This house is situated in a spectacular wooded setting. The coastal home is elevated with an open floor plan that ensures everyone can be in on the fun. The great room has plenty of comfortable and a large Smart TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to a fantastic screened porch for the best that low country living can offer! Enjoy the lazy breezes while you relax and enjoy the occasional wildlife sightings.
The fully stocked kitchen is open to the sunroom. Highlights include granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Gather around the large island to prep meals or watch the family chef. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with large table, seating for 8. The bright dining room is surrounded by over- sized windows that lends itself to the feeling of being in a tree house. Next to the dining room is the sunroom. Read a book in one of the four Club chairs or hang out with a cocktail. There is also a first floor powder room. The screen porch is a wonderful spot for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. The owners have provided an electric grill.
The primary bedroom is on the first floor. Enjoy this spacious bedroom and its King bed. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and Smart TV. A private bath has a double sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Head up stairs to the three guest bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a second owners suite. You will have a King bed, Smart TV and access to the second floor deck. The en-suite bath has a double sink vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two twins. Both of the bedrooms have access to the full hall bath with soaking tub and shower. The bedrooms also have access to the second floor deck. A bonus room can be found on the second floor. This makes a great hang out spot for the kids ideal for watching shows, playing games, or snuggling up with a good book! A Smart TV and couch are under the vaulted ceiling. The laundry closet has a full size washer and dryer.
Outdoor features include a propane grill and a shower!
Head outside and ride your bike to the beach or grab your clubs and play a round. Call the Racquet Club and try some pickleball or just head to the Pelican's Nest for lunch. This is an ideal location for taking advantage of all the wonderful amenities that Seabrook Island has to offer. You've found your vacation oasis.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45 vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
