Ce condo lumineux et propre à Pointe Santo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances à la plage spectaculaires. Entrez dans la grande cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée et équipée d’appareils en acier inoxydable.

La salle à manger ouverte avec son décor côtier peut accueillir 6 personnes. La salle à manger s'ouvre sur le salon confortable avec un canapé confortable et deux chaises. Tous ensemble pour vous détendre et regarder votre film préféré sur la grande télévision à écran plat. Portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur la véranda spacieuse avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique et les superbes jardins tropicaux. Dînez en plein air tout en profitant de la brise de l'océan et de la vue sur la véranda moustiquaire. La suite principale a un lit king confortable, une grande télévision à écran plat et des portes coulissantes en verre à la véranda. Sanibel reprieve

My wife and I escaped the dreary Midwest winter (and 8 grandkids who we love dearly but breaks are great) to spend 9 wonderful days in sunny Sanibel. We took advantage of numerous activities: onsite (tennis/pickle ball/beach hot tub) and nearby (cycling/hiking/kayaking in Ding nature preserve and fishing in the Bay). The complex is right in the middle of the island so very convenient

Second time staying in a Kingfisher listing in the Pointe Santo condos. Love the location - easy access to beach, grocery, and bridge. Nice layout. Very clean and kitchen is well-equipped. Only issue worth noting was that the full-sized mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very soft. We mentioned that to mgmt during checkout.

Sanibel was very different this year because of the red tide.

The condo was beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I will definitely rent it again. However, the directions for getting the key must be revised. I spent some time looking for the storage closets, as instructed. When I finally found the room that contained the closets, the code wouldn’t open the box where the key was supposed to be. The security guard suggested that we go to the door and, it turns out, the door to the unit opens with a code. I wasted entirely too much time just trying to get into the condo. Please revise the instructions.

We stayed march 2026 for family spring break and was a great place to stay. Photos were exactly as unit was. Close to beach and pool. Used pickle ball courts and biked to Jerry’s for anything we needed. Only improvement would have been more than 2 dishwasher pods for the week of dishes. But very minor.

Amazing condo

The condo D27 was even better than the images. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. New washer/dryer that we loved. It also included a beach umbrella and chairs which we appreciated. We will definitely not hesitate to stay here again. The only thing that would make it better is a cutting board. :)

Over all, it was a nice stay

The place was nice and the view was nice. The only complaint was that the toilet leaked in the guest bathroom, we called four times to have it fixed and for whatever reason it never got fixed while we were there.

Even better than shown!

We loved our stay at D-27 at Pointe Santo. The condo is even more spacious than at it looks in the picture; we had plenty of room for 3 adults. It was also very comfortable and nicely decorated with the beach theme throughout. Our favorite part of the condo was the large, screened-in lanai, with access from the living room and the master bedroom. We enjoyed having meals, playing cards in the evening, and just relaxing with a great view of the lagoon and the gulf Pointe Santo grounds are beautiful and home to many interesting creatures like the resident alligator, Ahinga (bird), many iguanas, tortoises, ibis, etc. that made our stay even more interesting. We would spend switch our time between the beach and the pool; the pool and jacuzzi were really nice. The location is close to shopping and restaurants- just a short drive or bike ride away. We loved Sanibel and staying at Pointe Santo. It was the perfect vacation for R&R and nature lovers like us! We would highly recommend,

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Pointe Santo resort. We stayed in unit D27. Everything was fantastic. Unit was very well maintained and comfortable. Perfect Vacation

We just loved our stay at Pointe Santo in unit D-27. The condo was clean, had every need taken care of, and was as comfortable as home. The grounds and the beach were beautiful. It was so relaxing. We just can't say enough about how perfect it was. In addition, there is plenty of shopping and fantastic restaurants within minutes. And Jerry's grocery had a more than adequate selection of anything you might want to purchase. Kingfisher Vacation Rentals was very friendly and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This property was a great choice. Excellent location with only steps to the beach. The employees were pleasant to speak to and had the visitors needs taken care of. When we return to Sanibel we will be sure to stay at this location.

First Time To Saniel

Unfortunately we came when the Red Tide hit the beach which was horrible. The grounds here at Pointe Santo were beautiful! The pool was pretty small however. The picture of the pool looked much bigger. I loved the screened in porch but it was hot because the fan did not work well. This unit was nice but the second bedroom was warm. The air conditioner unit was old and did not cool very well. However, when I let that be known as well as other issues they were tended too very quickly!! The filter was changed which helped a little. We had a few bugs which they handled as well. Oh, and the kitchen needs dish towels and dish rags.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you found the grounds beautiful and that any issues were tended to quickly, We will look into the fan, keep an eye on the AC . Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding things like "more kitchen rags needed" during your stay. We would much rather get you what you need while you are there than learn about it via a review! That is why we are here, to do all we can to make your stay as perfect as possible! We are very sorry about the red tide during your stay, this is not a normal occurrence and it is now gone. I suspect this had some influence on the star rating as we feel this home is better than three:) Please come back and visit soon!
