Charmante maison sur la plage avec piscine!

Cette charmante maison de piscine est située au coeur de W Bradenton et à quelques minutes de la célèbre plage Anna Maria! Vous êtes à une courte distance en voiture de nombreux restaurants et boutiques fabuleuses. Marcher (5 minutes à pied) et la distance de vélo est la baie de Palma Sola où vous pouvez vous promener et profiter de votre promenade ou une balade à vélo.

La maison est très confortable, élégante et remodelée en 2018! Cette merveilleuse maison offre 3 chambres à coucher relaxantes et 2 salles de bain complètes ainsi qu'un salon très confortable! La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre a un lit de taille moyenne. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la buanderie et deux téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, nous fournissons une table de baby-foot à l'extérieur! :) Également, j'ai un petit barbecue Weber à utiliser. Le WiFi est dans la maison!

J'ai essayé de penser à tout ce qui rendrait votre séjour agréable et relaxant. J'ai fourni à ma maison des articles non toxiques que vous ne retrouvez pas toujours comme ça; savon pour les mains, détergent à lessive, adoucissant pour la lessive, savon pour lave-vaisselle, gel douche ect.

Le chauffe-piscine a été installé en septembre 2018, donc si vous prévoyez de venir en automne / hiver, une piscine chauffée sera disponible moyennant des frais journaliers supplémentaires de 15 $ par jour. (Ce coût sera inclus dans un devis).

Sur une note personnelle Je suis arrivé dans ce pays en provenance de Pologne en 2001 avec 2 valises, un couple de chiens dans ma poche, avec un anglais limité pour communiquer mais avec de grands rêves et objectifs. L'un de mes rêves était d'avoir un endroit chaud. Après avoir découvert la région de Bradenton en 2012, je savais que je déménagerais ici un jour. Il est sur ma liste depuis et en février 2018, j'ai acheté cette maison.
Mon seul souhait est de profiter de ma maison et d'en prendre soin. J'ai travaillé si dur pour réaliser ce que j'ai.

Kasia was extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a slight plumbing problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Her home is spacious, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed the pool area very much. She notified us when entertainment was happening on the beach and obviously wants us to enjoy our stay.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including pool toys and beach gear. Our kids had the best time in the heated pool, and it was a nice surprise to find a box of legos and books in the kids’ room to keep them busy when they weren’t swimming. Delightful Pool Home

Owner greeted us with a bottle of wine. House is well equipped and extremely cleaned. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Pool area is very comfortable and spacious. The pool is refreshing and stays cool with 100 degrees outside. Planning on returning soon. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book this home. Amazing

The house was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool was great, the beach was close, only 10 minutes. The owner supplied beach bags, towels, buckets and toys, boogie boards and folates, a beach umbrella and a cooler which we took to the beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many restaurants close by. This was by far the nicest house and pool property I have rented. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida. The owner was in constant contact and made checking into the property and leaving very easy. Thank you for a GREAT family vacation!

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our trip to Bradenton. We appreciated that Kasia had many items available for our use (dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and many more). You really just need your clothes and a swimsuit to enjoy this property. I walked the dog a couple of miles each day in this neighborhood and met some very nice people. The pool was clean and she heated it for us for a small daily fee. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs. Enjoyed Manatee beach that was only a 15 minute drive away. Thank you for a very relaxing week in sunny Florida.

Incredible Home

We were beyond impressed with our stay. This house was just perfect for our family of 5. A wonderful layout (master in one side, 2 spacious bedrooms on the other) with a great living area and kitchen in the middle. There was also a laundry room and sitting area. And then the outside! A great patio and pool. We had everything we ever needed and more. When we return to Bradenton we plan to book here again. So much better than any hotel…or honestly any other rental home we’ve had previously. One last note: Kasia, the property owner, is incredible. She is a delight to work with. You can see that this house is so well managed and cared for. Thanks so much, Kasia!

Lovely cosy home that’s very well equipped

The home is very nice and cosy and Kasia has ensured you have everything you need, and more! The location is very safe and easy to get to and there’s a lot of space in the beautifully decorated home. It’s not very close to the beach and not much in easy walking distance unfortunately, but I enjoyed just being by the lovely large pool and in the house rather than driving around to go places. As it’s a home, you do need to be aware of visits from pool cleaners and gardeners as well as putting out the garbage twice a week during your stay. The neighbors also put up a fence while I was there so that was a little noisy, but is much more secluded now so it’s a definite improvement from being overlooked by neighbors when you’re in or by the pool.

Thank You Tami for being a great guest! My home is a driving distance from the public beaches but there is plenty of free parking there. Since pool has to be cleaned once a week, every friday around noon I have my pool tech coming for about 15 min to clean it. Also every friday morning my landscaper is cutting a grass in front of the house only since there is no grass in the back of the house. I am sorry about the day my neighbor was putting the fence up, I wish he could coordinate that with me but I agree its much better privacy now. Thank you for choosing my home as your vacation spot! Awesome Stay!

This house was very relaxing, expectionally clean and very comfortable, which we were by far. The owner made sure to stock all essentials plus more. We really only needed to bring our clothes. The home decor and style is really nice with wifi and loads of TV app entertainment. There is also beach supplies, bikes, indoor board games, etc. Like I said, you only need to bring your clothes. The location is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and traffic was a breeze. The pool was also fantastic. Our communication with the owner was friendly and effective The owner quickly responded to questions and concerns. If we ever need to vacation in the area again, we would definitely come back.
