Coastal Breeze - Duplex mis à jour dans une rue calme

Coastal Breeze est une nouvelle maison magnifique à seulement 6 pâtés de maisons de la plage. Situé dans la rue calme Pinfish, ce superbe duplex est destiné à un groupe à la recherche d'une unité de détente loin de la promenade très fréquentée et de la route de la plage.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez le garage et une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète. En montant un escalier, vous avez le niveau de vie. Il y a une grande cuisine ouverte, bien équipée pour un repas fait maison. Il y a une salle à manger et un grand salon avec beaucoup de sièges pour toute la famille et une grande télévision à écran plat. Cet étage possède également un superbe porche sur le devant de la maison, idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée à la plage ou savourer un petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur. A l'étage, vous avez les deux chambres restantes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un jumeau avec un lit gigogne pour vos tout-petits, une grande salle de bain complète privée et un porche privé. De l'autre côté du couloir se trouve la 2e chambre d'amis avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain privée complète.

Cette unité est idéale pour ceux qui cherchent à venir à la plage, mais détendez-vous loin de l'agitation. Avec trois chambres à coucher, beaucoup d'espace de vie et un parking pour toute la famille, c'est l'unité pour vous!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay located relatively close to everything we wanted to do! Beach is a short walk and fishing was a very short drive. I would recommend this property anyone looking for a nice place with plenty of space. House comfortable can sleep up to 9 people in beds!

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in /out was especially easy. Wish we had a keypad entry. Outdoor water spigot was convenient. Property managers responded quickly to some simple, minor needs. Proximity to beach was a haul. Wish we were closer. No beach chairs, umbrellas etc. or bike available on property.

Great place—in need of a few easy fixes

This is a spacious, lovely, affordable place to stay! Highly recommend renting bikes for an easy way to get around. I encourage the owners to take care of a few things that others also noted—would cost under $100. Get a new door knob (loose) and deadbolts that actually work, put blinds up in all the bathrooms!! (we had to jerry rig a bedsheet), Tap down the nails on the front deck, make the fence door easier to open and close.

Nice place, good location, but was not well stocked or clean

The condo was not very clean, and we did not have simple essentials, like a broom to sweep off the porch. This is likely an issue with the timing of the local garbage pick-up ( on Monday ) , but we arrived to a horrible smell and an overflowing garbage can on Saturday.

In addition to the beach, we enjoyed bike rides on the island and lots of ice-cream. Make sure to go to the Veggie Wagon!

Master bedroom was a queen and others were doubles not queens. Great location to beaches, ferry, downtown, restaurants, etc. Carolina beach and downtown within walking distance. Quiet street with lots of privacy. Only suggestion for improvement - put blinds on bathroom windows. All other windows have blinds, very odd that bathroom windows don't have them. (Correct my name for review display - delete "&".

Carolina Beach vacation 6/22-6/28/19

First we had a great vacation and I would stay again. We made reservations in May so it was harder to find housing near the beach. This is located 0.4 miles from the beach near an easy access point. We rented an umbrella and chairs plus a couple bikes that made the travel to beach effortless. What bothers me the most was accuracy of online listing! I chose this house for the king size bed in master and it was definitely a queen. It also said garage access but the owners had that locked so we could not park our rented Bikes inside. Also having to stop by a rental agency to get keys was a pain, plus agency only had an hour arrival time on check in instructions. This really stressed me out with the traffic. Attempting to call agency was a joke because said office was closed. My daughter locked herself out of her bathroom and maintenance arrived to open it within a few hours. The house is new and lovely decorated. I loved having my married child in the downstairs and other bedrooms on the top level. Kitchen is wonderfully supplied for cooking. We cooked all but a couple meals. Kitchen was large enough to have a couple cooking and not get in the way. Lots of steps but for the stage of my kids it was nice. Master bath is very large with a nice shower and garden tub. Lots of construction in the area I surmise was the reason for brownish water. The construction did not bother us at all. Loved every bedroom had a bath. Need to probably get someone to mow the little strip of land around side, I really wanted to do it for you. All in all a great place to stay near the bike, jogging greenway made it an easy bike ride to the boardwalk.

We were 10 mins walking from the beach and not far from home the Tikki Bar. We spent most of the time one at night he beach. We loved it. The Beach house was fantastic and met all our needs. Will definitely go back again and recommend to friends and family!
