Une retraite sereine et paisible au coeur de la vieille ville de Key West.

Ouvrez la porte de la Villa Serena et retrouvez-vous transporté dans un sanctuaire paisible. Récemment rénové en février 2018, la Villa Serena est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Le salon en bas est décoré dans des tons apaisants de cobalt et de sable et offre beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir. Les portes françaises mènent à un patio couvert et privé. La cuisine dispose d'appareils modernes et de comptoirs en granit.

À l'étage, la chambre principale est une oasis apaisante de bois spectaculaires et d'accents bleus des Caraïbes. Une salle de bains privative en forme de spa dispose d'un grand escalier, d'une douche en galets et d'une coiffeuse généreuse. Un deuxième balcon offre un espace extérieur privé pour profiter de votre café du matin. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen-size et une autre salle de bains privative.

Duval Square est situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Key West, mais est isolé à l'étage de la foule. De délicieux restaurants et des boutiques uniques sont situés dans la cour pavée pittoresque ci-dessous. Une piscine sur le toit lumineux et ensoleillé se trouve à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée. Cette maison dispose également d'un espace de stationnement couvert.

beautiful property, very clean & well appointed. bed was super comfy - absolutely LOVED the bedding & pillows in the master BR!! lock was pesky both locking & unlocking front door (battery dying, maybe?). second BR a bit cramped. should have been told in advance about issue with in-room laundry because we might have packed differently knowing that. all around, fab location, great having ice on hand upon check in (nice small detail that means a lot!). loved the extra security of gate access.

Really this unit had everything you could need and beautifully decorated. Very quiet as well.The pool is clean and convenient with ample loungers. It is not fancy but definitely adequate to sit at pool for a bit. The resident cats are friendly if you are so inclined to interact with them outside the units.

Great location; comfortable and secure property

The property is essentially right on Duval Street, but setback far enough that it is very quiet. It is spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was well appointed, convenient to our activities, spacious and overall clean. Having to go through two locked gates each time we entered or departed was annoying but we understand why for security purposes. The main factor that diminished the stay was that the unit backed up to the roof of the adjacent CVS store. The roof top AC compressor ran all the time, so we really didn't find the covered decks to be a "peaceful retreat"; we didn't use them. Also, the supplemental window AC unit in the master bedroom was noisy and blew air directly on the bed. After 1 night, we turned it off for the night. Also, the windo AC filter was very dirty; I cleaned and notified the property manager that the condensor vanes need vacuuming. Lastly, the kitchen was well appointed; we found everything we needed. However, the cabinets are showing their age; the foil finish is curling at the edges of the cabinet doors. The CVS and window AC issues reduced the value of the property, especially given the significant VRBO fees.

Christmas at the Keys

My family and I had a great stay at Villa Serena. The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great; very close to the fun of Duval Street and everything it has to offer.

Key West for the Holidays

4th time we have gone for Thanksgiving and this is the best property we have ever stayed at. Very clean and there was nothing we went without. Highly recommend!
