get away

We absolutely loved our stay! We've never been to Gig Harbor and we had such a fantastic time. Joseph has a great home and I have to say its by far the best rental we've ever stayed at. It was clean, spacious, stocked with everything, and close to town and the freeway.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We stayed for a wedding in the area with our three kids. The furniture was quite comfortable, had enough towels, and a fully loaded kitchen. The kids enjoyed the outdoors and everything felt very cozy. I would definitely recommend this home in the future.

Beautiful little getaway

I’m a little guarded to give a review because the place was so awesome and I want it all to myself. 😉. This place was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever booked. Location was great for our needs and the host was very accommodating. The driveway was a little obscure, but other than that, the house was excellent. If you book this place, be sure to give Milly a pat on the head!

A dream vacation rental!

We loved this house! It’s perfect size and nicely decorated. It’s close to town but feels quiet and remote. The home had everything we needed. Honestly I wish I could just pick up this home and move it near me. It’s just the perfect size. Also the master bath shower is luxurious. We would stay here again!!!

Beautiful Home on Private Property

My husband, children (ages 3 and 9), my sister and her husband, and I all stayed here from July 24-30. My sister and I are from Gig Harbor (she lives in Northern California, and I live in Southern California now) so we always like to stay in Gig Harbor when we visit Washington. This home not only was beautiful, but it was very clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated how there were little things around the house for our use like the individual coffee pods, make-up remover wipes, packaged bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers, etc. The owner was very friendly and outgoing, and introduced himself to us which was nice. We mentioned that we wanted to make s’mores one night, and he stopped by later to provide us with a few metal marshmallow roasting sticks to use. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Perfect place!

Everything was great! On an 18 day road trip and it was great to get into a house in a peaceful area, laundry and grill were a plus, rain shower was perfect as well. Plenty of stores and food options within 10-12 min ride. We visited Olympic National park on the north and west end- long drives to do so but scenery beautifuk along the way. Mt. Rainier and Seattle about 90 min away. Owner is on peoperty and available if needed. Air conditioning works well when its hot/muggy outside. I would def stay again!

Christmas 2023

We have stayed at numerous VRBOs. This is by far one of the best. The hosts are great, the location is ideal, and every detail is taken care of. I felt at home the minute I walked in the front door. Our son and his family live near by and we plan to stay here when we visit in the future.

Great private house in a nice area near town

We had a great long weekend in Gig Harbor! The house is very nice, everything is new and clean. The kitchen and living room area are spacious, with a gas fireplace and TV fronted by a comfortable sofa and love seat. The kitchen is outfitted with everything we needed - including a K-cup coffee maker with a filter holder for our own coffee. The bedrooms are small but plenty big enough for our short stay, the bathrooms are also quite nice and spacious. There is a large deck off the back of the house, we didn't get to use it because of the weather but that would be a great place for a BBQ and dinner outside in the summer. The owners live on the property in the main house about 50 yards away, we were able to chat briefly when we arrived but never saw them again while we were there. Thanks Joe for the stay at the nice house and a great weekend!
