Cette maison de 7 chambres et 6 salles de bains est le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour une retraite en famille ou entre amis. Situé dans le centre-nord de San Antonio, The Star House, a une belle vue sur le temple mormon, L. D.S. Cette maison dispose de deux suites parentales dont une comprend des barres d'appui dans la salle de bain pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Les cinq autres chambres ont un décor qui pourrait être présenté dans un magazine pour enfants ou adolescents. Le salon, la salle familiale et le loft sont de grands espaces de rassemblement pour se détendre ou regarder la télévision. Il y a une grande cuisine gastronomique et une cuisine de service qui sont parfaites pour cuisiner pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. Il y a aussi un coin cuisine avec table pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et une salle à manger décontractée avec 12 places assises. Cette maison dispose également de quatre ensembles de laveuses et sécheuses situées dans toute la maison!

La cour arrière a été conçue et modelée d'après le Texas Hill Country Resort. Il y a un terrain de basket 1/2 terrain, un trampoline, un bain à remous, une boule d'attache et une grande aire de jeux de style cabane dans les arbres avec un revêtement en caoutchouc confortable. Cette arrière-cour comprend également trois espaces de patio avec des meubles, un grand gril extérieur et un foyer Texas personnalisé pour une nuit de smores de cuisine! Dernier point, mais non des moindres, les deux grandes piscines de style complexe. Une piscine a une petite rivière paresseuse et des profondeurs de 3 ', 5', 3 'et l'autre piscine est de 9' tout au long. Avec des balançoires, des sièges et des repas en plein air, vous pourrez vous retrouver en dehors de la majorité de votre séjour!

Cette maison a une disponibilité limitée pendant que les propriétaires vivent à l'étranger. Situé à distance de marche du temple mormon, il est également proche d'une grande épicerie HEB et de nombreux restaurants situés dans la région de Stone Oak. Cresta del Cielo est également à 20 minutes de Six Flags Fiesta Texas et à 35 minutes de Sea World. Il est également situé à seulement 30 minutes de Canyon Lake, à 25 minutes du centre-ville de San Antonio et à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. C'est un bel emplacement centralisé si vous visitez la région de San Antonio.

5 stars all the way! Our extended family of 21 was well accommodated. 5 families and each had their own sleeping space. The home is beautiful and very spacious with more than enough room. The extra washers and dryers were great for the families. The real highlight is the pool, basketball court’ hot tub and the wonderful outdoor space for us all to hang out. My wife also loved learning about One Common Thread Quilts you are part of. The quilting completed projects around home are amazing. This is a special home. If you are looking for a first class vrbo for your large group this is the one!

Great Family house

We had an amazing time, pool was awesome for the kids, house was big enough for 16 of us to mvoe around, enough bed for everyone and in a beautiful neighborhood. Loved San Antonino.

Family Weekend

A fun family visit to San Antonio

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. We were gone during the day each day to see the sites but late evening we gathered in the great room. We all enjoyed being together in such a nice place.

My husband and I are proud parents of nine children, and family is at the center of everything we do. Back in 2003, what began as a small sketch on a napkin grew into the dream home we’ve been blessed to live in for the past 20 years. We’ve cared for this home as if it were our tenth child, filling it with love, laughter, and countless memories. Because of our large family, we wanted to create a home that felt like a resort—where kids could play freely, friends could gather, and everyone had space to relax. That vision became The Star House.

We’re originally from Texas and love spending time outdoors, traveling together, and enjoying big family meals. What we enjoy most about hosting is opening our home to other families and watching them create their own special memories here. It’s a sacred place for us, and it brings us joy to share it with you. We simply ask that you treat it with the same care and respect that we always have.

The Star House is perfectly located in North Central San Antonio, giving you easy access to everything the city has to offer. You’ll be just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores, as well as a short drive from amusement parks like Six Flags and SeaWorld, the famous River Walk downtown, outlet shopping in San Marcos, and several beautiful Texas lakes.

What we love most about this neighborhood is how peaceful and family-friendly it feels, while still being close to all the action. It’s the best of both worlds—quiet mornings with a view of the temple, and adventure just around the corner.

That said, many of our guests tell us their favorite memories are right here at The Star House—lazy afternoons by the pool, kids laughing on the playground, and evenings gathered around the outdoor fireplace. This home was built for family fun, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. Your stay here not only gives you a place to create lasting memories, it also helps us support our kids through college—something we’re very grateful for.

What makes The Star House unique is that it was designed from the ground up with family in mind. Unlike most vacation rentals, this isn’t just a house—it’s a home created to bring people together. With four sets of washers and dryers, three refrigerators, and plenty of beds and sleeping spaces for up to 21 guests, it’s built to comfortably handle large families and groups.

The backyard sets us apart: a sunken trampoline, elevated playground with swings and climbing wall, half-court basketball, two full-size resort-style pools, and towering oak trees that shade nearly an acre of space. Add in the outdoor fireplace, grill, and games for kids and grandkids, and you’ll quickly see why so many families say they hardly leave the property during their stay.

This home was designed to make family memories—whether that’s a big reunion, a holiday gathering, or just time away to reconnect. It couldn’t be a more family-friendly home.
