Located in a quaint, peaceful community within walking distance to all that Carolina Beach has to offer!

This beautiful modern beach home will provide precious memories for your entire family. Load up your beach gear and your crew in the six-person golf cart with Carolina Beach parking pass. Go just 6 blocks on Spartanburg Ave. and park in the Golf Cart parking spaces immediately in front of Beach Access #9! It's so convenient and effortless. Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart!

Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an excellent recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts and baseball/softball fields.

This home boasts gorgeous architectural windows, lovely cathedral ceilings and a balcony to enjoy the beach sunsets. The property provides a small fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs mounted and provide closet space for both clothes and luggage. Also located on the first floor are: a large full bathroom with tub (great for the kids), family room with Smart TV, garage access and outdoor patio/grill access.

The upper floor is comprised of the primary suite with a queen bed and en suite with dual sinks, large shower and a walk-in closet. The great room features a dining area, 65” smart TV, linear LED fireplace with shiplap mantle and balcony access. Adjacent to the great room is a beautiful half bath/powder room. The great room is open to a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Enjoy your favorite libation by the fireplace or take it out to the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous sunset and views Carolina Beach has to offer - including fireworks from the boardwalk between Memorial Day and Labor Day!

Amenities included:
Towels and linens are provided. Linens include pillow cases, top sheet, and fitted sheet. Towels include bath towel, hand towel, and wash towel (1 set per guest).

Bedrooms & Family Rooms: wall mounted Smart TVs

Kitchen: utensils, cookware, dishes, multi-cup coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, deep fryer and paper towels. Bathrooms-toilet paper & hand soap

Other amenities include: dual zone central air, Gigabit WiFi, washer & dryer, fireplace, balcony furniture, ps3/blu-ray player, beach chairs.

Important Note: All golf cart drivers must be at least 21 years old and have an active driver's license and auto liability insurance policy. Drivers agree to a Waiver of Liability Agreement upon operating the golf cart.

We had a great time during our stay. Location was perfect. CloseTo the beach and boardwalk, but in a quiet section. The golf cart was amazing to have. We barely touched our car all week. Clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again without hesitation!

This property was really nice and clean. I did think this was a whole house not just a duplex. The house came with a golf cart which was great. The only draw back is there needs to be a refrigerator downstairs so gust don’t have to come up the stairs every time they are thirsty.

The house was well stocked. When I had a question, the host answered quickly. I thought it was wonderful that the house had little plugs to keep toddlers from sticking things in the plug holes. Appreciated how the host had gate at top of stairs to keep a toddler from falling. I thought the pack and play in closet was wonderful for a family with a little one. The golf cart and bike was great. These little things mean a lot! Thank you for a wonderful vacation place to stay!

The home was beautiful, it was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The access to the golf cart was a game changer! We had a great weekend and we loved using the golf cart. The weather was perfect and our dogs finally got to run free on the beach. Our labradoodle could not wait to go to the beach the second time. We would stay there again.

We are four brothers that wanted to fulfill our late mother's wish of having a place at the beach where our scattered family could come together every year and create lasting memories for her kids and grand kids.

We love the laid back and family-oriented atmosphere of Carolina Beach. Everything is just a short walk or cart-ride away - the boardwalk, shopping, great restaurants and bars (with some amazing live music!), public parks, and more.

We are excited to share our home with you and your family to create your own lasting memories!
