Résumé
La maison est une maison de style traditionnel de Santa Fe avec une vue imprenable, trois beaux espaces de vie. En outre, nous avons une belle cour parfaite pour le café du matin en regardant le lever du soleil, et un patio parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil.

La Maison Kokopelli appartenait récemment à un auteur-compositeur primé à un Emmy Award. Il se trouve sur 2. 3 hectares surplombant la ville de Santa Fe. Nous sommes à 1,5 km de la tristement célèbre place Santa Fe. C'est une maison de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain, avec trois grands espaces de vie. La salle de jeux récemment rénovée comprend un téléviseur à projection de 15 pieds, idéal pour regarder des films sportifs et des événements spéciaux. Nous avons une table de billard, une table de shuffleboard 12 ', ainsi qu'un piano à queue numérique et deux très belles guitares acoustiques et un cajon pour percussions

Kokopelli a une chaîne stéréo améliorée dans le salon, des alexas dans la cuisine et un salon formel. Il a tout nouveau chauffage central / climatisation dans tout. Il y a TROIS coins salons extérieurs, une grande cuisine et beaucoup d’espace pour une famille ou un groupe.

Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Enough bathrooms for 8 women to feel comfortable. Giant TV for watching Oscar nominated movies and the ceremony itself. Home and grounds are large enough to escape noise and nonsense and find a quiet place to read or just relax if you want to be alone. Would definitely love to visit and stay again; perhaps during a different Season.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and two small kiddos. Plenty of room to spread out and the game room was a big hit. Easy access to town/ plaza and the ski area. Would definitely rent again. We especially enjoyed the sunset views and then the twinkling lights of Santa Fe from the main living area. The fire pits were wonderful gathering areas, also! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts and their house. Excellent communication from booking to check in with several restaurant and things to do recommendations. The spacious layout and great entertaining areas were perfect for our group. And Iast but not least the views from the sitting rooms and patios are second to none. Lots of great memories made around the fire pit on the back patio.

The house is spectacular! Several outdoor seating areas that feature amazing views and sunsets! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms and baths were clean and had needed towels and accessories. Kitchen was wonderful! Nicely stocked with anything needed for cooking and baking and great appliances. The location was great- easy to get around, close to town and lots of things we wanted to do. The owners were very responsive and offered lots of ideas for things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend this house!!

We stayed in home for a family gathering - 7 women and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful southwestern art, exquisite views of Santa Fe and surrounding mountains, and multiple large gathering spaces. The game room and outdoor patios afforded time to play and relax. The hosts were amazingly responsive and accommodating. If we are lucky enough to stay here again we will make it our go-to VRBO in Santa Fe!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas, with the trimmed Christmas tree and decorations throughout a lovely touch. A music student reunion spanning 35 years

This spacious home was an excellent location to the Opera and Downtown area. The outdoor area with fire pit and seating was the perfect space for relaxation. Chef Kirstin Griffin provided an outstanding 5 course dinner in the home. The owners were quick to answer questions both before and during our stay. David, the manager, was also very helpful with a Wifi issue.This five bedroom home with a piano was the ideal place for our special memorable experience.

Camelia and I bought Kokopelli Santa Fe in 2017. We are from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I'm in the technology business and Cam works in the dental field. We both wanted a vacation home we could enjoy away from all the normal pressures of life. Kokopelli is an amazing place to do just that. We've spent a lot of time building the game room with wonderful amenities, new HVAC was installed in 2018. The master bathroom and master bedroom are brand new.

The property sits above Santa Fe and has amazing views from all sides. Kokopelli Santa Fe is conveniently located to everything. We've invested in the home to create a comfortable and beautiful place to visit.

Kokopelli Santa Fe is a one story ranch style home on 2.25 acres. The home has three living areas (two with fireplaces), and amazon echos with unlimited prime music. The home also comes with a karaoke machine, outdoor table & firepit. The home is well appointed, fully stocked with many unique features.
