Condo de rêve avec trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Ce condo est une unité de coin avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe et ses plages de sable blanc. Vous pouvez sortir du complexe directement sur la plage. Il y a une piscine extérieure qui est au centre du complexe pour votre plaisir. À l'intérieur de l'unité, il y a trois chambres spacieuses. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une télévision. Les deux chambres d'hôtes ont un lit queen size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité et une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée pour cuisiner un bon repas pendant votre séjour. Réservez cette unité pour vos vacances de rêve dès aujourd'hui!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères sont susceptibles d'être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

Enjoyed this condo, it could use some updating though. Bedrooms were fine, it could use new furniture in living room. Grills were very dirty and thus we didn’t use them. Grass area for pets could be larger . Location on beach was great and with newer furniture we would rent this condo again. Not pleased with fee for parking

My family and I really enjoyed our recent trip to Gulf Shores (4 adults, 5 year old, 6 month old). While the condo complex is a bit outdated, the location makes up for it. The entrance to the beach is directly out from the parking garage, and going back and forth to the pool was a huge plus. Communication with the rental company was quick and informative. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo with great views. Convenient to everything. Short walk to beach. Perfect fit for our family and pet. Only issue was that the elevator was not working and lugging our things up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, comfortable, and so close to the beach! Great little pool area. I felt very safe at this wonderful little place! Fur babies enjoyed the condo, too.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Was a great stay! The housekeeping did an Amazing job with everything being spot less! Wasn’t happy about not being able to check in until after 5:00 pm. When it clearly states 3:00 pm when making reservation and making payment. Travelers need accurate times for check in.

Pet friendly family condo

We had a great time staying at the Regatta 201B with our family and our dog! We had an amazing view of the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony. Thanks for a great trip!
