Venez vous détendre et profiter du beau temps et de cette magnifique communauté!

Cette maison de ville entièrement meublée de 2350 pieds carrés dispose de 4 chambres (2 en haut / 2 en bas) et de 3. 5 salles de bain. 8-12 adultes adultes plus un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour les enfants.
La suite principale de niveau inférieur comprend un lit king-size, une commode, une bascule, une table de chevet et une télévision à écran plat 55 pouces. Il y a une salle de bains privative avec 5 pièces et un grand dressing qui est partagé avec l’autre chambre / salon de niveau inférieur. Cette chambre a un lit double, une commode et un bureau. Il y a aussi un bain 1/2 au niveau inférieur.
La cuisine avec les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, couverts, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur et de nombreux condiments. Le salon / salle à manger est adjacent à la cuisine et comprend un canapé inclinable, une causeuse, des tables basses et basses, des lampes de table, un rocker ainsi qu’une table à manger avec 4 chaises. Il y a aussi un téléviseur HD de 55 pouces et un magnétoscope dans le salon. Un petit patio à côté du salon avec table et 3 chaises et un barbecue à gaz mène à la piscine / spa partagée.
Le niveau supérieur comprend 2 suites principales avec chacune une salle de bains privative complète, des placards de rangement, des terrasses avec vue et une télévision. Une suite a un lit king et l'autre a une reine et 2 lits jumeaux avec commode et tables de chevet / lampes.
Toutes les chambres / salles de bains sont meublées avec des draps et des serviettes.
Entre les 2 suites supérieures se trouve un grand loft avec un lit queen et un lit de repos unique. Il y a aussi un matelas pneumatique queen pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire à l'étage.
Le loft dispose également d'un bureau, d'une chaise et d'une imprimante. Tous les services publics, la télévision par câble et le téléphone LD aux États-Unis, au Canada et au Mexique sont inclus. WiFi gratuit et Internet sans fil gratuit sont également fournis pour votre usage. Garage attaché 2 voitures et laveuse / sécheuse.

Fantastic location across the street from the golf course. Just a 5 minute drive and you are out of town in a great hiking area along the Salt River. There is also desert hiking withing walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with an occasional coyote trotting down the street! Lots of room for guests. Nice hot tub in courtyard. 3 mountain views from balconies.

Great location, nice to have pickleball, golf, restaurant on property. Great communication with owners from booking thru the stay. Could use a few kitchen items updated, few other things showing wear and tear and better selection of bed pillows.

Golf trip to Arizona

Property was perfect! Close to everything we needed including spectacular golf courses. Home was clean and tidy with lots of room. Having the hot tub and swimming pool right behind our home was very convenient. Janis was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return again in the near future

Very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. We were very grateful to find a townhouse with enough space for our large family group. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and things to use which saved on eating out. The hot tub is close in the back so that was very nice. Check in was easy and so was check out. Communication before we arrived and while we were there was good. We appreciate having a nice homey place to stay. I would stay there again :)

Nice property

Disappointed that there were no NEW bars of soap in showers. Simply not acceptable to use someone else’s bar. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property. Great location. Mesa is an awesome place!

Yearly Mesa trip

Great property, great hot tub, golfing across the street, clean, quiet neighborhood. It does have stairs to bedrooms which can be difficult for older people. The upstairs queen and twin beds could be upgraded as they were hard to sleep on. Suggest putting a nice king in there also. Bathrooms were great, garage was handy, Laundry was great.

Everything was great and very spacious. We went on an old guys golf outing and this was a great location! Only issue was that an upstairs door wasn't locked properly upon our arrival and the wind was blowing really hard. The cleaners probably failed to lock it. No big deal for us but it did break the outside sconce (sp) light cover! We would definitely come back!!!

Our host was very accommodating to provide a last minute stay request from us. Unit has four bedrooms for just two of us. This could be a good place for a larger group. The position is a little out of town to the north. However, the easy access to Power Road puts you on the 202 freeway within minutes. Two grocery stores and lots of restaurants are less then 10 minutes away.

Perfect Place for Our Family

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. My adult children and grandchildren were very comfortable with the right kind of space for each little family unit to even have their own bathroom in their bedroom. Janis was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to our needs. If we are ever in the area again we won’t hesitate to choose this listing.

Great location for golfing, dining, shopping, and other activities. The rental is a great size for large groups. The VRBO needs to update mattresses, furniture, dryer, linens, and towels. Cleanliness could be better.

Townhome is professionally cleaned before and after rentals. Any issues should be reported immediately so that they can be addressed at that time. Dryer is being replaced and some new linens and towels have been purchased. Older linens and towels are still available if needed for extended stays.

