On the Port side, this one bedroom, one bathroom property with full kitchen, large living area, soaking tub, private balcony, dining area and breathtaking views, is perfect for a family adventure, romantic getaway, or a relaxing escape with friends.

An open floor plan and large windows with the best view in Seward, make this property a true gem! The one bedroom features a California king, private balcony overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views, a walk in closet and black-out blinds. The one bathroom has a soaking tub and large walk-in shower with private toilet. In the living room, there`s a convertible sleeper set as a twin day bed, that can be made into two twins, or joined together to make a King size bed with full blackout blinds to make a bonus sleeping area. The kitchen is fully stocked, with several dining space options (a small table or island bar seating) as well as a private deck with bbq grille.

In sunshine or when Alaskan weather hits, Vessel Beach House is the perfect place to cozy up with a book, play games and watch the weather roll in, or soak up the sun to the sound of the ocean. During the day, explore the wonders right at your doorstep. Beach comb for unique treasures, kayak through the crystal-clear waters, or go for a hike and spot eagles soaring overhead. Located beachfront and steps away from the Caines head State Recreation area, this newly available property is your perfect stay in Seward.

This property is on a water-catchment and septic system. We appreciate your mindfulness for use of water and flushing only items that go through you and toilet paper. Due to the windows, the property can get very warm in the sun. We do not have AC in Alaska, so we encourage you to open the windows to cool and enjoy the fresh air.

The Vessel Beach House is located just 2 miles outside of downtown Seward in the seaside community of Lowell Point. You will need a vehicle to get around and to the home from Seward. We do have taxis in town but it`s been experienced that getting a taxi to Lowell Point may be difficult. We highly recommend a car. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey.

Guests have access to the entire home. One parking space is available for you. Beach is public access. This home was one property at one point, but has been converted into a duplex. You may hear guests on the Starboard side while on the deck or meet them in the driveway coming and going.
