Ce victorien récemment rénové se trouve à seulement 6 pâtés de maisons de la meilleure plage de la côte du New Jersey. Avec un extérieur magnifiquement restauré et un intérieur moderne complètement réinventé qui conserve encore le caractère de la maison d'origine. Le porche enveloppant est parfait pour se détendre avec votre café du matin, un cocktail en soirée ou un dîner. Peut-être préféreriez-vous profiter d'une soirée tranquille sur le balcon du 2ème étage pour profiter de la brise du soir. Juste au-delà du hall d'entrée est un plan ouvert salon / salle à manger qui mène à une cuisine de chefs gastronomique incroyable avec espace petit-déjeuner. Il y a 3 chambres doubles complètes, un espace bureau et une buanderie au 2ème étage. Il y a deux salles de bains complètes de luxe (1 douche de spa à l'étage et une baignoire et douche vers le bas). La climatisation centrale vous garde à l'aise tout au long de votre séjour. Juste une promenade de 7 pâtés de maisons du train et 6 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville et de la zone de divertissement. Ajouter sur ce parking pour 3 voitures dans l'allée privée et vous avez la parfaite maison de vacances Asbury Park.

Excellent stay in a meticulously renovated Victorian in a convenient location to beach, restaurants, shopping. The house is fully equipped w AC and a great kitchen and has numerous spots for sitting outside to enjoy ocean breezes, including a serene garden patio. Perfect!

This property is perfect! It’s a quick walk to the beach and the backyard is a little paradise to sit and relax! The owners are lovely to work with! We would stay here again and again!

Family Getaway at the Jersey Shore

My family and I had an incredible time staying at John's house. There is so much history in the house and the surrounding neighborhood, it was a treat to be part of it. The location is central to everything - beach, restaurants and nightlife. We hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful location!

This house was lovely and the communication with the hosts is a breeze! It was only a short walk to the beach! We had 5 people for the sea.hear.now festival and it was perfect. The house is wonderful and the backyard is a delight! Would definitely consider booking this house again!

Great vacation spot

The house was impeccably restored and wonderfully furnished. Backyard space is charming and great for entertainment. Kitchen is commercial grade. The owners were great to deal with and very accommodating. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. A great place for a long weekend or a week vacation.

Best VRBO we ever stayed at

Property was beautiful and in such a great location. John and Doug were the best hosts we have encountered and were there for any questions we had. You are within walking distance to everything which was great. Our Springsteen weekend was fantastic and both John and Doug played a major part in that. We would stay again in a heartbeat as the Jersey Shore now holds a special place in our hearts!

wonderful stay in asbury park. excellent hosts.

we had a very relaxing time in asbury park this summer. the spotlessly clean house with great AC is oozing character and is walking distance to the beach and all the best restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. the hosts were perfect: responsive, friendly and helpful. we logged heavy hours on the the covered front porch, our favourite part of the house. just an all around incredible stay. highly recommend.

Beautiful Home - Simply Great

This is a beautiful home only 6 blocks from the Asbury Park beach and boardwalk. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities including a chef's kitchen, incredible showers in the bathrooms, beautiful porch in the front, patio in the back, large screen TV and alarm system. The check-in process is smooth and simple - and John answered all of my questions in a friendly, timely manner. Thank you so much for a great week.

Even better than the listing

We stayed here 16 days while my family enjoyed the beach and I got some work done. The listing doesn’t begin to do this house justice. There were fresh flowers and two complimentary bottles of wine left for us. There's a bidet in the upstairs bathroom, a gourmet kitchen with everything—if you like to cook, you’ll love this place. You have access to a fully stocked spice cabinet and every appliance and kitchen tool you can imagine. At one point I went looking for pruning sheers for some flowers someone sent me and they had them because they had everything lol. The sofa had built in surround sound, it’s that kind of house. The house is the prettiest one on the block. Lots of outdoor sitting areas, a short walk to everything. The AC worked super well. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Very fast, very responsive. I felt so sad leaving!

Family vacation

House was even nicer than the photos so we were very happy. Back yard was so pretty and it was the perfect space for a family gathering. The only issue I had was an exterminator came on the third day of a four day stay and sprayed for ants. This meant we couldn’t use the outdoor space because I have a toddler and the exterminator said it wasn’t safe for children or pets. I’m a little disappointed knowing that I had booked my trip 5 months prior and the owner knew that I have a one year old with me. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have had the pest people come after or even before our stay but I wasn’t informed until the day he was supposed to come and I had no options. But please don’t let this sway your choice as the house and the host were great. The property is gorgeous and again the listing photos don’t do it justice. Also the tenants who live in the cottage behind the house as so nice!

This house is perfection!

WOW, what a treat to wake up in this picture-perfect Victorian every day! Our week with the family in Asbury Park was fabulous and made even more memorable because of the beautiful setting. The owners restored this home with exceptional care and considered every convenience; their impeccable taste shines in every room. From the state-of-the-art kitchen (a chef's dream!) to the luxe spa bathrooms, every room is impeccably appointed. I had to drag my husband to the beach every day... he was happier reading on the front porch, balcony, or in the beautifully landscaped back garden! The owners were thoughtful and responsive, and we will absolutely return. Thank you, John and Doug, for sharing your beautiful home!

A must

This house was clearly renovated with love and thoughtfulness. As someone who works in the design build industry I respect all of the hard work and attention to detail that was put into this home. The kitchen was perfect, every pot, pan, knife any chef would want. Backyard and porch are beautiful, the bathrooms are amazing so much to rave about! Can’t wait to visit again, owners were friendly and very responsive!

Wonderful family week in Asbury Park

With my wife and our two young children we spent a beach week at this beautiful home in Asbury Park. Just a short walk to the beach and tons of dining options, this home was the ideal setting for a week in the historic Asbury Park. John and Doug were the consummate hosts. No detail was left untouched in this beautifully decorated home, but also comfortable and welcoming. Pictures don't do justice. Great backyard for dinners and entertaining. Strong recommend.

Great stay in Asbury Park

Beautiful home in walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and Cookman Ave. The patio was beautiful. Even though I did very little cooking the kitchen was swoon worthy. The home was well appointed and there was great attention to detail.
