This was a beautifully decorated beach house with ample outdoor gathering spaces. The pool was a big hit with the adults and kids.

House is in a great location. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants. We went with three couples and 3 kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Kids enjoyed heated pool. Nice quiet neighborhood. If driving, I would bring bikes and beach equipment.

Amazing Stay

Great house that is walking distance to the beach and town. Pool is a plus when you want to cool down in the afternoon. Can’t wait to go back!

What a great place to spend Thanksgiving! The house is big and roomy and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The park at the boardwalk was already decorated for Christmas and the kids loved exploring and playing capture the flag in the quiet traffic free neighborhood. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time visiting Folly Beach. My granddaughter came with us and there were a lot supply’s for young children! She had fun swimming in the pool and we rented a crib for the bunk room. Lots of room for us to spread out. They had games we had fun playing. Loved that each room had a private bath! We rented bikes with the credit and loved riding around and going to the park and out to dinner and to the beach which was close by!

Beautiful ,homey and unique decor. Felt so comfortable! Plenty of room for a family of 10! Would stay again! Loved the short walk to the beach and the pool on site!

Fantastic stay on Folly

The house was very well laid out. It was so nice to have so many bathrooms. Outdoor screen porch was fantastic. Great quiet location. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We will definitely come back during warm months to take advantage of the amazing backyard!!

Truly unique and Amazing property

This is a new home and is perfectly set up for family fun at the beach! Easy to walk, bike, or drive to the beach and Center Street shops. The pool with well appointed patio/lounge in the shade of the house is perfect for a lazy afternoon or evening. A perfect family retreat spot. We will be back and I can highly recommend this home for your Folly vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was a great layout for our large family to gather. We really enjoyed the pool, we paid to heat it an I would recommend that to others in the fall as it was still a little cool even when heated. It did rain though which may have made it cooler than otherwise. The management was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Would be nice if they had beach towels for guests. But all in all a wonderful place to stay.

The Fish is unique in its design and provides multiple advantages for living accommodations. Bedrooms with on suites really make things nice. Open floor plan and room for entertaining. Everything you need for your stay is there. Dishes, pots and pans. So peaceful. I meditated listening to the sound of the ocean in the distant. Thank you.

Beautiful spacious home in Folly Beach

We spent the week with two families of 5 adults each, celebrating our daughter's graduation from College of Charleston. Very roomy even for the 10 of us and well-decorated. Most rooms are very large with king-sized beds The outdoor areas are so comfortable that we found ourselves spending a lot of time by the pool and the covered lounge area adjacent. It's very close to the main streets of Folly Beach to walk or bike. Beach access is 5-8 min walk. We would love to return to this home if we had another large group again.

Lovely, spacious property

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the outdoor space this house provides. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone, loved that the beds were king and most bedrooms had an attached bathroom. Only complaint is that the house wasn't ready at 4pm and some emails said go straight to the house and other emails said check in at the property management office. Slight bump in the road of an overall wonderful stay!

Outstanding Beach Rental close to town w/pool

The Fish Property rental in Folly Beach, managed by Carolina One, exceeded our expectations. Carolina One's customer service was excellent, ensuring a smooth experience from booking to check-out. The accommodation comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 5 kids, with plenty of space for everyone. The highlight was the amazing pool, definitely worth paying extra for heating. The location was perfect, offering a close yet secluded 10-minute walk to the center of activity in Folly Beach and the beach itself. Just remember to rent beach gear and potentially beach towels, as they're not provided but essential. Overall, a fantastic spot for a beach getaway.

Great 3 generation family vacation. Location perfect.

If you are looking for a great house with private pool, walking distance to beach, great restaurants, and pier -the fish is the answer. House is very spacious as described. 2 living rooms is awesome so little ones can watch their tv. The main living room, kitchen dining room is big enough for all about cramped. Walk to beach was 4 blocks; there is access through houses. Can walk to all great restaurants and the pier life. (Not one bad meal on island). Short easy drive to all the sites in Charleston. Great balance between sight seeing and relaxation of beach and private pool. The outdoor living room under house next to pool was awesome and huge for all. I did take a nap in one of the hammocks; felt great. So if looking for a layback vacation Folly Beach is the answer. Great island to bike ride or golf carts. People are friendly. The ease of checkin checkout was an added plus.

The Fish on Folly was Fantastic

The Fish property was a great place for four adult couples and no kids to stay for a week on Folly. The house was clean, well stocked, and had great amenities with the pool. The beds were very comfortable too. The pool was a amazing and we had a blast playing volleyball with the floaty net & ball that came with the house. The house is about a 10min walk to the beach, which was a little longer than we anticipated by the description, but still pretty close. The walk to Center Street was also about 10min, which was expected. For the price of this listing, I had hoped the house would come with hand soap for all bathrooms. Hotel sized shampoo and conditioner are provided, but I recommend you plan on packing your own as well as some good body wash. The property management company was attentive, communicated often, and checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall a great stay and it met all our needs!

Everything about the house was great! Only thing that was a tad frustrating was being given only one hand towel for the kitchen and very minimal hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. We were staying a week, and it's the little extras, like refillable dispensers, that can make a difference and remove that extra to-do of having to go buy extra supplies when you're on vacation, especially when you're paying for a nice place.

3 families with college age kids all fit comfortably in this home. The house was very clean and spacious for everyone to relax, play games at the tables and a great location to beach/restaurants and shops.

Great house, pool and time!

We loved our week long stay at The Fish. The house is newer and well-stocked. The house is designed thoughtfully. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that allowed our extended family to spread out. We appreciated having multiple large dining table options to gather around with our group for meals. The bedrooms are all well-sized. We'd recommend storage options for two of the bedrooms especially for longer stays, but we really had no complaints! We paid to have the pool heated and were able to use it every day during our April stay. The backyard is lovely and really felt like a retreat from our busy lives. The beach was also an easy ten minute walk. We rented a golf cart and bikes, so it was even quicker to get to the closest public beach access. We hope to come back!!! WOW!!

This house is perfection! You will LOVE it, we went in March for “Spring Break” so we paid to have the pool heated and it was the highlight of our trip! I also highly recommend renting a golf cart! Great house, will definitely visit again!
