Découvrez Surfside Beach depuis cette confortable propriété située à quelques pas de la plage (plage de 180 mètres, à environ 2 minutes à pied). Détendez-vous près de la belle piscine dans la cour et faites griller un steak ou des hamburgers avec un barbecue à gaz. (cour semi-privée, partagée par une autre unité) Cette unité peut accueillir 2 personnes et est au premier étage, donc pas besoin de monter et descendre des escaliers. 550 pieds carrés d'espace de vie magnifique. Cette propriété peut accueillir deux personnes avec un lit queen size confortable. Il a un pittoresque porche filtré et une place de stationnement désignée. Laveuse et sécheuse à pièces sur place. Cette propriété a tout le nécessaire pour une escapade relaxante. Vous avez le confort d'une maison loin de chez vous sauf avec un océan et des activités passionnantes tout autour. Un océan entier juste en bas de la rue! Venez à Surfside Pier. Dans la région il y a beaucoup de terrains de golf, mini golf, pêche, shopping, salle à manger. Le prix comprend des draps propres et un ensemble de serviettes.

Each room was clean and organized for efficiency. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as expected. The pool was a plus. Just the right size for adults. The host was very cordial and was easy to speak with. He seems genuinely interested in ensuring his customers have a good vacation experience.

The place was in a great location. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The front porch was nice enough. The pool was clean, but had some concrete issues. Access to a golf cart was fun. A few negatives were the bathroom doors were double louver, swinging doors that didn’t close completely for privacy and as soon as you walked in, there was a strong smell of smoke despite a no smoking sign on the door and in the listing. Be sure to read the check-in instructions as you are given one roll of toilet paper and two towel sets. No matter how long you are staying.

Thank you for the review. Yes, I provide a starter roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, two sets of towels that include two bath towels, two hand towels and two face towels, a kitchenwash cloth, a kitchen hand towel, a small sponge, a plastic trash bag for each trash can and of courseclean sheets. Because there's a full kitchen etc, most guests go food shopping and get anything extra they think they may need for their stay. If guests let me know that they are flying in, I have often helped provide other things they might need if I am able. This is not setup as a hotel room. I know those who stay in hotels have different expectations. I believe you stayed for four nights. Yes, I do provide the same linens even for guests who stay for three weeks. There is a coin washer and dryer available for guests as well. I'm really not sure why you thought there was a smoke smell. I've never had any other guest say that. Sometimes if someone cooks food that lingers, sometimes we'll use an Ozone generator if there is enough time between guests. That's possibly what you may have smelled, I don't know. Believe me, I have zero tolerance for smoking inside any of my properties. I have been fortunate to have had really great guests and many who come to stay every year. I've never had to enforce the no smoking policy! The pool is very large compared to others. It has a 6 foot plus deep end. I have to re-epoxy it every two or three years. The last epoxy job, some of the return jets were worked on and replaced. Some of the epoxy was flaking around those where it was patched. I'm always trying to improve guests experiences so you input is very helpful. Thank you, Scott

Close to the beach

Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice having a pool to lounge by, very clean and very accurate description, we will definitely stay again, this place was a great find.

Thank you for the review. I appreciate it. I did take your advice (you mentioned when you stayed) and added a small tray for drying dishes when you want to just use a few and hand wash. I also now provide dish detergent as it will add more convenience and one less thing to provide to vacationers. I hope you have an opportunity to visit again soon! Thank you, Scott

Always have a fabulous time when I’m at hi-tide !!Scott is always so friendly and accommodating to whatever I need while there … a little cool on this visit to use the pool, but the proximity to the beach and walking distance to restaurants are always a big plus. Can’t wait to go back in 2026

Everything was great at usual. Being able to be by a pool was wonderful. The only thing I do not like is the couch is uncomfortable. The seat is too long and you can’t put your back against the couch comfortably. Pillows did not help. If you try to lay down a rod sticks you in your side or back. The place needs a new and different type of couch

This was an absolutely terrific property! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, super quiet neighborhood, and the pool and pool area was fantastic. It was also just minutes away from several local restaurants. Scott, the owner, was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area. I highly recommend this residence!

High Tides High Marks

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The owner who lives upstairs was excellent. The property was clean, close to the beach, quiet and peaceful, was everything we wanted. Plus the owner has a golf cart onsite for reasonable rent. We will definitely be staying there again.

HiTide Review

HiTide is at a perfect location to take in all the attractions from Myrtle Beach to Murrell's Inlet or just walk to all the local spots in Surfside Beach. The property was clean and welcoming. The pool was a great bonus to just relax and stay cool. The owner checked all the boxes and we are looking forward to booking our next trip to HiTide.

Amazing Spring Break

We had an amazing stay! Hi Tide has everything you need and then some!! When it’s windy at the beach, you can enjoy Scott’s pool!!! You can walk to beach, pier and bars. We are already planning on coming back next year.

I own a few properties in the Myrtle beach area and also in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I grew up near the Great Lakes, specifically in Erie PA. There is a wonderful beach there however they have pretty harsh winters so when the opportune time came, I loaded up my truck and moved south. I am currently living in the upstairs apartment so if there are any issues or needs I can usually attend to them right away.

I purchased this property and why so many like this property for three main reasons, location, but also for location and finally because the town of Surfside is a very quiet, safe area (location). Surfside even has their own police force! It is also a charming town and it has it's own pier and beautiful beaches!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The benefits of a stay at "SurfsUp HiTide" is the proximity to the ocean. It also has the simple conveniences of an apartment versus a hotel. It has it's own parking spot right in front of the property, the private back yard/ pool, a private side entrance and back door to the pool area, a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave and a toaster! A home away from home but so much more!
