Une maison de style Cape historique situé au centre, à la base de la Pilgrim Monument à seulement 1 pùté de maisons de la jetée centrale. Il y a 4 chambres spacieuses, toutes aménagées avec des draps et des oreillers confortables. Cuisine récemment rénové dispose des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux cablnets, lave-vaisselle et grande table à manger pour accueillir jusqu'à 10. Situé dans une rue calme à sens unique, tout proche de Bradford Street dans le centre de la ville. salle de bain au premier étage récemment rénové avec un nouveau combo baignoire / douche, sol carrelé et de nouveaux appareils. salle de bain au deuxiÚme étage, également récemment rénové offre une douche et de nouveaux appareils. Détendez-vous dans le salon spacieux qui est complet avec la télévision par cùble, accÚs Internet sans fil, DVD, lecteur de CD et de nombreux siÚges. Il y a un patio de briques pour se divertir et se détendre avec un gril à gaz et meubles de patio. Off the second den étage il y a une nouvelle plate-forme avec garde-corps qui a été construit en 2012. Il y a un parking pour 2 voitures (tandem) dans l'allée privée de la maison. Buanderie privée et la climatisation complÚtent celui-ci. Disponible à la semaine Juillet et Août et les week-ends tout au long de la saison de l'épaule. Désolé, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas les bienvenus. NON FUMEUR DANS LA MAISON.





IdĂ©alement situĂ©: La maison est situĂ©e sur un bloc qui abrite de nombreuses Provincetown l'annĂ©e habitants - 1 Âœ blocs Ă  la jetĂ©e et le Lobster Pot environ 2 blocs Ă  la mairie. Il dispose d'un plancher de bois franc Ă  pied et devant trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© dans le salon et les chambres. Le mudroom est parfait pour ranger des vĂ©los de location, engins de plage ou poussettes pendant votre sĂ©jour.

A perfect P-town experience

Many of us have been going to P-town for close to 20 years and this property was absolutely perfect. Patrick, our host, was incredibly accommodating. The house was pristine but had beautiful charm. We can’t wait to come back!

Patrick was such a fantastic host. He made a couple of specific accomodations for our group. The house was extremely clean and convenient to the center of town. This is a great house with lots of spaces to gather. This was our 2nd stay at the house and plan to reserve for a 2026 stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 10.

Well stocked house in a perfect location.

My friends and I have rented this house for several years, and we love it. The location couldn't be better and the house itself is well stocked with all the incident things that you want in a vacation house (detergent, paper towels, beach towels, etc).

Wonderful stay in Ptown- perfect location!

Patrick’s house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal - everything downtown is walkable within a matter of minutes. Patrick was proactive about checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. The house was just what we were looking for- plenty of bedrooms to sleep and great space to eat inside or outside if you want to have a meal as a group. Hope to be back in the future!

Perfectly Located, Spacious & Charming!

What a lovely house to stay in! The location was perfect - easy walk to ferry, commercial street, tea, bars/clubs - and Patrick was a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds, easy check-in and lots of wonderful details for check-in. We especially appreciated the local recommendations as we returned to Provincetown, with many of our group first-timers. Great house, highly recommend - we hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful roof deck

My group of friends has stayed in various houses in Ptown and this was our favorite. Fantastic location in the middle of everything but quiet and just off Bradford St. The roofdeck put it over the top for us, as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hosts. We will be back!

A Fabulous Time in PTown

This was our 2nd time staying here and we LOVE this house! It's perfectly located so it's easy to get to, and if you need a costume change, it's convenient to run back between tea/dinner/going out. Beds are comfortable, there are several gathering spaces which makes it great for a group of 7 or 8 like we were. Kitchen is fully stocked too which made for a great end of trip group dinner experience. Great house, can't recommend enough and we look forward to returning next year!

William and I purchased this beautiful home in June of 2011. The moment I walked into this huge country kitchen, I knew this was the house for us.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

In 1987, a friend of mine took me to Provincetown for a week. I fell in love with Provincetown that very moment, and I have been vacationing in Provincetown every year since 1987. At first I rented with Bed and Breakfast's, which I love, then I went to renting condo's to private homes. I found the people of Provincetown, and its visitors to be extremely friendly, and outgoing. The fresh clean air was a plus, since coming from Manhattan. There's something about Provincetown, that is soothing, and tranquil. I feel relax and at peace when in Provincetown.

What I love about this house is that it gives you a comfortable feeling. I love the fact that you can go out on the second floor new deck, and gaze at the Pilgrim Monument. The house is located in the center of Provincetown, with a block and a half walk to Commercial Street where all the stores and restaurants are located. During your stay at the house, you walk or bike your way through town. Choose to dine in, the huge country kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and there is a private brick patio with a BBQ grill, and picnic table to eat outside.
