Villa de luxe privée à Pedregal avec vue sur l'océan

Villa Andaluza est située dans la communauté fermée exclusive de Pedregal. Cette belle villa comprend plus de 8 000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur et extérieur. La villa est construite sur une falaise avec une vue panoramique significative sur l'océan Pacifique qui se trouve à une très courte distance.

La Villa Andaluza est la propriété sœur de la Villa Veranza vrbo no. 579780.

La cuisine, le garde-manger, le salon, la salle à manger et les salles de divertissement sont situés au niveau principal et disposent d'un plafond de 14 pieds de haut, d'une télévision à écran plasma de 70 pouces avec son surround et d'une cascade intérieure / extérieure.

Quatre des six chambres sont construites selon les normes de la suite principale, avec des bains privés en marbre. La chambre principale dispose d'un jacuzzi privé et d'un foyer sur sa terrasse couverte. Les deux salles de maître disposent également d'un système de cinéma maison Bose Surround Sound. Toute la maison a des sols en marbre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Chaque chambre a une TV HD avec réception satellite, un lecteur CD, la climatisation et son propre thème à la décoration unique. Un service de femme de chambre quotidien est inclus. Également inclus dans le tarif de nuit est un chef personnel et un concierge à temps plein. (Veuillez garder à l'esprit que les pourboires ne sont pas obligatoires, mais appréciés en fonction de la quantité de services qu'ils fournissent.)

Un bateau de pêche sportive privé de 30 pieds est situé dans la marina exclusivement pour les clients de la Villa Andaluza. Il a son propre équipage et est disponible à la location pour un prix modéré pour la pêche, la plongée en apnée ou une croisière au coucher du soleil. Affréter avec nous élimine les frais excessifs ou les frais d'annulation pour les jours de mauvais temps ou pour les matins où vous vous êtes peut-être trop amusé la nuit précédente. Croisière ou pêche sur votre horaire!

Our family of six adult members stayed at Villa Andaluza for six nights. Cassandra (the concierge) communicated with us weeks in advance to make our sure all the details of our stay were excellent. She was always available by text too during our stay for any questions or concerns. The chefs Juan and Guillermo took care of every meal (we did breakfast, dinner and mid-day snacks) to perfection. There was never a bad meal. The pool was private, clean and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The maid service was great as well and no details were missed. We would return to Villa Andaluza in a heartbeat. It exceeded our expectations and as world travelers that is not easy to do. Thank you team at Villa Andaluza for creating great vacation memories for us!

75th Birthday Celebration in Paradise!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Cassandra, Memo, Leo and an amazing spread of quesadillas, homemade salsas and chips, to the moment we left we were treated like family. We were celebrating a milestone birthday with mostly adults but also brought a 2-year old grandchild. Our every need was accommodated. We ate in most nights and enjoyed delicious and fresh meals. Juan and Rufino were also so great. It was the most relaxing 5 days we have had in a long time thanks to the care and excellent service of this team not to mention the spacious and beautiful villa.

The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular. The only thing I did not like was the noise ordinance but we had a rowdy bunch and still managed to have a good time within the rules. Cassandra, Guillermo, the other chef which name escapes me at the moment and Leo were all wonderful and did a great job making sure we did not have to lift a finger. The staff there did a wonderful job taking care of us from start to finish. Lastly the house was incredibly well taken care of and very clean and it stayed that way thanks to the incredibly housekeepers the property employs. Thank you to everyone it was a trip full of memories thanks in no small part to the staff. I hope they all get to read this!

Fantastic Property and Limitless Views
