Making last minute summer plans for the Jersey Shore? It's not too late to snag your dream beach cottage in Ocean Grove for Summer 2026! Refurbished classic 2BR with bonus peek-a-boo loft! Garden Beach Cottage has magical garden, ocean and lake breezes and outdoor space for relaxation.

Unwind on 2 separate patios, outdoor dining table and extra cocktail hour chairs arranged in a dreamy garden space. Outdoor shower in the back to wash off the sandy days oceanside, only 6 blocks away to gorgeous Ocean Grove beaches. 4 Adult and 2 Child beach badges included. Updated kitchen with tile backsplash, new retro appliances and new gas stove. Newly installed HVAC for AC and Heat throughout the property (not pictured).

Sliding pocket doors at front entrance, and mid-cottage for private bedroom setup with comfy pillow topped queen pullout bed. Primary bedroom with memory foam full bed, ceiling fan and closet space. Classic peek-a-boo loft with sliding ladder and latched gate, with two twin memory foam beds for older kids / overflow guests!

Wifi / internet throughout property. 55" Roku TV with soundbar and subwoofer for summer movie fun and sports galore. Crosley vinyl record player with soundbar connection, bring your favorites or enjoy our expanding library of records!

Stocked kitchen with glasses, plates, kitchen tools and silverware for beach-inspired cooking. Pantry with basic spices / cooking needs, weekend brunches and holiday seafood feasts. Ninja coffee maker for ground coffee or pods. Retro microwave and Frigidaire freezer / fridge combo. Eating nook in kitchen for 2, with foldout capacity for 4.

Full bath next to primary bedroom with shower and small bathtub combo. Stocked with towels for beach and shower needs. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, hose and bamboo platform, amongst hanging plants and natural surroundings. Truly transporting!

You'll want to spend a ton of time outdoors, but you can always retreat within the cottage for serene and modern furnishings. Original structure dates from 1899!

Easy access to surrounding communities. One block from Fletcher Lake. Ocean Grove Beach 2 min walk/stroll, Bradley Beach 2 min walk/stroll, Asbury Park 15 min walk/stroll. Head to the Stone Pony for the best live music around, and walk or quick rideshare home! Downtown Ocean Grove 5-8 min walk/stroll, experience Odyssey Coffee, Nagel's and Day's ice cream, Tino's Pizza, tons of beach shopping!

**NOTE**: Property does not include dishwasher or washer/dryer. For an additional fee we can provide a pickup/dropoff laundry service as you need it throughout your stay, or there are several nearby laundromats for your convenience. The hosts at Garden Beach Cottage clearly know what beach guests actually need. Two bikes meant we never needed the car for anything local, a great addition in a beach town with limited parking. We biked to the boardwalk, beach, ice cream, all of it. The beach setup was perfect: chairs, towels and a caddy. The cottage itself is adorable (but yes, small). The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely book again.

“A perfect retreat — we didn't wanted to leave”From the moment we saw that enchanting garden we knew this trip was going to be special. The garden is lush, private, and feels like a secret little world tucked away from everything. The cottage is as charming as in the photos. It has good energy: cozy, thoughtfully decorated, full of character. The front porch is where we spent most of our mornings — coffee in hand, listening to the birds. I missed having a dishwasher for a hot second, but then my daughter reminded me that I hate doing dishes when we are on vacation! So we explored downtown Ocean Grove instead — and ended up having one of the best afternoons of the whole trip.The beach is an easy walk, and the cottage came with two bikes so we loved going for ice cream by bike every night!

We had a wonderful stay with our friends! The house was quaint but fit us comfortably. We made a few meals at the house and had all we needed in the kitchen. Walking to the beach and shops were easy! Would love to come back when the weather is nicer to enjoy the beautiful outside areas more. Thank you for a wonderful beach weekend!

We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for our family and even more spacious than we anticipated. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that it was within easy walking distance of both the beach and a playground. Great communication and easy check in, too!

We loved staying here for the first time at the shore. We actually came for a lacrosse camp at the Capelli Sports complex up the road. The location was great - it was quiet at night and there was ample street parking. It rained and my daughter loved reading outside on the porch. The pictures were accurate and while it is a cottage, it was well stocked - and everything was labeled so things were easy to find. We did not use the bikes but walked to the beach and enjoyed strolling down the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again! Oh and the hosts were super responsive, which is always appreciated!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Adorable, quiet and a respite from crowds. Wonderful neighbors, welcoming community, and a walkable / strollable delight everywhere you look. The Victorian architecture in the surrounding blocks are truly stunning. And so close to Asbury Park - the restaurants, the shopping and the music!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The beach cottage is similar to a lot of the cottages you see in Ocean Grove...but we are unique because we have a significant amount of outdoor space. A gardener's dream! Plenty of areas for sitting, catching up with friends, or having a lovely al fresco dining experience. Don't forget the classic spa-like outdoor shower as well!
