Vous allez adorer cette maison de quartier Forest Park Southeast, mieux connu comme "The Grove". Ce quartier est à distance de marche du Campus de l'HÎpital Barnes / BJC ainsi que de l'historique Forest Park (qui offre le meilleur zoo gratuit du Midwest). L'emplacement central du quartier est à moins de 5 miles de la plupart des St. Les quartiers de divertissement Louis (centre-ville de Saint-Louis, centre-ouest, Boucle Delmar et Soulard). Notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Notre maison est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Central West End (ou 3 minutes en voiture). Depuis la gare centrale de West End, vous pouvez accéder au métro ou au métro. La station de métro a également un parking disponible si vous voulez vous garer et rouler.

The house was an older house but that's to be expected in downtown St louis. However, it was clean and well stopped with everything you would typically need for a short stay. The house has narrow steps, which was not a problem for me, but would be for someone with mobility issues. The house was accurately listed in the neighborhood was nice. I would recommend maybe a few more extra towels in the bathrooms. but other than that everything was great

Charming house with nice remodels. Linens and bedding were comfortable, pillows not as much but if you're picky, you are probably packing your own anyways. Walking distance to the bus stop and to the Science Center. Hosts were gracious and responsive. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

This is a very old house that needs lots of updating and repairs. Everything we needed was provided and the house was clean. Bathrooms need a lot of work including the leaky faucets, the poor shower head, the broken shower rod, and wobbly toilet.The location and communication with the owners was very good. Only street parking is available. Instructions for TV didn't work.

Location near all downtown, and especially a block from the Grove is amazing. Easy access to all the fun. We had a great time. The home is simple and had all the necessary items. We appreciated the great communication from the owners, and their flexibility as we made a last minute date adjustment. What a weekend!

Great Host!

There are not a lot of "extras" at this property, but it had everything our family needed for a short stay in St. Louis. It was very clean and in a convenient location for seeing the sights. We really appreciated Gerald's responsiveness when we had a mechanical issue. He immediately came out to take care of it and made sure that was everything was to our satisfaction.

Excellent weekender

Very close to downtown events. Very clean. Comfortable layout. Master bed is very hard. Not my preference but the guest bedroom mattress was softer. On suite bathroom was nice with 2 other bathrooms. We enjoyed it and the neighborhood felt very safe and clean.

Convenient to Forest Park

Older home, but had everything we needed. Nice sunporch out back for morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to bars & restaurants, if so inclined. 5 minutes from zoo, Science Museum, art museum, history museum; 10 minutes from botanical garden. Warning for old folks: steep stairs, and warning to short folks: master bed sits high off the floor

Very nice house

The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was clean and comfortable, roomy enough for our family. The main bedrooms are on the second floor, so if stairs are a problem, be prepared. We really liked the house and the area.

Perfect stay in the grove

This house is in a perfect location for those having drs appointments or a love one staying in Barnes Jewish Hospital. The hotels around are a lot more expensive.If you're traveling for entertainment, this house is a perfect location and will save you money to spend on entertainment. Also, the host is very sweet and will respond quickly to text or call. Other places I've stayed has a list of things to do before check out. Not at this house. Checkout is very simple.

Perfect place to stay for doctors appointments at Barnes.

An enchanting older home that's spacious, clean and very reasonably priced. The Host is very nice and responded quickly when questions arose. We plan on being return tenants.

The Good the little bit bad and there is no ugly

The Good: Great Location near The Grove, Check in was a breeze, the hosts were very responsive, very accommodating, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, lots of pots and pans, dishes - everything you need really. Loved the layout of the house especially the little sunroom off the kitchen. Great price for what you are getting. The little bit bad: there is only on street parking- we did get parking on the same street a few houses down. It's an old home so even though the place was thoroughly cleaned - its still an old home (but it has many remodeled components that updated the house nicely). The large bedroom upstairs was colder than rest of house but they provided an awesome space heater that fixed that problem. TV downstairs was small and the speakers were buzzy, I only noticed this because I was sick one day and stayed in otherwise we never watch TV while on vacation. ALL IN ALL THIS WAS A FANTASTIC RENTAL FOR THE PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I can't say enough about the hosts - they were so very accommodating. I feel bad pointing out the little things because really they were insignificant but I want to leave an honest review.

Dingy property with lots of potential

Owners are easy to work with. Check in/out very easy. Floors are beautifully refinished. Poor lighting in bedrooms. Light didn't work in one master closet. Comforter on master bed was for a smaller bed. Attic was open in the large master closet causing it and the bathroom to be cold. Had to use the provided heater for an hour before showering. Outlet didn't work in 2nd bedroom. Property needs a good paint job. It's dingy and dirty. We won't be staying here again.

Spacious, safe, value for money

This was a very nice neighborhood, there were two bedrooms upstairs and a pull out sofa bed on the main floor. Three bathrooms were great for our party of 4. Hosts were super responsive. I would rent this place again.
