Ce condo élégant de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains est situé à Escazu, San Jose Costa Rica! Escazu le quartier le plus raffiné et le plus exclusif de tout le Costa Rica! Ce magnifique condo est situé dans le projet Riverside Condominium au cœur d'Escazu, et dispose de fonctionnalités étonnantes comme une piscine communautaire avec jacuzzi, salle de racquetball intérieur, salle d'exercice avec des douches et un sauna, ainsi que 24/7/365 sécurité armée et Accès sécurisé.

Le condo dispose de 3 grandes chambres avec 3 grandes salles de bains et un logement de femme de chambre (nous interroger sur le service de ménage quotidien que nous pouvons fournir pour un supplément). Tous les sols sont en porcelaine avec des finitions élégantes. Chaque chambre a un grand lit king size avec suffisamment de literie et une couverture pour les nuits plus froides Escazu! La cuisine dispose d'un combo réfrigérateur / congélateur en acier inoxydable, four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, et tous les autres équipements dont vous pourriez avoir besoin comme une cafetière et des ustensiles.

Le condo est situé dans un court trajet en voiture ou en taxi à Multiplaza Escazu, Avenida Escazu, Fourm 1 et Forum 2 Business Parks, Guachipelin Business Parks, restaurants, discothèques et divertissements. Ce condo est un endroit centralisé parfait pour tous les endroits de San Jose, la capitale et les voyages. Nous pouvons également vous aider avec des excursions de jour et de plusieurs jours aux volcans, aux plages et à la forêt tropicale!

This place is homely. Almost, everything to our comfort. Laura was very timely and responded to any questions we had. My only recommendation is, if you are a light sleeper, since the apartment is located near the roads, it can get noisy as early as 4:30 am, so bring some ear plugs.

Access to parking was a disaster. Access was from one way street and security did not know process to let guests in the parking lot. Otherwise good location for things to do. Unit was spacious enough for large groups. Thank you.

We loved our stay in San Jose. The Escazu neighborhood was fantastic and walkable from the condo. The condo itself was well laid out and easily accommodated our family of 4. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Get Away

We were very happy with the accommodations. The property was well maintained with lots of restaurants close by. We found a few local restaurants that were less expensive and with excellent food. Felt safe walking the streets during the day. We did not venture out at night much put that was our choice.

This is a very clean and safe property. We were 3 women traveling alone and never did we fear for our safety. We walked to the local markets from the property. The condo has a nice kitchen with all the supplies you could need. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Awful security guard but nice property

The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. I reported it to the owner but it didn’t seem like the issue was dealt with. The owner seemed detached from the property and slower to communicate than other owners.The actual apartment is really nice. TVs in every room, clean, multiple bathrooms. The area is good with supermarkets and eateries. Seems like an affluent neighbourhood.

Fantastic host and property manager

We cannot say enough good things about our great host, Laura, and her exceptional property manager, Gabriel, who did everything in their power to make our stay in Escazu comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious apartment has everything needed for a long stay. The condo facilities are very good and the management and staff are excellent. Our only suggestion would be to provide some basic info in the condo ( a page or two of notes) to let people know what to do with garbage and recycling (took us a few days to figure it out), use the gym and pool, etc. Our only criticism - completely beyond the owner's control - is that it can be noisy due to traffic, but that's to be expected in a busy city. Otherwise, a wonderful place that would be great for a family or group of friends to share while exploring San Jose and region. Our thanks to our terrific hosts for making us feel so welcome during our thee-month long stay. They are great ambassadors for Costa Rica.

My son ended up sick on the trip. No spare sheets. No detergent. Dryer is censored, so took hours to dry sheets and towels. Noisy machines woke up rest of guests with us. There are 3 walkable grocery stores and a farmers market nearby. Great location. Wrap around patio. Pool nearby. Security, staff and residents are super friendly. Being in a city, noisy. Bring a noise machine. No fans, if you get hot, to circulate the AC. Fourth room that is tucked away, no window and next to laundry room, no AC, but does have a fan. Pool right outside, can hear people talking, partying, etc. Rest of the place was great. Has pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. Missing salt, pepper, coffee filters, serving spoon (for homemade soup). I would stay here again.

I thought the property was well situated. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. We used taxi/Uber to get to downtown San Jose to see the museums and the central market. Traffic can be heavy at times, but you are near a big city. Host responded to questions promptly. The complex is older, but, for my family, we felt the accommodations were nice. Good security. Overall, had a very nice experience at this property.

Being on the first floor…. We’d never do that again …. Very nice and spacious accomodation

Rental process was smoothe. Property manager was accessible. Love the lobby! Unit is on ground floor so had to keep blinds drawn for privacy. We used the guest parking spots so did not bother with the assigned parking. Could use a fan in each bedroom...not all bedrooms had. Overall great stay. Will stay again.

The property is beautiful and has very secure 24/7/365 guards as well as a state of the art security system. This condo really is an urban oasis.
