It`s A Shore Thing!! Regency Isle #402

Welcome to Regency Isle #402, one of the premier properties in Orange Beach. This is a privately owned condo on the fourth floor, and there are three elevators for your convenience. The unit is on the east end of the building, two floors above the parking garage. It overlooks the relaxing ocean view, outdoor pool and hot tub.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath gulf-front condo. The condo overlooks the majestic, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It features an expansive balcony where you can enjoy watching the waves or sipping a refreshing cocktail. There is a lounging area that includes a high top table with four chairs, so there is plenty of room for every guest. Regency Isle provides a grilling area with four grills and picnic tables. Additionally, there is a spacious grass area for the kids to play. The property also includes a small gym on the third floor for guests to use.

Our main bedroom has a plush king bed with plenty of floor space for air mattresses if necessary. The guest bedroom has two full beds. For extra guests, the den couch pulls out into a comfortable queen sleeper. There are two full baths, a half bath in the front hallway, and an attached laundry room. Each room has a big screen television. For further entertainment, the condo provides a vast library of movies, books and games.

The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with any materials you could think of, even the ones you forget! There is a toaster, two kinds of coffeemakers, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, and griddle. A cabinet full of spices and sprays is provided as well. The wet bar area has a sink and a full service ice maker. Also, there are placemats, koozies and towel clamps if you need those items.

Regency Isle is located just a short walk from the Flora-Bama. In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf. As well, Tanger Outlet and OWA is a short drive into Foley. For your younger guests, they can enjoy the nearby zoo, arcade, go-karts and miniature golf course. A few of the best restaurants in the area are Louisiana Lagniappe , Playa, Costal, Tacky Jack`s and the Shrimp Basket.

Regency Isle requires wristbands to be worn by all guests over 5 years old (March1-Sept 30) while using the pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, grills, gym, etc. ONLY ONE PARKING PASS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY. YOU CAN PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL PASS FOR 30.00 UPON BOOKING NOT UPON ARRIVAL.
