Convenient condo unit in small gated complex steps away from Red Rock Ranch Country Club. The unit is adjacent to the street but in a quiet location. We enjoyed the walled-in backyard space for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Great location, good layout, nice patio, well maintained property…negative ratings for bath/showers…main bathroom had tub with jets but HIGH side that was VERY difficult to enter/exit and no handles/supports…dangerous. Second bath/tub was more accessible but shower flow could be improved…valve at faucet allowed too much water to flow into tub when showering…there were handles to help enter/exiting. This is in a small gated community which can make entry/key usage a little tricky.

House is beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. Kitchen had everything for our meals, except a rice cooker. Beds were comfortable and clean. The pics shown are when we checked out so the beds are not made up as instructed. Pardon the mess.Bathrooms were clean. There were some toiletries, but we brought our own. Towels were provided. Master bath has a high wall to step over which might a bit difficult for elderly or those with limited mobility. Other shower has handles and bars to accommodate.Pool area is small and only a short walk from property. Pool area only had one table and a few chairs. Pool was only 4’ deep. There was also jacuzzi.Grocery stores were not too far to drive to. In-n-Out Burger is very close, too.Laundry room was adequate. I left a few Tide pods, but previous guests or the owner also had a few available, too.There was a grill out on the back porch with a table and chairs. There was also a fireplace area, but with near 100F nights we didn’t use it.We used Uber Eats and Door Dash a few times, and their map will take them down a street right next to this unit, but they won’t be able to get in, so I just met them at the gate which uses one of the keys provided or, if I was able to on time, I sent a picture of the place explaining how to get in properly.Communications with property manager and owner was excellent.If I ever need a large place to stay in Mesa, AZ again, I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list.

The home was absolutely brilliant in every way. It was spacious and quiet. We used the laundry machine once which was really helpful. We only cooked in one evening but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Thanks for a lovely stay and we will hook again for our next trip.

Perfect Southwestern Getaway

We booked this place because we wanted to stay in a home that was nice but also had decor that gave an air of the Southwest. We were going to have friends with us from other states and wanted the place to feel true to the location. Not only was the place eaxctly like the pictures, but the check-in process and communication with the host was super smooth.We really felt at home here and would absolutely recommend it or stay there again should the opportunity arise!

We enjoyed our stay. I believe the condo is equipped with what you would need while staying. We did have a bit of an issue with a shelf falling in garage. They were immediately there to take care of the issue.

It's a safe and quiet gated community with easy access to 202 freeway. The open floor plan is bright, cozy and great for entertaining or just relaxing. Many grocery stores on Power Rd for convenience and excellent golf courses nearby.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Beautiful landscaped backyard, with privacy ,where you can relax and enjoy watching and feeding the birds. Walking around the neighborhood to watch the sunset is a relaxing experience.
We are very close to the beautiful Saguaro Lake.
