Inn-Town House, Boulder Juncton

Maison spacieuse située dans un cadre privé à Boulder, à quelques minutes de marche de la belle intersection de Boulder. Animaux acceptés. Enfants 12 ans et plus. Pas besoin d'apporter des extras, nous offrons tout le confort de la maison. Un jet de pierre de toutes les pistes cyclables, randonnées pédestres, pistes de motoneige, pistes de ski de fond, et à moins de 9 miles d'accès à 194 lacs. Profitez de la vue sur notre terrasse panoramique, prenez un repas ou détendez-vous tout simplement, puis jouez au billard dans la salle de jeux ou allumez un feu dans le foyer.

L'espace

Nous avons un énorme manger dans la cuisine, dans cette mise en page à concept ouvert. Table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Beaucoup de stationnement pour les bateaux, les remorques, les vélos et les voitures. Espace de travail convivial pour ordinateur portable. Nous proposons DirecTV, Netflix, Hulu dans le salon et des téléviseurs dans les chambres et dans la véranda. Grande baie vitrée dans le salon pour profiter de la vue. Il n'y a pas de circulation car nous sommes dans une impasse avec un seul voisin.

Accès à la maison entière, à l'exception du placard fermé pour les objets personnels, car nous habitons dans la maison lorsqu'elle n'est pas louée

Interaction avec les invités

Nous serons là pour vous accueillir et répondre aux questions que vous pourriez avoir sur notre maison, puis nous resterons hors site, dans notre autocaravane à proximité, toujours à un coup de téléphone.

Nous avons une façade rustique sur le lac Little Rice, aucun accès en bateau ou plage.
Table de billard et bar dans la salle de jeux. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, mais ne doivent pas être laissés sans surveillance ou peuvent être gardés en cage Comme toujours nettoyer après votre animal de compagnie.

Great place, would stay here again!

We loved the house, is was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need/want. I loved all the extra throw blankets in the living room that were clean/fresh smelling - we could each have our own. Location was great, quick walk to town, but still private. We saw local wildlife, including an adorable family of deer up close and personal. Only wish our trip was longer so we could enjoy all the amenities like firepit/deck, pool table. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute, clean and spacious place in the woods less than a block from downtown. Lots of flowers and trees around the lot. Very much enjoyed working with Peggy. Thank you.

The smell of old cigarette smoke and perfumes to cover up smell was overwhelming.

The kitchen and living room were very nice. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Closets were dirty and had owners dirty laundry in them. We should have left the very day we got there. I had to wash or air out EVERY ITEM we had taken into the house because of the cigarette smell.

As I do for all guests, is ask everyday If everything is ok? or if there is any concerns. I did ask these guests everyday if everything was OK. They always responded everything is fine. My husband also checked with them daily or when we saw them. Again, everyday the same. Not once did any issues come up until 3 days after they were gone. Never saw anything "Airing out" there was no mention of anything. The closet had a laundry basket it in with 1 set of clean sheets in it just didn't fold them. Maybe a few rags. As it states in house description, that this is also our home when we don't rent it, so some hanging clothes were pushed to the side and had plenty of room. After 75 rentals not once has cigarette smell come up as an issue. I smoke outside, and maybe some of our guests do also. but previous owners did smoke 16 years ago. Not until Patty saw a pack of cigarettes in the garage when they were leaving did the issue come up 3 days later. If they would have said something right away, I would have refunded there money and even help them reload their car and they could be on their merry way somewhere else. So basically they lied everyday while they were here. People before them, not a word, people after not a word. So far all 5 star reviews without a word about cigarette smell. I guess seeing that lone pack of cigarettes in the garage freaked Patty out. If this would have been a recurring issue with our guests for the past 5 years then I can understand where she is coming from.

Great place to stay !!!

Beautiful home, very well maintained and extremely clean. All the comforts of home were provided for us. Owners are very kind and accomodating. Very easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend staying here as it is very warm and inviting. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay here again. A++++

beautiful September weekend in Boulder Junction

We had a great time in Boulder Junction....Peg and Phil were gracious hosts for our stay. Worked out perfectly in this "social distancing" time...we were attending a wedding in the area and did not want to stay in a hotel with other guests. This home in BJ was perfect for this trip, and BJ is soooo nice and quiet this time of year! We will stay here again!

Nice home, great location

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this clean comfortable home. You could walk to downtown, yet the neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything, Television worked great and nice game room downstairs. Would stay here again.

Weekend Visit

We went up to Boulder Junction for the weekend and had a fabulous time. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. As a bonus, it was close to town, so we could walk. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot in town!

Location makes everything super convenient at this nice home! Groceries, gas, shopping, restaurants, flea market, ice cream, bakery, etc...all in walking distance! The home is nestled along the woods, so we saw plenty of wildlife during our stay. Everything about the home was “just right” for our family getaway - a very well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great family room layout + a few places to escape for privacy. We will definitely be back!

Perfect gateway for weekend bachelor party

We came up for a weekend bachelor party, looking to get out of the city and relax. This cabin was everything described and more. It had everything we needed to feel at home, was close to several restaurants and local bars. There is so much to do in the area, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a escape up north, while also having all the comforts of home. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space and all slept comfortably and all for a great price. Can't beat it, especially for that area.

Wonderful Northwoods home in Boulder Junction

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home for a long weekend! Plenty of room, a nice newly remodeled kitchen, pool table in the basement, and fire-pit out front were some of what made it stand out. The house was walking distance from the cute little town center of Boulder Junction, and a short bike ride or drive from many hiking trails and nature areas. Peggy was very responsive before and during our stay, happily answering questions as they arose and even calling us minutes after we left to let us know that we had left a couple items. If I am back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Phil and Peg!!
