Il est entiĂšrement meublĂ© et tous les services publics sont payĂ©s. Il y a deux lits king size et deux salles de bain. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse dans une grande buanderie. Garage attenant Ă  deux stalles. Il s'agit d'une communautĂ© de retraitĂ©s, donc l'un des locataires doit ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© d'au moins 55 ans. Il est Ă  proximitĂ© de nombreux terrains de golf, centres de loisirs, piscines, terrains de pickleball, pistes de bowling et centres de fitness. Les chiens bien dressĂ©s sont acceptĂ©s. No worries at this SCW home

We were fortunate enough to rent this property for a month mid-Nov through mid Dec 2024. The home was well-furnished with supplies (spices, baking supplies, games, books, cleaning supplies, etc) and located in a quiet area that was super convenient to central Sun City West and to get to Sun City and other parts of the northwest Phoenix area. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to any needs or questions! I especially appreciated the back patio area, which had many cushioned and comfy options for seating (in shade or in the sun). I would not hesitate to rebook this home, and am very thankful for the month we were able to spend there!

Great place to stay!

We visited the Phoenix area in October for 8 days due to its location, amenities, and price. Great choice! Paul was quick to respond to our questions, and checked up on us during our stay to ensure all was in order. The house was as described, plenty of supplies, especially the pantry, more spices and condiments than we've ever had available! It was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we we're expecting. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Paul!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Property was easy to find. Once there, everything was laid out for us and explained very well. This was the first time we stayed in a house like this and it was an AWESOME experience!! Property owner was very helpful and not hard to get a hold of for questions when needed. We stayed here to reunite with some family and it really was a great experience!! Golf Cart

The house is very nice, 2 kings beds was liked with my children, also, twin beds in laundry room worked for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful & clean

This was our second stay in this house. It's clean & peaceful... even "Mrs Kravitz" across the street "greeted" us upon our arrival. Owner is prompt with responses when needed & is concerned that you have what you need, things are in working order & your stay is pleasant.

Short Golf and Sunshine Get Away.

Nice clean older, but nicely updated in quiet well kept neighborhood. Great sun city West location with many amenities and golf courses. Owner communicated very well but we had very few questions. Would choose this property again.

Comfortable, Quiet and Perfect

This was a great rental for 2 weeks! Very clean and comfortable. Great location for everything in SCW. Also close to Lake Pleasant! Slept great with comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. Spent every morning having coffee on the patio. Excellent host communication. We had great weather, a convenient rental and would absolutely stay here anytime we visit the area!!

I take pride in keeping my tenants happy while they are staying in my house. I have stayed in many places while traveling and know how important it is to have a comfortable place to call home, weather it is a few days or a few months. I take all profit from renting and put it right back in improving the house. Since I have purchased this house in 2012, I have put on a new roof, new central air /furnace, new side by side fridge, new washer and dryer, new recliners, two new king size beds, two new toilets, new garage door and opener, new water heater, new microwave, new big screen TV and many smaller items. The 2022 improvements were all new landscaping stone, new blinds, new king size bed in guest bedroom and vinyl plank flooring and complete inside paint job. 2023 improvements were remodeled bathrooms with resurfaced sinks and showers, new kitchen table with six chairs, and a trundle bed added in the laundry room for extra guests. I want you to feel at home here.

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, but with plenty to do within a few miles. Enjoy the fruit off the trees in the back yard during season. Just a short drive to Phoenix, the mountains, or the many tourist attractions. A couple hours away from Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

My house is located only a few blocks from Beardsley rec center on a quiet street. It is less than a mile from a golf course and only 1.5 miles from the center of the city where you will find all that you need.