Spacious but disappointed

The host was very nice, but we were all taken back on the overall lack of necessary maintenance the property lacked and the cleanliness condition of the property. There was old hair on the floors in the upstairs bathrooms and throughout the house. Some were in clumps. The home needed a deep clean as the ceiling fans, blinds, and other living areas were thick with dust and it was very noticeable. The WiFi kept dropping, the fridge filter change light was on, many blinds were broken and did not work/open, and the bed pillows were stained with brown stains and had a blood spot to name a few. We also found a blood stain on a comforter on the bed. The dryer did not dry the clothes and we had to run 3 cycles to dry anything. The home was very spacious and and in a lovely area, but it could use some updates and a better cleaning, especially for the daily rate charged and the cleaning fee charged.

I am deeply concerned about the inaccuracy of this review as I have always had excellent reviews in the past. When we arrived at our property in early November, the carpets, area rugs, and living room sofa and loveseat were professionally cleaned. I also personally cleaned ceiling fans and blinds with disinfectant wipes at that time, although I did inadvertently forget the small ceiling fan in the kitchen and one blind in the upper bedroom . Also, there is only ONE blind (NOT MANY) in the master bedroom that does not open. Prior to this reservation, my cleaning lady cleaned the bathrooms and tile floors and did not report any hair on the floors. I also checked the bathrooms before we left on the day of the reservation and did not detect any hair. Upon checking the pillows, there were 2 small blood stains on a pillow cover that had been washed in hot water so stains were set in. 2 other pillows were yellow with age but NOT stained. I have now discarded those pillows and purchased new ones. My cleaning lady and I both examined the king comforter and could not find a blood stain anywhere and all comforters were washed prior to the reservation. In regard to the dryer and internet, they are both WORKING PROPERLY. I informed the renters that the dryer needs to be set on Very Dry or High Heat to dry towels. It is not a large capacity dryer so may take 2 cycles to dry if overloaded. WIFI may have been dropping if too many devices were used at once but is working fine now. I hadn't noticed frig filter change light but will replace that now. I do appreciate renters pointing out any issues to be addressed, but this review is particularly inaccurate and harsh. The daily rate charged is within the range of similar properties in the area in holiday season, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT SLEEPS UP TO 10 GUESTS. Hotel accommodations for that many people would be much more! Also, the cleaning fee is appropriate for the number of beds used and the time required to change them all and launder linens. I have addressed all the items mentioned and hope that future renters will refer to my MANY former positive reviews on VRBO.

Exceptional Golf getaway location

We traveled from Toronto over the US thanksgiving break for a golf getaway. House was in perfect location. Very close to exceptional golf (Raven, Wekopa, Longbow and Las Sendas), as well Red Mountain Golf right across the street. House was very clean and had 4 nice bed rooms so everyone had own room. Pool and Hot tub literally in back yard. Very close to restaurants as well. All in all a great stay and definitely would go back.

Perfect Property for our Stay

Our parents live in the Red Mountain Ranch neighborhood, but don't have room for my family and my sister's family to stay. This home had plenty of beds, great space and perfect location for us. The beds are super comfortable and it's quiet. When Janis found out the association pool would be under construction while we were there, she got us a pass to the Country Club pool which we enjoyed. The home was well provisioned and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

Great location and property

My family stayed for a baseball tournament in the Phoenix area and this place was a gem. Although there were a few things that didn't work perfectly for us (garage is small and didn't fit the SUV), the owners had alternative parking very very close. The neighbors are friendly and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is great. Has everything you need to make your stay fantastic. There were extra bedding and towels if you need them, close proximity to the pool and hot tub (which we used and enjoyed) and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook and prepare meals! I’m a retired ESL teacher and my husband is retired from financial services. We live in Colorado (our permanent home) but enjoy spending the winter months in Arizona. We love to travel and often rent out our Mesa townhome for several weeks or longer to explore other places.

Red Mt. Ranch is a lovely country club location with golf open for public play. The Rock townhome complex with only 22 units is adjacent to the clubhouse. We are very close to national forest desert areas like Saguaro Lake and the Superstition Mts. yet equally close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loop 202 provides quick access to all areas of the valley. Our townhome has a unique floor plan with 3 private bedrooms each with its own en suite bath plus a 4th bedroom/den and large loft for extra sleeping space. Thus it comfortably accommodates large groups.

With 3 en-suite bedrooms plus a 4th twin bedroom and loft, there is plenty of space for multiple families to share the property yet have privacy. The kitchenette in the loft allows those in the upper suites to have their own breakfast nook. Decks off both upper suites give guests private outdoor space as well.
