Profitez d'un grand patio / barbecue avec une vue magnifique. À distance de marche de Millers Landing. Notre maison douce est l'eau d'alimentation d'une citerne qui recueille l'eau de pluie, donc pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ© quand il y a peu de pluie, nous demandons Ă  nos clients d'ĂȘtre attentifs Ă  conserver l'eau.

Great waterfront spot - group of 6 loved it!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful cabin on Resurrection Bay. What a surprise to wake up to look out the front window and see the mountains and wildlife each morning. We thoroughly loved our stay here! Property owner was wonderful and even worked with us to have a special gift waiting when we arrived. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!!!

Peaceful Home

Amazing property!

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay here. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We enjoyed being able to go for walks along the beach and on the Caines Head trail straight from the cabin.

Relaxing

Beautiful setting with great space to watch the bay on upper deck and across the street on the log. Cozy and comfortable. Wish I would’ve realized there wasn’t laundry in the house.

We had a great stay, and loved the view, the easy access to walk on the ocean and cooking the fish we caught over the firepit. House was terrific.

Incredible views

Wow! What a house - comfortable, clean, cozy, perfect location. We saw whales, eagles, otters and sea lions near the beach across the street. Can't wait to come back.

We only got to stay one afternoon at this lovely place, much to our dismay! It was the perfect place torment unwind and enjoy great company with wonderful views of the ocean and forest. We definitely are planning on coming back when we can actually take full advantage of the amenities! Thank you!

Trip of a lifetime!

My husband , myself and our adult kids really enjoyed our time at your home. The view from the living room and the deck is beyond amazing. The walk to the beach is easy and enjoyable. Your home had all the conveniences that made meal preparation quick. Loved the view out over the back forest! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! It really made our time here perfect

Nice house!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this home. Just across the street from the ocean, it has beautiful views. We were at the end of the season so many of the restaurants in town were closed, but we still found a couple of good restaurants for dinners. As others have mentioned, this home doesn’t have closet access and it also doesn’t have dressers. Storing our items would have been difficult for more than a couple of nights. The amenities in the listing are accurate and communication with the property manager was easy.

Fantastic stay at Ben's Beach House!

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ben's Beach House. We loved the charming decor --- lots of beautiful artwork and special pieces that make the house feel like home. We really appreciated the high quality linens --- both bedding and the bath towels. I slept as well there as in my own home! Unfortunately, we did not get much of a chance to enjoy the fantastic views shown in the listing pictures, as we experienced what we were told was very typical Alaska weather (drizzling rain, lots of cloud cover, fog, very little visibility), but we didn't let that spoil our enthusiasm for the place. My husband grilled some delicious steaks and we enjoyed dinner from the lovely deck shown in the pictures. All in all, a great stay --- a home we would return to for any future stays in the area. Great service from the rental management folks as well!

Come prepared

Beautiful location and view. Adorable cabin. We booked this cabin for 6 nights and had a great time in Seward and the surrounding area. Things that were a little unexpected were; no access to a closet or dresser. There were padlocks on the closets so we were all living out of our suitcases. It was fine and we made it work but for the price, I feel like maybe we could have had at least one of the closets avail? We felt like the house was also under equipped. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and we ran out of dish soap. Shopping in Seward is extremely expensive so I’d do your shopping in Anchorage. Account for everything as the only essentials in the kitchen were salt and pepper. Totally fine but it’s something to plan for. No washer and dryer but there is a place across from Miller’s Landing you can go. Something we discovered a little later.

Beautiful view close to town!

Quick drive into Seward from this spot but far enough away to really escape. We loved walking on the beach and spotted some bald eagles! House was comfy and cute! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lowell Point. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond whenever texted with questions. Proximity to Seward was super easy. Would definitely recommend.
