The bathroom, kitchen, bedding and linens were clean. This is a lovely property that is walking distance from Main Street. However, the couch and ottoman were filthy and the ottoman and bench at the end of the bed were in rough shape. This is not what we expected, but these are simple fixes. The property description says onsite parking, but it is street parking for the lavender suite, and other guests were able to park just feet from the door to our suite. We were made aware of a maintenance issue 4.5 hours before our check in time which we were told would be taken care of within the hour. I texted and left a message for the property manager an hour before check in to verify that it was resolved. I received no response, and 15 minutes after we checked in a maintenance man was knocking on our door to fix a clog in the tub. Again, the house is beautiful, the location was great, and the suite, other than the furniture was very clean. I’m sure with a couple of updates, and consideration about parking, this place would be perfect.

Perfect place!

We loved our stay at the Bella Manor Lavender Suite. It is a cute room and has the most comfortable bed! It is a couple of blocks' walk from Main Street, set on a quiet road. We would happily stay there again.

We had a great stay. The room was well laid out and the theme was beautiful. It was a very romantic setting and a great location. One thing to note is the room does share a wall (and interior door) with another suite. I did not feel this was disclosed in the listing and if you are wanting complete privacy this might be something you would want to know. We only heard the neighbors on the other side of the wall one morning. It was also somewhat difficult to open the lock box and the water pressure for the filtered water was extremely low. We had great communication with the host and overall enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful getaway

My daughter and I traveled to Fredericksburg for a few days. This was wonderful! The property is within walking distance to everything, and the place itself is charming!

Lavender suite

We love staying at the lavender suite, its our second time being there. The location is great and a cute suite only thing is that this time our water got shut up off two hours before check out and there were no knives.

Beautiful property in the heart of Fredericksburg!

From the moment we arrived it was an absolutely everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful property, extremely clean, everything we needed and in the heart of Fredericksburg just one block from everything! There were a couple small things that need updated/maintenance with the property (lights not working, fans not working, A/C unit struggles to keep it cool, plumbing fixtures) but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. In fact, we will be back! My wife and I are already planning our next stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to the next time!

Lovely

Such a charming room. It was the perfect size with all the amenities. The location is great being just a couple of blocks from Main Street. We had no problems and we were regularly contacted regarding both instructions for our stay and tips for things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to access, the unit was clean with full size frig, cook top and microwave. The bath didn't have any grab bars for getting in and out of high tub. The location was pretty noisy even though it was in a residential area. Accessing key in lock box was challenging. TV didn't have access to local network channels.

Everything about the Lavender Suite was awesome! Clean, comfortable, stocked with all bathroom needs, coffee pods and coffee condiments. Wanted for nothing during our week stay. Getting downtown wasn't easy for us due to our age, numerous back surgeries, and knee surgeries but those in good health can indeed walk a couple of blocks to the strip. The only thing missing were clothes hangers but totally understand them not being there as some travelers would probably bring them home. Just ran to the Dollar General and bought some at a very low cost and brought them home. Quiet neighborhood, felt very comfortable with the setting as my cousin and I are up in age we do look for safety as well as great accommodations. The seller for me was the ice crusher on the refrigerator! I'm an ice chewer and that's the first thing I checked out. lol It's the small things in life that make you happy. If ever back in the area, this would be the first place that I would check availability.

Was very charming and comfortable for two people. Very clean. Would loved to have had a couple more wash cloths
. Only got two. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. The mini split air conditioner blew cold air directly on us when we were sitting on the couch watching a movie. But

We loved our stay!

The accommodations were comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The only suggestions we would offer are that the water dispenser on the refrigerator barely worked, the water temperature for the shower and faucets was set way too hot! We also saw bugs crawling on the floor in the bathroom. None of this was a deal breaker for us, but it might be for someone else. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Lavender Suite

This was the best located Airbeb of the four I have stayed in Fredericksburg. I was in easy walking distance to Main Street and centrally located. I was also the most comfortable of the four I have stayed in Fredericksburg. While there is no view, it was very quite and well let out. I would recommend this Suite to any couple or individual looking for a fun time in Fredericksburg.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. But, the one thing that would have made it even better if we could watch local channels on tv. There is no cable. There were a couple of light bulbs that were out, but overall, we would stay here again. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean.
