Situé au 6Úme étage, cette professionnellement meublé et décoré 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain donne sur le golfe du Mexique dans un élégant style West Indies. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une baignoire attenante à remous et douche séparée. La chambre a un lit queen et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size. This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Great views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. It was nice having the large shower in the primary suite instead of a tub/shower combo. Andrew quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Bad experience

Check-in and out- no issuesGreat location.Issues: the day of arriving I was alerted that there had been a leak in the ac closet and there would be “a fan/blower” in the master bath. I asked if any there was any mold, told “no mold”. I also asked how loud the fan would be, I was told “ should be minimal with the bathroom door closed”. Upon arrival there was a fan going in the ac closet in the main living area. A fan and large dehumidifier both going in the master bath w one hose going to one master sink. Unable to use one sink. It was LOUD, even with the door closed. There was mold on the wall inside the AC closet.Then dog hair and human hair all over the living room furniture. Human hair on the bed linens. Oh, and toenail clippings in the living room floor. I immediately notified the owner of these issues. I attempted to find another place to rent but nothing was available on Vrbo or other sites! We were stuck! I linen rolled all the linens/ couch/ chairs. I cleaned the floor to remove the toenail clippings. The fans and dehumidifier were removed at 1130am the day before we left at 515am. So we spent 3 nights with the excessively loud noise. We were offered either a full refund if we left the night we arrived
. Again, no where to stay! We were stuck. OR 100 off each night that the fans were going. So 300 refunded for all of the inconveniences, not to mention the cleaning that I had to do upon arrival. Think more should have been refunded based on issues

Couldn't ask for a nice property. Prisons decorated, high end comfy furniture, huge balcony, right on private beach that was not too busy. Loved it!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful experience at 610. The location is great. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you need. My only negative is that the appliances need to be upgraded and also the pots, pans, and utensils. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

The condo was so perfectly decorated and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a rental! The huge shower was an unexpected bonus. Regency Isle, with its large balconies and quiet location, is our favorite complex in Orange Beach, and this unit is a true gem. The owner was very responsive to messages and we look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful and comfortable

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo had a very nice large balcony with great views we saw tons of dolphins every day! The furnature was all very comfortable including the bedding and pillows. The ice machine was definitely a plus we didn’t expect. The beach was never crowded and we never had to wait for an elevator. We would love to stay here again.

Absolutely a well needed vacation

The owner was very kind and accommodating. The unit was very nice with beautiful decor. We could not have had a better view. I loved the large balcony with extra seating. We would definitely love to stay here again hopefully in the fall.

Always great in Orange Beach

The property was very well appointed, very clean, the kitchen was hundred percent, stocked for cooking, which we love to do. The master bed was very comfortable. Only minor suggestion I may have is to have an additional multi plug with USB plugs on the bedside tables. We spend a lot of time on the balcony so balcony furniture is extremely important when choosing our stay at Regency Isle. My preference would’ve been to have two padded loungers instead of the woven furniture. It just wasn’t quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked but that is personal preference. Bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with a nice double shower. All in all we’ve been staying at Regency aisle for well over 15 years and it stayed in multiple units. we enjoyed our staying and would recommend this unit

Wonderful week at Orange Beach

The condo was beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped kitchen. The beach services were very cordial and efficient. Grew up with a house at Gulf Shores and this was so nicely reminiscent. Definitely plan to try to book with you again for my next visit. Thanks so much.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had plenty of kitchen ware for our stay. Beds were comfortable but there was a nasty stain on the king size mattress that we found when we removed the linens. Also, no hair dryer so I had to buy one and the light bulb in the shower and above the stove did not work. Ice maker is always a plus with us so we loved that ! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Unit

I can’t say enough about this unit. It is furnished nicely and I love that the extra bedroom has queen beds instead of full size. The balcony was great for our group of friends to spend mornings and evenings on. It has a great location to Flora Bama as well. Andrew is a great owner and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back.
