Maison magnifiquement rénovée! Maison de 1370 pieds carrés dans la communauté Sun City West 55+. C'est le luxe de vivre à son meilleur. Maison de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec de nouveaux planchers, armoires, appareils électroménagers et meubles. TV écran plat dans le salon, WiFi gratuit, laveuse / sécheuse, manger dans la cuisine et la salle à manger. Immense terrasse couverte avec table à manger.

Notre location de vacances est située à Sun City West, (environ 30 miles NWW de Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport).

We had an enjoyable stay at the Heritage home. The covered patio was so enjoyable and they have most everything you would need. The hosts, David and Lesley are very easy to communicate with and were so accommodating. We will definitely be back again if available and make our stay a little longer.

This was our fourth stay at this house! The location is excellent and close to our preferred grocery stores and recreation centers. All of the comforts of home--nice and fully equipped kitchen, good bedding, great washer and dryer-are provided. We also learned how to stream our favorite television shows and are now converting from cable at home. We highly recommend staying at this home and are very satisfied repeat customers.

Everything about this property is wonderful; it was the best VRBO we have stayed at. It is clean, modern, uncluttered, and located in quiet neighborhood. The property owner responded quickly to our questions and was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this property and intend to stay again.

Quiet neighborhood in a good location. The house was just as pictured, everything was clean and new. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable and linens plush. We would recommend the house and look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful stay!!

This home is in a great location to shopping and golfing. Very clean home. Master bed was so comfortable. Owners texted us to make sure we got in the house ok. Great communication. We will definitely stay here again.

Favorite place to stay

Our parents live in Arizona and this is the 2nd year we have rented this property for a Christmas visit. We love this home. It is so clean and a great location, being central to everything you need. We love the beautiful patio for relaxing. They have up to date amenities that reflect their attention to detail and hospitality. We highly recommend!

Thank you for your feedback. With Sling you can get all except NBC & CBS. There is the option to select these Channels on Roku and login with your current cable company that you use at home. Played golf SCW area. Home was in a perfect location for our golf and in relation to family/friends

Outstanding home. Very well maintained and clean. Had the odds and ends we needed so we didn't need to make a trip to the store. We hope the home is available for our next visit.

Rare VRBO Property that was even better than the pictures and description. Owners went out of their way to accommodate a last minute change for us. If you're looking for a beautiful updated home in Sun City West, Az I highly recommend this home and owners.

Fantastic Getaway to Phoenix

The property was magnificent. Exactly as advertise. The house was awesome in fact we are bringing home decor ideas from it to update our house. The location was perfect to visit our son. Close to food and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. (note it is in Sun City West a 55+ community) We are going back to Phoenix area a couple of more times this year and hope this location is open.

Great home away from home!

We have stayed in many VRBO's throughout the world and I can honestly say this was my favorite to date. The house was pristinely cleaned and kept. The attention to every detail for hospitality was 5 star. We loved the decor, the linens, amenities were above and beyond with coffee, snacks and fresh flowers, games and blankets to wrap up in for leisurely naps in the living room. Nice neighborhood. Close to our parents in Sun City West. We will continue to use this as a home base moving forward while visiting our folks. And we are recommending it to our family and friends who are looking for this location in Arizona.

Could not have been better!

From start to finish my stay at Heritage House was great! David, checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was OK and to ask if I needed anything. Because I would be arriving at the house late in the evening, he made sure lights were on so I didn’t have to walk into a dark home…it was very thoughtful and much appreciated! I look forward to staying at Heritage House on my next visit!

Convenient and pleasant

The interior has all been updated. There is also a nice covered patio. Everything you need is within 5 minutes, including churches, grocery stores and restaurants, and a golf course. The only negative is that, when the master bath was updated, the door to the shower/toilet area was removed. I assume this was done because of space restraints. It did not affect us since we simply used the other bathroom. However, this would have been a major problem had there been another couple in the house.

We had a fantastic stay at The Heritage House in Sun City West. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Probably one of the top VRBO properties we have stayed at. We definitely woul stay here again when visiting Phoenix.
