Il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde dans cette maison spacieuse 4BR / 4BA qui dort 12! Parfaitement situé sur un terrain de golf pittoresque avec un vaste pont arrière et des porches blindés supérieurs et inférieurs - à seulement un kilomètre de la plage! Déballez vos bagages et commencez à vivre à l'heure de l'île! Détendez-vous sur le porche ou prenez un vélo et parcourez la courte distance à pied de Pelican Beach et regardez les dauphins jouer dans les vagues.

Lorsque vous entrez dans le foyer de cette maison de 3163 pieds carrés, vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous. Une grande salle à manger à gauche des sièges 6. La cuisine est adjacente à la salle à manger et peut accueillir de 4 à 6 personnes ainsi que 2 tabourets de comptoir. Vous pouvez prendre votre café juste devant la cuisine et profiter du début de la journée sur le pont arrière.

La grande salle est ouverte et lumineuse avec des portes coulissantes sur le pont et un accès à la salle de soleil. Il y a un très grand et confortable canapé d'angle, idéal pour s'enfoncer pendant que vous regardez vos émissions préférées ou lisez un bon livre. La chambre principale du premier étage comprend un foyer 2 faces de la grande pièce et des portes coulissantes menant à la pièce de soleil. Un lit king-size et une télévision haute définition de 55 pouces avec une salle de bains privative complètent tous les conforts.

À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez 3 chambres surdimensionnées avec une salle de bains privative où tout le monde aura beaucoup de place pour se détendre! La 2ème chambre sur le garage est assez grande avec un lit queen size et salle de bain attenante. Les 3ème et 4ème chambres à l'arrière de la maison partagent une salle de bains privative avec Jack et Jill. Ces pièces disposent également de portes coulissantes en verre menant à un magnifique pont supérieur, un moyen amusant et unique d’agrandir l’espace de vie extérieur.

Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure.

Enjoyed our stay in Seabrook Island and this property that includes amenity cards is key. Great space for family and friends, games, cooking. A short bike or golf cart ride to the beach and pool.

Love this home!

We originally rented this house 4 years ago and it was so great to go back again!!! It comfortably accommodated all of us and was in such a great location within the community. We will definitely rent it again!

Spacious comfortable and well-equipped

This place has everything our group of 10 needed! Large common areas, 2 outdoor/porch spaces, loved the upstairs screened porch. Nice to have access to the garage. Plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces. 2 kinds of coffee makers in the kitchen, and lots of good cooking and baking supplies there. Great place would stay again.

Great layout, pleased to see the extra refrigerator in the garage, loved the couch iin living room, well equipped kitchen, Alexa concierge service., porches and sunroom, Loved walking everyday and fire rring on the beach at might for s'mores. So peaceful and slower pace. Can't wait to return.

The home was very clean and nicely furnished, in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view off the pack patio, porch and deck. The beds, chairs, tables and the large sofa in the living room were all great. Overall, it was a very comfortable home. It would have been nice if some toiletries, besides a few bars of soap, were provided, as well as some coffee, some ice in the freezer, and a few more towels. That would have made it on par with other, high-quality homes we've rented in the past.

Graduation

Rental property met all of our expectations for our daughters graduation. We were able to invite family and friends to stay with us as we celebrated her graduation. Bedrooms were all a good size, property could use updating but for what we needed, it was very good.

Wonderful College Reunion Girls Weekend!

Our group of 10 service academy classmates spent a long weekend at Seabrook and enjoyed a comfortable stay at 2873 Hidden Oak. The property met our needs and the common areas served us well for breakfasts and snacks during the day. We called in a minor plumbing issue which was resolved quickly and effectively -- kudos to the rental agency staff who had repair personnel at the property right away! Seabrook was new to all in our group, and we enjoyed the beach, gym, racquet club, and pool. Would definitely recommend for a similar group.

Had a wonderful time

Everyone we worked with especially Nancy were very professional and helpful. The carpet was dirty and there were large spots where things had been spilled such as coffee or got chocolate and other large spots at top of stairs. Upstairs bedroom that had stairs going down had lots of horrible staining. I took pictures. Rest of the house furnishings were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Seabrook Location

The 4 bed 4 bath property is perfect for larger groups or families with kids. We were able to get 6 kids in one room while each couple had ample space in the 3 other bedrooms. The location is perfect as it is a close bike ride to the beach but also offers a less busy street for kids to bike on. Only slight negative was the appliances are from 20+ years ago and should be updated, even though they are in working order. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing !! The amount of space was more than enough!

This house had everything I could ask for the pictures of the home make everything look so tiny the rooms are gigantic the space was amazing a fully stocked home very clean I was given more room than I expected be careful for the couch it is so comfortable you may fall asleep on it I would highly suggest this rental company I was amazed how this company went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay I Nancy makes sure her rentals are perfect! The response is the best I ever experienced. Also the views from the backyard we’re so pretty you feel so hidden but you were so close to the beach and the amenities . Thank you Nancy!!!! I will only trust you and your company when I plan my coastal get away!

Beautiful home, lots of room to relax.

We enjoyed a relaxing spring break at Seabrook! House was clean, well appointed and spacious. The location was perfect and we were able to bike everywhere on the island. The perfect house for our family.

The house was very clean and perfectly located. On a par 3 and a short bike ride to the beach club. The rooms were perfect for our teenagers and their friends. We will definitely look at this house again in our future trips to Seabrook.
